This Isn’t the Start of Neglect From the US Against Puerto Rico…

I am surprised that I was taken aback when I began to realize how many people were unaware that Puerto Rico is, and has been, a part of Amerikkka…or at least it is in some ways, “Amerikkkan Liberation”- a term that is full of sarcasm if it’s not clear for America liberates no one. But in keeping this short; please, take the time to educate yourself on even simply how, why and what rights are given and denied to the people of Puerto Rico. The recent and on going tragedies in Puerto Rico’s Hurricane aftermath give a realistic and appalling view of how America, especially under Trump, treats the places it is supposed to protect. Let this be an eye opener: they want to try and keep us in the dark; ignorant, so we won’t unite. So we’ll stay in our places and marinate in wrongful, misplaced anger and hatred.  Keeping the people ignorant is a key step for people like Trump… But it’s been going on long, long before Trump’s racist ass came along.

It baffled/baffleS me how few care about Katrina just as this baffles me…How can so many not care?

Personally, it is absolutely, positively certain and clear to me how the lack of knowledge I speak of regarding Puerto Rico is intertwined with the current treatment of those who survived Hurricane Maria; many left in dire situations; they need the help that should be a birth right. Of course, Trump and his mockery of an administration will never step up and offer the help they would an Island of white supremacists. Not being dramatic but real. The fact that some people (too many and especially whites I’m noticing) roll their eyes at this legitimate belief is enough to make me physically ill. These same people then go on trying to claim whites are under attack and that they are the victims…Sickening, egotistical cowards!

Before this turns into more of a novel, let me wrap this up.

The following is a well written, accurate and deeply felt article I recommend highly on the Crisis in Puerto Rico and why the current treatment really should not be shocking and is anything but a surprise to those of us with loved ones there; friends and family alike- let alone if you live in PR.
NOTE: I am reblogging, please click the link after the below quote to go to the original posters page where the detailed post and further reading can be found.

“Puerto Ricans on the island and the diaspora feel a sense of neglect and insensitivity—a sense of grievance backed by the actions of the federal government for the last century. The Wall Street Journal editorial “Second-Class Puerto Rico” resonates with citizens who have lived a history of mixed policies—Jones Act, Section 936, Medicaid, PROMESA—that at times are beneficial and at times hurt the island and its dependent economy.  Over time these policies have changed with the concerns of the U.S. government, which often ignore the direct or unintended consequences of these policies on Puerto Rico and its U.S. citizens.

[. . .] After a century of Puerto Rican U.S. citizenship, it is clear that the main goal of the Jones-Shafroth Act of augmenting a “bond” with Puerto Rico (and Puerto Ricans) by granting citizenship has been achieved. But the question is, “Is American citizenship worth the same for Puerto Ricans as it is for other Americans?” For too long, Congress has looked the other way while its inconsistent policies continue to harm Puerto Rico. It is high time for members of Congress to pay attention and act before the humanitarian crisis facing 3.4 million American citizens reaches a point of no return.”

Both quotes from the article on another bloggers page, here.

You can read the reasons for the above quotes and so much more if you click here for the page which I found it on. It contains not the article in a more enlightening light, but also a great wealth of information to inform and explain the above comments and quotes. Again… please do not forget to click here and read the knowledge of the post!

Answering Question: Why It’s Not Wrong to have Black Pride & What White Privilege is

Some … white person sent me this long ass essay about white and Black pride, why is one fair, the other not, Black people don’t even know their history (UM!) and he don’t even acknowledge his white ass privilege SO!

And let me say, if you got white skin and claim you are not racist which I hope is true… Don’t abuse the stupid, sickening privilege the light skin some of us receive. For me it is not wanted but sadly I can’t stop that. I can speak out against it though, and against anyone who is wrong or got things twisted.

And my twitter video response to a quote sent which said something like :

“Black and white people today have nothing to do with what our ancestors did.”

HA.

So, Racism, White Privilege Doesn’t Exist in the USA (Part 1)

To any and all white people, or any nationality whom don’t believe racism is well, alive and thriving just as it always has been here in America, I want to know your reason. But white-racism-white-privilege-racist-fox-newsonly after you watch the following video. It is a live recording of a call into my favorite talk/radio show with host Mr. Thom Hartmann. He is one of the only white man I know of who speaks out so passionately about racism and its realities and truths. So to those of you whom don’t think white people have advantages over non-whites, especially those in the Black community; to Fox News watchers…you should have no issue watching an opposing view. Comment intelligently your side, I’ll approve.

And the reason I have named this part 1, I’d like to address this on my own YouTube channel in the future. Video of the call below… Tell me how anything said, is wrong.

Day of Rage for Mumia~9/7 — Moorbey’z Blog

No man in prison -especially in prison and not guilty of any crime other than wanting freedom and equality- should be allowed to be subjected to this type of torture. However, it shouldn’t be surprising that AmeriKKKa has been abusing and testing medical ‘theories’ on those in the Black community for hundreds of years. It’s past time it stopped; with the power and knowledge every one of you reading has, it’s time we use our knowledge and put this kind of shit to rest. Mumia Abu-Jamal is a good man who still speaks out with truth and knowledge; he is an innocent man and because he is relentless in the fight for truth the racist government is trying to silence him. This and all other acts of blatant racism in AmeriKKKa need to be taken to a global scale; Amerikkka needs to be held accountable for their cruelties and the only way we will ever see that day is when the racist system is taken before international courts. JUST AS MALCOLM X SAID!

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Mumia Abu-Jamal has maintained his innocence for 35 years but the state is still trying to kill him, this time by refusing to treat him for Hepatitis C. Show your outrage in the streets on Wednesday, September 7: 11AM – Press conference outside the Philadelphia Health Center at S. Broad & Lombard – because hep c is […]

Lesson in Law-White Supremacy is the Foundation For the Denial Of Rights to Felons…Proof

Origins and reasons behinds founding anything, especially police officers as well as laws. Upcoming soon I’ll be posting an essay on police origins nut it’ll be so much deeper thsn simply that. So, as  I was doing research, I was listening to the following video, and was angry as hell that the right to take away felons right to vote, obtain financial aid, obtain rightful access to resources for the purpose of empowerment & with hope of the ex-felon not returning to prison.

But that is truly an unattainable dream if you’ve got a felony on your record they apparently want you back in prison as it gives them more money. If they truly wanted the best for people out of prison, they would  help anyone who participated and learned new trade(s). The various vocations many study in prison also would be handled better by helping felons put to use these newly learned skills.

But when was this law implemented, and why? For white supremacy and if anyone say this to be a lie, do some legal research. The below video gives a deeper explanation of what happened, who was the first person and state to put it to law, and for what purpose. Though the purpose is clear, the proof is documented as he shows.

This man’s channel is a great source of knowledge and you can interact with him during the live show. He actually impressed me; speaking out on America’s racist system and against racism in the police of America and knowledge of their origins (slavery).

Quoting the twisted & racism found in documents regarding denying felons the right to vote:

“This plan will eliminate the ‘darky‘ as a political factor…so there would be no concern “felt for the complete supremacy of the white race in government.”

I knew racism was the reason for prisons as they are; but I failed to learn of this until today. And so while you may not be surprised, I hope you are outraged and let the ‘secrets’ or America fuel a firey passion to unite us all; from my fellow Hispanic community, to the Black community; we need unity!!! We also need to stop fighting our own…

Funky Smelling Silicon Valley Tap Water Caused By Delta Algae Bloom — CBS San FranciscoCBS San Francisco

Thing is, as I’ve said in other posts…this is happening everywhere especially in urban Black communities and/or poor communities. Where I’m at now the water is red/brown/orange half the time… You can’t cook with it, drink it… America knows what Amerikkka’s doing… I truly wish the people would unite… We need, NEED that.

SAN JOSE (KCBS) — Water officials in Silicon Valley are warning residents that the water coming out of their taps may be smelly and dirty, but it’s still safe to drink. “Some people might notice a dirt-like smell or taste in their tap water, and that is because of a bloom of algae called Geosmin,”…
