Black Man Denied His Right of a Lawyer Due to His Manner of “Requesting”

I only am just know finding out about this and I am absolutely outraged.

Summed up: A Black male by the name of Warren Demesne in Louisiana agreed two times to talk to police/investigators regarding alleged sexual assault charges. He was allegedly read his Miranda Rights, which shouldn’t even be

immigration mexico trimp
NO ONE has an excuse good enough to NOT be speaking out or taking action in SOME way, shape some form. Even sharing info is something simple ANYONE can do but too many don’t.

brought up or make a difference on whether or not the following is right but the other side made it a part of their argument. First, what’s the issue?

As he was defending himself against allegations made, he stated the following:

“…if y’all, this is how I feel, if y’all think I did it, I know that I didn’t do it so why don’t you just give me a lawyer, dog, cause this is not what’s up.”

They are claiming, because he said “dog” he was not asking for a lawyer… Thus, he wasn’t granted one. Upon taking this to the Supreme Court of Louisiana, they CLEARLY denied Warren Demesne from obtaining justice by denying his appeal which stated the police denied him the right to a lawyer, which they claim they did because in using the word “dog” it was “open to interpretation” and could be taken “multiple ways” – which is BS.

Unless absolutely utter morons, it is so clear that the ruling judge clearly exploited the law to cater to the injustice system. Not even the most idiotic person in this world would ever think a person seriously would ask for a “dog to be their lawyer” – having serious allegations against one and wanting a lawyer would not be the time to “joke” about it, either.

I don’t understand how we keep letting the government get away with this kind of thing any more than I understand why this is not a case the non-profit media has blown up. Of course main stream media won’t; but why aren’t we, as activists, not speaking out more on this slap to the face of racial equality, justice and equality in the legal system?

In the end? I’ll end it with the asinine opinion of a Justice Scott Christon, who defends the choice to deny the appeal made by Mr. Demesne, who had requested a lawyer but not in a way “proper” – that is an opinion, and opinion is subjective; the majority of people are not stupid- yet these clowns must think us as such to even attempt, let alone defend and get away with, this sort of unjust ruling.

After Justice Scott Chricton insists Demesme only “ambiguously referenced a lawyer.” [Ambiguously is used because saying “open to more than one interpretation” would have been too complex a task, apparently.

“Chricton notes that under current legal precedent set by Davis v. United States, if a suspect makes an “ambiguous or equivocal” reference to a lawyer—one where a “reasonable” cop could conclude that that the suspect only “might” be invoking his right to an attorney—police can continue their interrogation. “Maybe I need a lawyer,” for example, is considered too ambiguous.

Read his ludicrous opinion on this reflective decision by the LA Supreme Court, by clicking here. From the legal decision to deny him his appeal to this opinion piece, it all is all too reflective of the racist nature of our legal system as much as it is telling of both American society but also, sadly, it stands as a harsh reminder of how far we still have to go; this is NOT THE TIME TO REST! We need SERIOUS action.

Now.

Read more legal info here.

[I’d like to note that the fact he agreed to speak to these jerks, twice, speaks volumes. Sadly, as most people know, the media and legal system use both past “criminal history” if available and, as in this case, they abuse the allegations made in an attempt to damn him to a deliberate outcome of guilty before evidence or a trial has even begun. This should be a crime in and of itself, however, it’s not such here in America for that sort of justice system is only available to those living in nations that are made up of a just, equitable society and legal system.]

Harvard Making Money Off Slavery Photos; Family Taking it To Court –

“Harvard’s refusal to honor our family’s history by acknowledging our lineage and its own shameful past is an insult to Papa Renty’s life and memory.”- See Below

Though this isn’t the first time white people have made money off of the hard labor and pain endured by Black people. So this isn’t a surprise, no. But I believe it is important to keep up to date on what is being done, and in this instance, I’m interested in how the lawsuit goes. How the courts treat this will tell us a lot.,, perhaps we know already… but each piece of evidence we need to ensure we are aware of.

Every day white people are benefiting from the forced labor Black people gave during enslavement while whites sat back, doing nothing but cruelty, reaping the financial gain which was in fact not rightfully theirs. Black men built this country, but this -and so much more- is insulted, disrespected deeply by the lack of reparations and by the lack of acknowledgement. (Black history month needs to be yearly… and real.)

Reparations are due, that is obvious to the intelligent and moral people. But, that’s another post. (I am still in process of moving but it’s almost over and once it is, I will be posting consistently and often.)

Black people are due at the very least acknowledgment, something Harvard is denying just as much as the rest of America.

Reparations isn’t even a question to anyone who has any morals.

Now, with more money being made off of the detestable history of slavery and adding disrespect by be heaving just as low as they are -and no they aren’t alone- but this case should be watched. Not only the case but the behaviors already shown; making money without a bit of care, the refusal to give credit and the lack of sensitivity and respect is disgustingly showing what we have known.

Being that they are being taken to court is what makes this a case so important to watch because most thievery like this has yet to be taken to court let alone noted in the media. White privilege needs to end.

I believe we should use each and every piece of evidence as more fuel to fight evil, to go after justice… Remember, evil cannot last forever. But we also have to acquire unity, end the violence and put true knowledge in the mind… We can remove evil…

Article follows.

In 1850, a Swiss-born Harvard University professor commissioned what are believed to be the earliest photos of American slaves.

The images, known as daguerreotypes and taken in a South Carolina studio, are crude and dehumanizing – and they were used to promote racist beliefs.

Among the photographed: an African man named Renty and his daughter, Delia. They were stripped naked and photographed from several angles. Former professor Louis Agassiz, a biologist, had the photos taken to support an erroneous theory called polygenism that he and others used to argue that African-Americans were inferior to white people.

Now, a woman who says she is a direct descendant of that father and child – Tamara Lanier, the great-great-great granddaughter of Renty – is suing Harvard over the photos.

She has accused Harvard of the wrongful seizure, possession and monetization of the images, ignoring her requests to “stop licensing the pictures for the university’s profit” and misrepresenting the ancestor she calls “Papa Renty.”

The university still owns the photos. Lanier, who lives in Connecticut and filed the suit against Harvard in Middlesex County Superior Court on Wednesday, is seeking an unspecified amount of damages from Harvard. She’s also demanding that the university give her family the photos.

In an interview with USA TODAY, Lanier said she has presented Harvard with information about her direct lineage to Renty since around 2011, but the school has repeatedly turned down her requests to review the research.

“This will force them to look at my information,” Lanier said. “It will also force them to publicly have the discussion about who Renty was and restoring him his dignity.”

The suit, which lays out eight different legal claims, cites federal law over property rights, the Massachusetts law for the recovery of personal property and a separate state law about the unauthorized use of a name or picture for advertising purposes.

It also singles out the 13th Amendment to the Constitution, which abolished slavery, arguing that Harvard’s possession of the photos “reflects and is a continuation of core components or incidents of slavery.”

“For years, Papa Renty’s slave owners profited from his suffering. It’s time for Harvard to stop doing the same thing to our family,” Lanier said.

Who was Renty?

Lanier called Renty a “proud man who, like so many enslaved men, women and children endured years of unimaginable horrors.”

“Harvard’s refusal to honor our family’s history by acknowledging our lineage and its own shameful past is an insult to Papa Renty’s life and memory.”

The suit also says Harvard has “never sufficiently repudiated Agassiz and his work.”

Jonathan Swain, a spokesman for Harvard, said Wednesday that the university “has not yet been served, and with that is in no position to comment on this lawsuit filing.”

Lanier is represented by the law firms of national civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump of Florida, who has worked high-profile cases for the families of Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown, as well as Connecticut-based attorney Michael Koskoff.

The photos taken in 1850 of Renty, Delia and 11 other slaves disappeared for more than a century but were rediscovered in 1976 in the attic of Harvard University’s Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology.

One of the photos of Renty, showing him waist-up as he looks defiantly into the camera, has four decades later turned into an iconic image of slavery in the U.S.

The lawsuit argues that Harvard has used the Renty images to “enrich itself.” The image is on the the cover of a 2017 book, “From Site to Sight: Anthropology, Photography and the Power of Imagery,” published by the Peabody Museum and sold online by Harvard for $40.

The photo also was displayed on the program for a 2017 conference that Harvard’s Radcliffe Institute for Advance Study hosted on the school’s relationship with slavery.

According to Lanier’s attorneys, Harvard requires that people sign a contract in order to view the photos and pay a licensing fee to the university to reproduce the images.

“These images were taken under duress, and Harvard has no right to keep them, let alone profit from them,” Koskoff said. “They are the rightful property of the descendants of Papa Renty.”

He accused Harvard of not wanting to tell the “full story” of how Renty’s image was seized – against the will of slaves for a professor who sought to “prove the inferiority” of the black race.

“Harvard continues to this day to honor him, and that’s an abomination,” Koskoff said.

In recent years, Harvard leaders have publicly acknowledged the school’s role in fostering slavery. In addition to the 2017 conference on slavery, the school convened a faculty committee a year earlier to jump-start scholarship and research on Harvard’s history with slavery.

Former University President Drew Faust said in a speech in 2016 that Harvard was “directly complicit” in America’s system of racial bondage until slavery was abolished in Massachusetts in 1783. She said Harvard remained “indirectly involved through extensive financial and other ties” to slavery in the South.

“This is our history and our legacy, one we must fully acknowledge and understand in order to truly move beyond the painful injustices at its core,” Faust said.

How the lawsuit began

The suit charts how Lanier, a former chief probation officer in Norwich, Connecticut, has on multiple occasion sought to engage the university about the photos to no avail.

Her attorneys say her effort began in 2011 when she wrote a letter to then-president Faust, whose “evasive response” did not provide an opportunity to discuss returning the photos to Lanier’s family.

Five years later, she says, she reached out to the student-run Harvard Crimson newspaper, but its editor relayed that the story had been “killed” because of concerns from the Peabody Museum.

In the university’s use of the images, the lawsuit says, Harvard has “avoided the fact that the daguerreotypes were part of a study, overseen by a Harvard professor, to demonstrate racial inferiority of blacks.”

“When will they not condone slavery and finally free Renty? Because their actions denote something different than what they might say,” Crump said.

“We are trying to tell as many people throughout America, and especially black people, that Renty does deserve the right to have his image. He was 169 years a slave, but based on this lawsuit, we sought to make sure he would be a slave no more.”

Agassiz was considered one of the greatest biologists and geologists in the world in the mid-19th century. But his record has become problematic over time. He was an opponent of Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution. And in fiercely subscribing to polygenism, he held the now-debunked belief that white people and African-Americans came from different species.

The photos he commissioned were taken by J.T. Zealy in a studio in Columbia, South Carolina. He published them a month later in an article titled “The Diversity of Origin of the Human Races.”

Agassiz’s legacy still lives on at Harvard. He founded the school’s Museum of Comparative Zoology, and his wife, Elizabeth Cary Agassiz, also a Harvard researcher of natural history, was founder and the first president of Radcliffe College, now the Society for the Collegiate Instruction of Women. A street in Cambridge is named after Agassiz, and so is a Harvard theater, the Agassiz House.

Lanier has spent recent years researching and talking to genealogical experts who she said have validated her ancestry.

Lanier said she began studying her family’s ancestry after her mother died in 2010 to follow up on family stories she heard about Papa Renty. She worked with Boston genealogist Chris Child, who is known for tracing ancestors of Barack Obama, according to a 2018 article in the Norwich Bulletin.

“It was a journey,” she said. “It was important to my mother that I write this story of who Papa Renty was down and to do a family tree.

“I made a promise to my mother,” she added.

According to the newspaper, Lanier said she can trace her great-grandfather, named Renty Taylor and then Renty Thompson, to a plantation near Columbia, South Carolina, owned by Benjamin Franklin Taylor. This is where the photos are believed to have been taken.

She said she started providing Harvard evidence that she’s a descendant of Renty but that the school has been “non-responsive.” “Most importantly, I want the true story of who Renty is to be told. That’s all I’ve ever asked for.”

The Bulletin quoted Pamela Gerardi, the Peabody Museum’s director of external relations, who described the photos last year as “extremely delicate” and well cared for.

“We anticipate they will remain here in perpetuity,” she said at the time. “That’s what museums do.”

Newark, NJ, ICE LockUp’s Exposed: Once Again! ANOTHER CRITICAL WATCHDOG REPORT: ROTTEN FOOD, DECAYING MATTRESSES

Why in hell do we have people in any positions of power who are abusing, in any shape or form, fellow humans, sexually harassing them, making them sleep in decaying beds…and then sarcastically playing it off as if it isn’t an issue… HOW DO THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT!?

And how do those of you who turn the other way live with your selfish souls?

This is more than I humane… and if you are one of these jerks who can’t even stand against what’s wrong but complain about those who DO speak out; it is you that is the fool and should be ashamed. I sure as hell am not and by being silent you only aid cruelty.

What is more, someone came talking to someone near me about a woman complaining about her food quality. He played some YouTube video they’d made into a joke of her, I didn’t fully understand what in hell they were on about…

Now I do. If I’d been more up to date then I’d have torn into their sick souls for truth and knowledge I will always inflict; I don’t care when or who you are… please share!

+++ start

A Newark, New Jersey immigrant detention center has been feeding detainees moldy, spoiled and foul-smelling food—an abuse that’s led detainees to file scores of grievances and to report symptoms of food poisoning, according to a report released Friday by the Department of Homeland Security’s Inspector General.

The center, which can house more than 900 men, is run by the Essex County Department of Corrections, under an agreement with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE. DHS inspectors conducted a surprise visit last July and found multiple health-and-safety violations of detainee rights and ICE standards. The inspector general’s report noted that the Essex County Correctional Facility also failed to disclose to ICE, as required, incidents involving fights among detainees and hospitalization of detainees for mental illness.

A detainee also found a loaded gun belonging to a guard in a bathroom, the inspector general’s report said.  Center staff admitted to inspectors that they told the detainee who found the gun “not to discuss the matter with anyone,” according to inspectors.

In the report, inspectors noted that detainees filed about 200 grievances about food quality during the first six months of 2018.

“For dinner, we were served meatballs that smelled like fecal matter,” one detainee wrote.

“The food that we received has been complete garbage,” another wrote. He also wrote: “I have a stomach infection because of it and the nurse herself told me it was caused by the food.”

Inspectors observed “expired and moldy bread” in a refrigerator, despite requirements that staff toss it out.  “The food handling in general was so substandard that ICE and facility leadership had the kitchen manager replaced during our inspection,” inspectors reported.

ICE asserted that after seeing a draft of the report its officials immediately initiated a follow-up review process” at the Essex facility. ICE and Essex detention officials could not be reached for comment.

ButWNYC radio in New York reported that ICE, in a statement,

said that conditions inside Essex had improved and that ICE was “committed to continually enhancing” detention operations to promote “a safe and secure environment.”

The inspector general additionally detailed how inspectors last July found showers at Essex covered with mold. Staff had placed trash cans under holes in ceilings to collect rain leaking in; two leaks were in detainee rooms right over their beds.

When inspectors asked guards about decaying mattresses they observed, the report says,

guards said they “wait for detainees to complain” before staff put in a request that mattresses be replaced.  😡😡

The Newark immigration detention center isn’t the first facility where DHS inspectors have found neglect and substandard conditions.

In October, a DHS inspector general report found violations at the Adelanto detention center in California that included inappropriate handcuffing and shackling of detainees and medical neglect, as theCenter for Public Integrity reported.

A dentist employed at Adelanto, which is operated by the private GEO Group, Inc., told inspectors that detainees could use strings from their socks to floss their teeth if dental floss was not available to them.

Inspectors also found evidence that a disabled detainee in a wheelchair was placed into “segregation,” or isolation, for nine days, during which time he was unable to sleep in a bed or brush his teeth.

In January, another DHS inspector general reportaccused ICE of issuing only two penalties against contractors holding immigrant detainees despite finding 14,000 violations of detainee rights and ICE standards. The violations were found at 106 contract detention centers from 2015 to 2018. Violations included contractors’ failure to report alleged sexual assaults to ICE. Last September, the Center reported on private-prison companies’ history, and allegations of abuses that include medical neglect.

Black History Month-Brief History & My Stance

“If a race has no history, it has no worthwhile tradition, it becomes a negligible factor in the thought of the world, and it stands in danger of being exterminated. ”

This post was a lot more in-depth than this, but after having it somehow 50% deleted, I figured I would repost the overall main point, and rant on other related issues on another post.

There are a few reasons I truly dislike Black History month. Until recently I had no idea how it was even founded, I’m ashamed to say.

Black men and women more than earned their place in American history books, both before 1776 and definitely after.

Black History happened in crucial ways, daily, and still they received no pay, no acknowledgement, no kindness or humane treatment. Fast forwarding to 2019 where we still are impacted by the actions of these men and women; one example being the White House and all of the surrounding district was built off of the backs -and brains- of Black men. (Info on this to be in an upcoming post)

Despite the impact and astonishing sacrifice, cruelties and inhumanity these people endured; despite what they did to build the structure desired by whites “in government”- there still has been not only no pay, but also no acknowledgement in public schools or by many others I can think of whom “teach history.”

(And yes, money payment is due. White people today; ok so you were not one of the enslavers… you are, however, reaping the benefits of an oppressive system merciful and preferring of whites; OPENLY, heartlessly. While, at the same time, trying to ensure your so called “place as victim” or playing the “denial card” … whatever way a white person goes if it is not in truth you are openly, knowingly allowing lies to be told, truth and history to be surprised and letting a community continue to struggle and suffer due to racism which is indeed very much, too much, alive in America. But I digress.)

And I haven’t even began on the ancient histories not often spoke of except in falsehood.

Such as, the history of truth which when we find in the amazing, breath taking ancient civilizations of Kemet/Egypt / African history. These people are the reason for everything we take for granted today from the 365 calendar to math and medicine and more. (More posts are to come soon on many, many things in respect to this as well!)

On to the point of this post, even though my last writing was far more informative I feel, I best get back on topic.

Though Black History month is not something I support, as noted I support an all year, truthful history, it began of noble means and the history is honorable.

I am ashamed to admit this is a piece of history I only recently learned.

The origins of what was a brave and wonderful proposal, especially in 1926, was created by Mr. Carter G. Woodson, along side the Association for the Study of Negro Life and History.

It was, at that time known as “Negro History Week” and was to be honored every year during the second week of February.

These weeks were not selected at random, instead planned as to include the birthdays of Frederick Douglass in the 14th as well as Abraham Lincoln on the 12th.

It was, of course, not met with much more than a rather lethargic response but it didn’t leave Carter disheartened; quiet the opposite.

It took relentless work and perseverance but it finally began to catch on, and finally, the ambition, and the hopes to share and honor Black History seemed to have succeeded.

It wasn’t until 1976 that American presidents began giving recognition to the cause, but after they acknowledged it as an issue of importance (no matter what the reason they really did it for) it became Black History month.

And so it was. Call me negative if desired but I am a realist; Black History month should not only be a year long study, additionally it should not be limited, as it is now, to slavery, segregation, the civil war, the Civil Rights Movement, riots, sit ins, and/or Dr. King.

Black History does not begin with slavery. With that in mind I hope you will go and do some real research on the truths being hidden from you…. or revisit this page at random to learn more truths they try so hard to hide, or even deny. Despite the proof & evidence to be shared…

(update) My New #Video RE: Four Black Females Strip Searched At School…!

As I said, until you show me how
white children, FEMALES, have
been abused and violated as Black
children, FEMALES in this situation,
in this way or any other way without any action or care, until you can show me an epidemic of white children being abused like this or any other way by the school system you have NO reason to even entertain the selfish thought that this is NOT because of the color of these females skin!

Yes, it is sick to say. Yes, it is sick to realize. BUT IT IS ALSO TRUE AND TRUTH NEEDS TO BE SPOKEN

And justice needs to start happening; which I know this video won’t create but it is a reality that needs to be remembered and maybe ONE DAY WE WILL GET THERE!

I have no words to say …for now… other than what I share below.

And,

New Video- Mexican Family Brutally Attacked By Openly Racist White Male- Updated

UPDATED POST:

After making this video there have been additional details released so to confirm my fear stated in the video of white privilege. While the openly racist Alan Covington, 50 and white, will be charged with multiple charges, including aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury, he will not be charged for committing a hate crime. How is that possible?!

All I can say is watch the video and as I say in it, he is white so of course he is being referred to as a person whom struggles with drugs and has some mental issues… BUT IF THIS HAD BEEN A MALE OF ANY OTHER RACE OR COLOR, ESPECIALLY BLACK, HE WOULD BE A THUG, A DRUG ABUSER. EVERY DRUG HE HAD EVER TAKEN WOULD BE LISTED BESIDE HIS PICTURE WHETHER OR NOT HE WAS STILL TAKING SAID DRUG, ALL IN AN ATTEMPT TO SHUN HIM.

But Alan’s white, so he is but a victim of life. A victim of addiction, but not a bad guy, he is just down on his luck… That’s how local media attempt to portray him, as it usually goes. I talk about that in the video though so for now back to the hate crime that won’t be tried as a hate crime.

After hearing what this racist did, brutally attacking a Mexican family at their family owned business with racist, hate filled words and threats of murder to acting out upon those words with attacks on multiple members of the Lopez family. His most vicious attack was on Jose’s son, Luis Lopez, 18 year old, as seen in the photo and as described..

As stated in a document used to indict Alan, when police arrived they found Luis “bleeding profusely from his face”, “gurgling and coughing on his own blood”- Luis had been beaten in the face with a metal rod and fell unconscious.

Please consider either donating to help the Lopez family pay for the surgeries needed due to what Alan did, or at least sharing this story and the funding page please…

So once more… While Alan will be charged with various criminal acts, one being aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury, the one thing thing we won’t see under his “charge information” is this being listed as a hate crime. (You can view the charges he is facing, among other information related to his arrest for this hate crime, by clicking here.)

Why won’t they charge the male who bluntly stated he would be back and when he came back again, he would kill. He would kill because he wants to kill Mexicans as he himself put it. But this is not a hate crime? Of course it is.

But in Utah state law in order to charge and convict someone for a hate crime it can’t be anything more severe than a misdemeanor assault…. So the fact that Alan is facing more extreme charges disqualifies him from any thing related to hate crimes… [Read Utah’s outrageous, insulting, careless legal definition and the (extremely limited) requirements for yourself by clicking here.]

As with any and every hate crime from police brutality to domestic terrorists all the way to the legal system of both state and federal law, I am even more pissed off than before…  I don’t understand how or why we as a people are not uniting to change America into a decent place, why do so many people not care?? Blah.. Will update as this case proceeds.

To help with medical expenses, please help by donating or sharing to the Lopez family; their gofundme page located here.

Video: Police Are Not Heroes To Me; They Are One Side of A Double Standard System

New York City Police Staff Sgt. Jimmy McNaughton died while serving in the

nyc tribeccamilitary and the story I just read of his family and other NYC cops complaining because the did not get their way has pissed me off. I will explain a bit below but first, the ultimate and main point of my posting this as well as my video rant is because  of the double standards cops hold…

What makes me the most angry, I think, is as you can read in the link that follows, his co-worker states,

“Jimmy’s a hero. He’s our hero. And generations of future police officers who entered the subway to go to work at Transit District 2 would know that his fellow officers did not forget him,” Kenny said.

… He is not my hero, and if we are going to be renaming streets after people who were stolen from the world too soon the first names should be of those whom were unjustly and out of racist hatred murdered. Those are the lives we need to remember. And I am sorry people think I am being too harsh but I am fed up with police getting away with any and all things as people bitch about how hard the legal killers have it… This is in my opinion a slap in the face to any and all who have lost their lives just by being !

No I know nothing of this cops personal history. That is not the point though I do address in the video.

So what happened for those wanting to know, in short:

His family almost 300 police officers in NYC are angry because their proposal to have a street named after him was denied, the father going so far as to state he believes they are cop haters… Right… He also demanded to know the real reason the denied the request… The reason? NYC signs have too many damn signs on street poles as it is!

Ugh. Click here to read the NY Post article on this and from which I cite….

If you watched the video, you can find the reference to the numbers of hate crime rising, by clicking HERE.

Video: The Racist Trump’s Removal of White Nationalist Groups Being Classified as Extremists

Let met start out with this: I have not been able to write or make videos lately, more so than usual… While this will change in the future, once life settles down a bit, the research and work I am doing now will aid in the fight against these racist, hate filled terrorist organizations…
At the very least, I come armed with truth and knowledge that is in fact extremely and abundantly obvious to those who truly seek wisdom; to those with even a careless soul in them. It takes a special sort of evil to even entertain the idea of removing these hate-filled racists; these true terrorists, from the federal effort to study and neutralize extreme nationalization. And everyone who has any decency within need be preparing and arming with knowledge, and sharing that knowledge. So, I shall. Starting back up with the following…………………

I write this in rage; rage and shock at the silence surrounding these blatant evil, racist pigs in office and their avid supporters. I am going to begin and end my post with the quote you will hear in more detail when you press play below. It is a quote in response to the Trump administration; this quote in particular being from the founder of some neo-nazi site called The Daily Stormer. I am more than outraged; more than ready for seeing these psychopaths be overrun.

And if the following doesn’t make your blood boil, I have to let you know… you are just as sadistic as the racist “Alt Right” as they want to be called, but more accurately known as America’s domestic terrorists; the white nationalists. Ironically, from the start of their jealous hate, these white “supremacists” have yet to be superior to anything.

I am MORE THAN sickened, and infuriated!!!!!! with the audacity of this psychopath to remove these evil, soulless, racist white criminals is absolutely asinine and outrageous. What’s equally as preposterous is the lack of attention all of this is receiving. Let me make this clear: I am aware these shells of people existed prior Trump getting into office…but they were, to some degree, ashamed or at least they understood to stay in THEIR place and pretend to be human. With Trump in office, what do these psychos have to lose?

That being said; if you are not against what Trump is doing for his people, proudly evil, white terrorists, then you are no better than them. Period.

Moving on to the point. Here is part of one response to Trump’s racist action. These white racists  (who murder, promote superiority, hate, death, etc) are no longer extremists, despite the fact that all domestic terrorist attacks and terrorists in America have been and are white; while people with a conscious, a soul, are murdered down by slave patrols or locked away as political prisoners for wanting equal treatment.

Hell, in too many cases this means dying for simply wanting to have the equal right of doing something as simple as eat skittles or hold a pokemon card without being murdered by one of the so called “protectors of peace”………..

The video has actual facts and the history behind what is going on, has been going on, and more. Please watch… It goes without saying, then, their hate organizations and their ‘people’ are celebrating in their natural hate and menace:

“Donald Trump wants to remove us from undue federal scrutiny by removing white supremacists from the definition of extremism……. Yes, DONALD TRUMP IS SETTING US FREE.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A SIGNAL OF FAVOR TO US.
We may truly under estimated Trump’s covert support of our cause, but after this proposal I am fully ready to offer myself in service to this glorious regime

Amazingly, my government no longer treats me as an enemy. It’s now officially understood at one of the highest levels, that we are so much better than the kidnapper, terrorist, pedophile left.” – Founder of Neo-Nazi Daily Stormer

I end this here….Watch the video. Educate. They will NOT rise. Make sure you are a part of educating the people if nothing else. And again, for more information, I truly urge and plead with you to take a few minutes and make sure you are aware of yet another evil going on; thanks to the extremists in office.
Please; get involved… Edcuate yourself; educate others, at the very, very least… Fuck every last racist, white psychopath and their delusional thoughts of superiority; what a DISGUSTING and SAD JOKE they are!

We Need to Realize the Dreams of Young Black Immigrants…

“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!” – Emma Lazarus

They are Black! They Are Beautiful! And, they too have a dream!

The current tension over protecting the dreamers is merely an extension of an historical conflict between those in America who support the sentiments espoused on the base of the Statue of Liberty and those who want a country that fulfills the most egregious desire of White Supremacists, to purge the country of non-white residents on their road to fulfilling their vision of an all-White America.

Last week, the nation bore witness when the president dispelled all doubt about the racist ideology that undergirds the agenda of his white house. Trump allegedly demanded to know during a White House meeting on immigration, why he should accept immigrants from “shithole” (Black) countries like Haiti or Africa–I’m not sure if the president realizes Africa is not a country but a continent—rather than White countries like Norway.

This was not the first time the president put his full racist attitude on display. The country saw it throughout the 2016 presidential campaign and again and again since he took office.

The president’s apparent attitude toward people of color is not only telling but also threatening to the hundreds of thousands of dreamers at risk of deportation since he ended DACA last September. Although the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals blocked Trump’s efforts to stymie the DACA program last week, the ultimate fate of the dreamers remains uncertain.

Amid the discussions on the probable racist ideology permeating the white house and the president’s implementation of obvious racist immigration policies that have resulted to date, there are nearly 3.7 million Black immigrants who account for about 8.4 percent of all immigrants—many of them from the very countries the president recently disparaged.

According to a report by the Center for American Progress, among the largest groups of Black immigrants, 48 percent are from the Caribbean, 43 percent from various African countries, and 3.6 percent from South America. Black immigrants also make up 25 percent of at least five major metropolitan areas including Boston, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, and Seattle.

The president has also inferred that immigrants from countries like Norway are preferable. He never qualified that statement. However, if his preference is based on qualifications rather than race, we must assume he is unaware of the fact that Black immigrants have as high a rate of education and employment as any other group of immigrants.

For example, 29 percent of Black immigrants have a bachelor’s degree or higher compared to 30 percent from White nations, and at least 29 percent have some college or an associates degree compared to only 19 percent from other countries.

Another area where the president is ill informed is in regard to employment. The reality is that at least 73 percent of Black immigrants sixteen years of age and older are employed, compared to 67 percent of all immigrants and only 64 percent of those born in America.

Currently, there are about 11,000 Black immigrants under DACA protection, although the Migration Policy Institute has estimated there are 36,000 African immigrants eligible for the deferred action.

There are those who believe African Americans should not sit idly by on the issue of immigration. Make your voices heard on this issue. Call your congressman, attend a rally, raise your voice in this discussion.

As the president and his supporters continue to push their racist agenda, minorities can not afford to sit silent. We have learned from history—to be silent is to be complicit. We must speak out before silence morphs from complicity to something more sinister. As history has also taught us—silence, equals death.
