Let this have been a white male; the uproar would never end. Why is it, then, we are not raging??? This is more than a racist gesture, this is a message of some form; symbolic in hate and racism, forged in jealousy by cowards. I can’t begin to express the depths of how I feel.
I fail to express my outrage, my rage, my sorrow and how fed up I am, and the reason I believe it is failed is this is becoming common place, and yet everyone is shaking their head, -everyone with a soul-, not doing a damn thing as these racist MFs get their point across.
As noted in the video below, the forced apology means nothing. These cops knew they wouldn’t be getting in trouble. This is clearly some sort of hate message and that’s why I stand by what I always say and that is be ready for something and for fuck SAKE can we please unite!? Together we have a chance against this evil; either way evil will recoil, love will overcome and put these psychos in their place, but the more the better.
How many of you guys are down for that? I mean really, because I’ve been down now, and I’m absolutely fed up and FURIOUS that all I can fucking do is write a damn blog about this horrific racist behavior and their violation of a REAL man.

After making this video there have been additional details released so to confirm my fear stated in the video of white privilege. While the openly racist Alan Covington, 50 and white, will be charged with multiple charges, including aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury, he will not be charged for committing a hate crime. How is that possible?!
All I can say is watch the video and as I say in it, he is white so of course he is being referred to as a person whom struggles with drugs and has some mental issues… BUT IF THIS HAD BEEN A MALE OF ANY OTHER RACE OR COLOR, ESPECIALLY BLACK, HE WOULD BE A THUG, A DRUG ABUSER. EVERY DRUG HE HAD EVER TAKEN WOULD BE LISTED BESIDE HIS PICTURE WHETHER OR NOT HE WAS STILL TAKING SAID DRUG, ALL IN AN ATTEMPT TO SHUN HIM.
But Alan’s white, so he is but a victim of life. A victim of addiction, but not a bad guy, he is just down on his luck… That’s how local media attempt to portray him, as it usually goes. I talk about that in the video though so for now back to the hate crime that won’t be tried as a hate crime.
After hearing what this racist did, brutally attacking a Mexican family at their family owned business with racist, hate filled words and threats of murder to acting out upon those words with attacks on multiple members of the Lopez family. His most vicious attack was on Jose’s son, Luis Lopez, 18 year old, as seen in the photo and as described..
As stated in a document used to indict Alan, when police arrived they found Luis “bleeding profusely from his face”, “gurgling and coughing on his own blood”- Luis had been beaten in the face with a metal rod and fell unconscious.

So once more… While Alan will be charged with various criminal acts, one being aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury, the one thing thing we won’t see under his “charge information” is this being listed as a hate crime. Why won’t they charge the male who bluntly stated he would be back and when he came back again, he would kill. He would kill because he wants to kill Mexicans as he himself put it. But this is not a hate crime? Of course it is.
But in Utah state law in order to charge and convict someone for a hate crime it can’t be anything more severe than a misdemeanor assault…. As with any and every hate crime from police brutality to domestic terrorists all the way to the legal system of both state and federal law, I am even more pissed off than before… I don’t understand how or why we as a people are not uniting to change America into a decent place, why do so many people not care?? Whether you want to accept it or not; white privilege is real. White supremacy is a lie as “whites” does not mean a person is better than any other person; skin color alone does not mean any more than the size shoe you wear. Sadly, however, it is still an ongoing issue in racist America; built on lies and evil cruelty, still going forward with those same ‘ideals’ trying to brain wash as many as possible.
NEVER FORGET THIS TRUTH: being of European or Irish or whatever descent does NOT mean they are better. That is a force fed lie and it’s time we blow it out of the water with education on real history and culture; on what they tried to erase after stealing from the people there, too.
Admitting it exists leaves a sickening taste in your mouth to speak it, I know, but speaking it and being aware that it is going on and it is not okay! That you CAN do something, even if it won’t remove the unjustified and selective “privileges” given without any logical, emotional, intelligent, understandable, rational reason, at least you can take pride in knowing you are doing your part.

I made this video yesterday morning, so it’s a bit behind late but I still want to post it for we should always be thankful and remember those who have given their lives for the fight of gaining the right to equal opportunities, treatment, respect and freedom. Somehow, however, it has been and still seems to be the supporters of equality, ending double standards, humane treatment for all and other born rights in the Black community that are deemed thugs and terrorists by the media and brainwashed America. Any of us, especially if you are Black though, but any whom support and work together for these things in America are deemed ‘racist against whites’, ‘hateful and dangerous’, ‘terrorists’ and other deceptive titles; titles which actually should be placed on white ‘supremacy’ groups like the KKK. [*Below, I will explain a bit of how people become so misinformed and legally deceived when it comes to anything, especially race. They don’t want to portray the Black community in particular in good light, so they don’t- and they legally don’t have to show truth so…But I’m ahead of myself.]

After watching the trailer, and proceeding inward to the documentary “13” I made this. I just don’t understand after everything I say, and everything I show, not just in this video but in all the information available…. No matter your background, facts are facts. And if you have a soul Black, Hispanic, white…this DOES matter.
I was watching just the trailer for the movie or documentary 13 on Netflix (now watching the full documentary) but there’s one scene that sparked a memory that I’ve never shared anybody really yet one that I refer to quite often in my videos. This is the story of the man Who will forever be a part of my soul the man that I saw suffocated by the police when I was about 14 an innocent, black man with narcolepsy suffocated… But it doesn’t stop there.
Back then I used to have a little hope. Hope that if everyone knew about this kind of stuff that I was working with on a national level every day -both public stories and confidential cases, NATIONALLY- I honestly believed that there would be a revolution of some form if these images were being displayed on TVs if the truth was put out there by the media. You must remember I was 14-ish at that time and did not realize the media and the government or one for profit media is never going to show you the truth and you shouldn’t have to have anyone say anything though. Just watching the imagery & just hearing the stories you should be able to make up your own mind and clearly see the obvious this would not be tolerated if it was happening to white people as a majority like it is to the Black community.
I understand my story does not have anything to do with prison per se. But it does have something to do with slavery and racism and the oversee year a.k.a. officer.
This is no shocking surprise. I’m speechless, for, the surprise is actual that no one cares and if they do, they aren’t willing to give up their comforts to do something for the greater good. Or perhaps it’s simply that none of us know what to do.

The Daily Beast reported Wednesday that charges against Barry Arnold were inexplicably dropped in September after the government failed to prosecute. The couple who bore the brunt of Arnold’s drunken, racist meltdown want to know why.
In October of 2015, Marquist Curtis and his fiancée, Amber Phillips were eating dinner at a Savannah Applebee’s restaurant when they heard a drunken and agitated Arnold — who was voted 2014 Savannah Firefighter of the Year — use racist slurs against his server, a black woman.
Then, when he noted Curtis and Phillips, he began to direct his ire at them.
“He’s saying, ‘I got those black ass ribs just like those ni**ers,’” Curtis told the Beast. “He looked over at my fiancée and said ‘I can’t stand those ni**ers.’”
