This shows just how little the homeless matter; more over, to all you ‘patriots’. this is a huge slap to the face for if veterans truly mattered to you as much as they should and as much as so many people claim, there would be national outrage that this psycho is only getting a year (who wants to bet he is out before a year?)
Had these people not been homeless this case would be taken a lot more seriously by the courts and the people. Add fighting for the rights of homeless to the list of things I’ll be researching and writing about from here on out.
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) — A former case worker at an East Bay nonprofit organization has been sentenced in U.S. District Court to one year in prison for stealing $26,300 in federal funds intended to aid homeless veterans with short-term housing. William Andrews, 50, of Windsor, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge James Donato in…

They are Black! They Are Beautiful! And, they too have a dream!
The current tension over protecting the dreamers is merely an extension of an historical conflict between those in America who support the sentiments espoused on the base of the Statue of Liberty and those who want a country that fulfills the most egregious desire of White Supremacists, to purge the country of non-white residents on their road to fulfilling their vision of an all-White America.
Last week, the nation bore witness when the president dispelled all doubt about the racist ideology that undergirds the agenda of his white house. Trump allegedly demanded to know during a White House meeting on immigration, why he should accept immigrants from “shithole” (Black) countries like Haiti or Africa–I’m not sure if the president realizes Africa is not a country but a continent—rather than White countries like Norway.
This was not the first time the president put his full racist attitude on display. The country saw it throughout the 2016 presidential campaign and again and again since he took office.
The president’s apparent attitude toward people of color is not only telling but also threatening to the hundreds of thousands of dreamers at risk of deportation since he ended DACA last September. Although the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals blocked Trump’s efforts to stymie the DACA program last week, the ultimate fate of the dreamers remains uncertain.
Amid the discussions on the probable racist ideology permeating the white house and the president’s implementation of obvious racist immigration policies that have resulted to date, there are nearly 3.7 million Black immigrants who account for about 8.4 percent of all immigrants—many of them from the very countries the president recently disparaged.
According to a report by the Center for American Progress, among the largest groups of Black immigrants, 48 percent are from the Caribbean, 43 percent from various African countries, and 3.6 percent from South America. Black immigrants also make up 25 percent of at least five major metropolitan areas including Boston, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, and Seattle.
The president has also inferred that immigrants from countries like Norway are preferable. He never qualified that statement. However, if his preference is based on qualifications rather than race, we must assume he is unaware of the fact that Black immigrants have as high a rate of education and employment as any other group of immigrants.
For example, 29 percent of Black immigrants have a bachelor’s degree or higher compared to 30 percent from White nations, and at least 29 percent have some college or an associates degree compared to only 19 percent from other countries.
Another area where the president is ill informed is in regard to employment. The reality is that at least 73 percent of Black immigrants sixteen years of age and older are employed, compared to 67 percent of all immigrants and only 64 percent of those born in America.
Currently, there are about 11,000 Black immigrants under DACA protection, although the Migration Policy Institute has estimated there are 36,000 African immigrants eligible for the deferred action.
There are those who believe African Americans should not sit idly by on the issue of immigration. Make your voices heard on this issue. Call your congressman, attend a rally, raise your voice in this discussion.
As the president and his supporters continue to push their racist agenda, minorities can not afford to sit silent. We have learned from history—to be silent is to be complicit. We must speak out before silence morphs from complicity to something more sinister. As history has also taught us—silence, equals death.

“Moments before North Miami Police Officer Jonathan Aledda shot unarmed behavioral technician Charles Kinsey last July 18, another cop on the scene warned there was no gun, only a toy.”
Wow. I am infuriated and there is no way for me to constructively express it… I’ve got to take a couple hours break, but this is SO DAMN IMPORTANT!
Remember the Black male therapist who was laying on the ground with an autistic child who had a fake gun, and the Black therapist got shot? As if that and any/all “excuses” (though you can’t “excuse” some things, no matter what you say) were not straight up lies and a racist slap in the face; we now have the audio released online of the shooting. It proves what we all knew, it proves that cops are indeed targeting the Black community from some absurd racist … “reason” for lack of better word.
All of his lies were recorded and he has been caught lying, by his department and by all people who have a good, caring heart. On sound cloud, we can hear this cops true statements at the time of the shooting, including that he knows the gun is indeed a toy gun, but that didn’t matter. He still aimed and shot. Click here to go to sound cloud and listen to this sickening BS… which I fear is but an example of the common kind of thoughts the majority of cases where the victim ends up severely hurt, or worse, dead.
Hmmm I wonder what is going to happen to this cop? 😐 ….. I won’t hold my breath in hoping for some accountability, for once. I also want to note, he mentions fear of cops not protecting “communities” as well as their fellow cops and self, due to fears. This is a nationwide white privilege, racist belief I’ve been following for months now…And I’ll be explaining and exposing shortly.
Below is an article and links. I will return later to share continued hellish facts on racism, past and present, video and written.
After the shooting, an assistant chief repeatedly lied to the police chief, and City Manager Larry Spring ignored vital evidence.
Moreover, the crime scene was mismanaged, and the police department and city government were in disarray and plagued by infighting.
The shooting of Kinsey, who was caring for an autistic man, became a national flashpoint in the Black Lives Matter movement thanks to cell-phone footage that showed him with his arms in the air while, lying on the ground, and begging police not to shoot just before he was hit in the leg.
The revelations in Chief Eugene’s interview raise a burning question: Eight months after the shooting and four months after state investigators closed their probe, why has Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle still not charged anyone involved?
“We are very close to coming to a decision,” says Ed Griffith, a spokesperson for Rundle’s office.
“It’s pretty damning what’s in that tape,” says Michael Joseph, an attorney representing Emile Hollant, a North Miami Police commander who was suspended after the shooting and who is suing the city over his discipline. “The police chief outlines rogue officers in that department and other rogue officials. Something has to be done about this. The city has to do the right thing here and clean house.”
“I heard the shooter, Officer Aledda, make a statement to the nature of ‘Be advised, I have clear shot [of] subject,'” Eugene said, describing the audio of the police radio just before the shooting. “Later on, a sergeant… got on the air and said, ‘I have a visual; it is a toy. Is it a toy? QRX.’ That means ‘Stand by; don’t do anything.’ Then there is a conversation back and forth. The next transmission was by [another officer saying] ‘Shot fired!'”
Eugene’s description comes in an hour long interview that centers on the bizarre aftermath of the case. He doesn’t pull punches about the state of the department. Eugene, a veteran City of Miami cop who had been sworn in as chief only six days before the Kinsey shooting, says training was lax and infighting rampant.
“The scene was a mess, to be honest with you,” he tells investigators of the Kinsey shooting. “People were walking all over the place. Thank God [Kinsey] did not die. I realized I have a problem with the training of my staff. We’re talking about some 15- or 16-year veterans, but in North Miami, a 15- or 16-year veteran may have less experience than a two-year cop in Miami.”
Fights in the department were so bad, Eugene said, that he worried his cops wouldn’t even be willing to protect one another, much less the community.
“I’m afraid one of them will get shot, for God’s sake, and someone will call for backup and they’ll say, ‘I’m not going,’ just to tell you how much the animosity is,” he said.
Much of Eugene’s interview revolves around the suspension of Hollant, a commander who was present at the shooting. The chief paints a dark picture of department infighting, collusion, and incompetence on the part of city officials.
Three days after Kinsey’s shooting, North Miami city officials held a news conference announcing that, in addition to suspending Aledda, they had also suspended Hollant. In fact, they were suspending Hollant without pay, while Aledda would be on paid leave. Why? According to City Manager Spring, Hollant had lied to Eugene at the scene by telling him he hadn’t witnessed the shooting; in fact, Spring claimed, audio proved Hollant was there.
But Eugene tells a very different story in his interview. He says Hollant was actually suspended as part of a plot by Assistant Chief Larry Juriga, who had an ongoing feud with Hollant.
First of all, I was amazed to learn of the Rilya Alert, which is like the Amber Alert and does not seek to replace it, but instead it aims to be an extension of it for non-white children who are -as we clearly see- extremely under represented in the media as well as by government officials, despite the fact that an overwhelming number of kids missing are not white. You can check out Rilya Alert here.
Forprofit media is -not surprisingly- giving no play to this issue happening in
If you know the history of America, the history of Washington D.C., the history of hate and racism America was founded on, it shouldn’t be too hard to understand when a country has a foundation of hate still holds on to that hate, for some reason.
Perhaps that’s because it is virtually impossible to having a good, moral society sprout from a country built on racism, slavery and the slaughtering people for their land. Not to mention all of you who celebrate it every year in November.
The trends and laws that are of this country are all biased, many of them based originally in racism, the text and wording changed, noting more, as I will be speaking about soon.
As I said, America was built on racism and it is still run on racism. Before Black men and women were forced and not paid to build the inside and outside structures of the buildings so many American’s admire, the entire district was a slave market.
Many held Black women, men and children in slave pens which I’ll be reading about in a video shortly. That same racist history would repeat itself over, and over, and now today it is still doing so in the case of Black and hispanic children being stolen.
But why? And how can so many children all at once or even over the span of a couple days even a week go missing and no one in the media or national government make sure this is breaking news and each missing person, especially the children, should have their faces plastered on the front of every media station in America.
As to the why, I have my own fear on that I may speak on later, but for now, please read the below information to help bring awareness to this extremely terrifying happening which of course is still going yet if the government had its way it’d never be known.
That is a scary thought; a petrifying thought…How many untold horror cases are there in this country…both historical and not…
Places for people to get involved or gain more information follow:
Black women and girls are going missing and it’s not just in Washington D.C. It’s happening in Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit, Atlanta and other urban areas around the country,” she said.
Black and Missing works with law enforcement officials nationwide, the Justice Department, and related stakeholders to spotlight missing persons of color. The organization provides vital resources to families, delivers educational training on personal safety, and more.
Derrica Wilson, a law enforcement veteran, said while many cases involving missing White women tend to garner publicity and sympathy, Black America’s missing sons and daughters, mothers, fathers and elders, are often obscured or ignored.
“We know Blacks and Latinos or any persons of color who go missing, oftentimes don’t receive much-needed media coverage, which could drastically increase the odds of their safe recovery,” said Wilson.
*Also, in Oakland, California, children vanish at a rate of approximately 100 kids per night, victim of the on sex trafficking. Click here for more on that.
The ‘Hope Without Boundaries’ 5K Walk/Run is a fundraiser for Black & Missing Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization whose mission is to bring awareness to missing persons of color; provide vital resources and tools to missing person’s families and friends and to educate the minority community on personal safety. Proceeds from the event will go towards: funding for families of the missing, flyer distribution, financial support, victim recovery, and burial service assistance CLICK HERE.
Currently, the members of the Congressional Black Caucus are calling upon Attorney General Jeff Sessions; sadly Sessions is a very well known sexist and racist. Read more HERE.

“According to the latest FBI data, as of February 2017, there are a total of 13,591 active missing person records for African American women stored in its National Crime Information Center (NCIC). Of that total, 8,042 were of the ages of 18 and under; 1,419 were between the ages of 19 to 21.
The numbers trouble Natalie Wilson, 47, co-founder of the Black and Missing Foundation, Inc., (BAM FI), a nonprofit she launched with her sister-in-law, Derrica Wilson, 38, back in 2008.

From time to time I post a petition, reason being some may not think they work however they do. Rather, they can. I’ve seen it happen on legal levels to more minor levels. So please, sign and share. Posting from email received; to sign takes literally 5 seconds if you are a slow typist. I don’t care if you like President Obama or not. If you’re out there toting your patriotic crap, you should respect the process that currently is being denied.
If you are a normal, good person; you should just want the right thing especially under an administration as scary and dangerous as this.
Our racist, misogynistic, fascist president has nominated Neil Gorsuch to fill Antonin Scalia’s Supreme Court seat – the same seat Senate Republicans stole from President Barack Obama.
Trump promised to nominate someone ready to follow in Scalia’s extremist footsteps and he’s delivered on that promise. Gorsuch’s extreme record could guarantee another generation under a conservative Supreme Court that wages war on women, workers, poor people, voting rights and the environment while giving unprecedented power to corporations and religious extremists.
Progressive champion Sen. Jeff Merkley has promised to use the filibuster to force Senate Republicans to get 60 votes to confirm Gorsuch. We need to make sure Senate Democratic Leader Sen. Schumer and every other Senate Democrat stand with Sen. Merkley and use their power to stand up for women, LGBTQ people, immigrants, Muslims, people of color, workers, the environment and the bedrock principles of our democracy.
Right on! This may not change things but there is still benefit in protests……. I never thought I’d write about a presidency but Trump was the worst of all the choices; others would have been bad but none would have so heartlessly and so blatantly executed laws such as he did to those who who under President Obama had made some form of positive changes and progress within society, that can be said at the VERY least.
I’ll be posting on a new blog site dedicated to exposing Amerikkka’s history; from racism to other…and of course, I’ll be posting a lot on Trump’s lies & why he isn’t my president. I’ll post a link up to this site when I’ve got it up politics but history as well.
This site of course is staying up this is my main site plus it’s in regards to far more than just politics and history. i just didn’t want people who don’t wanna see truth to get bombarded by it and i also didn’t want trump covering my website
CLEVELAND – Hundreds of people gathered in Cleveland to protest President Donald Trump’s order that temporarily banned travelers from seven predominantly Muslim countries. Protesters began their demonstration about 4 p.m. Friday at Cleveland’s Market Square on the west side of the city and marched several blocks before ending up downtown later in the evening. The…
“According to the bill, city officials will be allowed to use “any means necessary” in order to break up a group of 10 or more protesters blocking traffic, “even to the point of costing lives.” -See Below
As if police departments across the US were not bad enough when it comes to double standards, racism, abuse or killing and walking away freely, now that President Obama is no longer in office the threat is at a higher risk than before. I am talking about Donald Trump, who is not my president by any means. Donald Trump, who refused to even meet or discuss the murder of Black men, women and children being beaten and killed at a highly disproportionate rate in a racist America. Under him, a bill being proposed is actually a threat in my opinion among countless other issues.
This bill I speak of in detail below, but let me start with it’s a bill that actually will allow the cops to legally take a persons life if they are blocking traffic. Under virtually any other government I’d not be worried. But under this empty and lost government which is not mine, anything could occur.
Before we go into the details of the proposed bill; it’s not as though things were great with the cops before, under any president! The lack of accountability police account for (unless the victim is a white child), their protective blue shields and the risks we’ve seen a couple of good cops take for the sake of speaking out; the lack of accountability due to loop holes (and racism) in our government, and going all the way back to the roots of the police, which are the slave patrols and the “good ol’ boy system”.
