Excited to Report Colin Kaepernick’s Nike Commercial Drops During NFL Opener —

“The person said Nike will feature Kaepernick on several platforms, including billboards, television commercials and online ads. Nike also will create an apparel line for Kaepernick, including a signature shoe, and contribute to his Know Your Rights charity. The deal puts Kaepernick in the top bracket of NFL players with Nike.”

And let us not forget, Nike provides all NFL teams with both game day wear and other apparel, such as sideline wear. The partnership between the two was extended in March to run through 2028.

I think it’s both very depressing how heartless, selfish and mindless people are outraged at people who want to draw attention to an on going evil, especially to this degree. I would say it is almost funny but…it’s not funny at all, really. It’s tragic and the racism in this country that is tolerated -by the government alone- leads me to think about what the beautiful soul of Malcolm X said about civil rights vs human rights. Perhaps it is time to begin reaching for what he spoke of and was working on; appealing to the international community for assistance… Things since he was working for justice and equality have only grown more complex, but I also think in some ways we have an upper hand now.

But I digress. Back to those of you mad at Nike and Kaepernick for doing the right thing.

It’s so funny how many people are hating on Nike now; such as in Denver one store is “clearing out” their Nike stock in, and I quote, “protest.” Yeah. Nike’s losing a lot of sleep over having a clear conscience.

If you are going to protest, make it something worth while like, oh, I don’t know, protesting innocent men, women and children being murdered or beaten, seems like a nice and moral place to start. That and/or demanding these killers do not walk free. Refusing to accept them being treated as innocent the entire trial IF it makes it that far. Paid vacations for killers… All because they protect you and you have no reason to fear them? Hmmm… what about those they don’t serve OR protect?

People are outraged over the display Kaepernick in particular is making. Why should I respect a government or the traditions held by many american’s when this country, the law enforcement here, they don’t give a damn about what they do to others. The good hearted will speak out, and get fired. Is this really an american tradition I want to follow? Hell no. How can any of you really think this “american tradition” is more outrageous than humane treatment, equality and justice?

Police vow to “serve and protect”— wait, I’ll say it this way as it reminds me of a post I came across earlier. Some guy was complaining about all the negativity towards cops. He said something like, “meanwhile, the police save thousands a day and no one pays attention” or something. So I replied, in part, with what I reply to this, “it’s disrespecting the national anthem and the american tradition,” BS:

“And meanwhile, not happening in any legal jurisdiction but once a year, police officer kills and is actually punished for his crime. being sworn to protect the people, not slaughter them, one murder by a cop should carry a heavy sentence unless he can prove he was not to blame. police in america can be caught on camera killing and walk away with nothing. or go buy and sell the gun they used to kill an unarmed human with. police are never in the wrong in america, except with people who want justice…and that doesn’t happen. so stop whining as though you really have it bad. try being a fishermen. they die more often than police while working as do others. and defending is different from what police do. the few i have seen do good were fired. real just system. “

Point of that comment post is… 1) all the players who haven’t or don’t join in protest against a wrong that has been done in one form or another; under one name or another, for hundreds of years, every last one of them should feel a great deal of shame fopolice brutality police killings racism is not new cameras are newr not being man enough to do what they could… If all players protested even just in the NFL, think of how things would change… Money forces change. But money also made some too damn blind; or perhaps they already were.

Either way, no real man would just look away, letting victims of the inhumane, unethical and on going homicides continue to be targets. Moreover, they are saying it is acceptable behavior to NOT punish those who abuse and/or murder if they have a blue shield in front of them. It’s okay, they are saying, to not have law enforcement not report to the FBI annually the number of people who have lost their lives.

I am so grateful Nike has made the choices they have… They have selected NFL opening night as the night to air the first “Just Do It” commercial with Mr. Colin Kaepernick and others. Apparently Nike, as the following article describes, has always pushed for athletes to strive for more. Their actions give me reason to believe that rich as Nike as a company and such may be, they thus far are proving they actually are on the side of justice.

That being said, I’ll end my rant here and let you read on about the latest with Nike and Kaepernick. I hope others will come through…  And that includes anyone reading this as well as myself… Be a hero, regardless of how popular or unpopular you are… Every good and every bad action matters. Do the right thing even if those around you are not…

Nike has unveiled its first “Just Do It” ad narrated by Colin Kaepernick, and a person familiar with the situation says the spot is scheduled to air during the NFL season opener on Thursday night and during football games throughout the season. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because details of the airing have…

New Bill Proposed to Legalize Police Murders

pigs.png“According to the bill, city officials will be allowed to use “any means necessary” in order to break up a group of 10 or more protesters blocking traffic, “even to the point of costing lives.” -See Below

As if police departments across the US were not bad enough when it comes to double standards, racism, abuse or killing and walking away freely, now that President Obama is no longer in office the threat is at a higher risk than before. I am talking about Donald Trump, who is not my president by any means. Donald Trump, who refused to even meet or discuss the murder of Black men, women and children being beaten and killed at a highly disproportionate rate in a racist America. Under him, a bill being proposed is actually a threat in my opinion among countless other issues.

This bill I speak of in detail below, but let me start with it’s a bill that actually will allow the cops to legally take a persons life if they are blocking traffic. Under virtually any other government I’d not be worried. But under this empty and lost government which is not mine, anything could occur.

Before we go into the details of the proposed bill; it’s not as though things were great with the cops before, under any president! The lack of accountability police account for (unless the victim is a white child), their protective blue shields and the risks we’ve seen a couple of good cops take for the sake of speaking out; the lack of accountability due to loop holes (and racism) in our government, and going all the way back to the roots of the police, which are the slave patrols and the “good ol’ boy system”.

Since Ferguson, What are Police Doing to Improve Safety?

Currently I am working on a complete history of the origins of police throughout every era and major racial law ‘change’, and have realized it’ll have to be done it videos like this. Though it’s not about the history, it’s insanely, insanely important information. This is what the law enforcement have been doing to “regulate” safety since Ferguson – … I will post links and quotes and all that stuff that I cite ASAP, but I wanted to post these videos first in hopes someone will share them and get the word out; we *HAVE* to create something better. We have to UNITE, and wake up, first.

First Video- I talk first for a few minutes about the risk in a cops job, based on their own and independent sources [it’s not the most dangerous job] and what the causes of these deaths last year were, and why it matters since violence against police has falling 15+%

Then, we get into police chief words….encouraging violence. And excuse my erm in ability to speak at a random point in the video.

Second video: As the first video was uploading, I couldn’t handle it so I carried on… Since, “A lot of cops are being too cautious because of what’s going on in the media.” – Police tell CNN. Due to this, of course, cops are being too hesitant to use force, and these training classes and literature to encourage not only to not be afraid to use force; but to do so and work about the consequences later. (See videos)

I will post links up and quotes I read from the police departments and Chiefs shortly.

Black Lives Matters- New Vid- Please don’t Give up

I apologize for the length, it’s bit of ‘personal’ video i guess, or how racism by cops has impacted me and still impacts me …. But it’s being said for a reason.

I’m ashamed to say that because of the ‘color’ and tone of my skin i am given a “pass go” card; i don’t want that shyt never have. But sadly that’s real. But that judgment they make right there on skin color proves racism against non-‘whites’ is -for lack of better words- STUPID, IMMATURE, SMALL MINDED BS. It’s NOT real nor true they just want people to think it is. Sadly too many do buy into mainstream media; my hope is though that some at least will open their eyes.
In this video I share the pain I’ve seen all my life, the pain that I still feel horrific grief over; and that’s Black children, family, friends, kids I worked with, etc,…. all sharing the same fear of COPS.
I end by asking anyone down to please hit me, I have an idea and work to prove it, I just need to find a group of real people to talk to… Please do…

Paul Childs, Black Male, 15 year old, Murdered

This is in memory of a 15 year old male named Paul Childs who admired the police, and because of his illnesses, at 15, he was murdered by the police…for no reason other than he had a knife on his own face, in front of his family…

Let this enrage you!!!

Tamir Rice’s Mother Speaks On Police Accountablity & Politicians

Tamir Rice has held a special place in my soul since the day I saw him throwing snow up in the air, watching it crash down in front of him, only minutes before his innocent, precious life would be stolen and abused. As I’ve said,  Continue reading Tamir Rice’s Mother Speaks On Police Accountablity & Politicians

*Updated* Gynnya McMillen, 16 YrOld Black Female, Law Enforcement Killed in Detention; Refuses Give Info to Family

This was originally posted yesterday, I do not have the link to the article but if I find it, I will share it; I just had this clip as it was the only updated information on her case. I don’t know if what happened regarding “domestic violence” to be true or not, but from what I’ve read and people I’ve spoken to, it doesn’t seem like that is a reliable piece of information. Whether I’m right OR not and if it is found to be true: She did not deserve death no matter if it’s true or not.
And if her case is so natural and innocent why are they not releasing any more information regarding her death to her family? Why so secretive and why did it take so long to obtain what little they have? [These people are covering up her case greatly.] It seems to me they are trying to tarnish her image with this, or because make her look like she is “bad” by using the “foster home” information… People have no reason to be ashamed of it but people will judge; and they will do so without the right to… The information given is not information that justifies a killing nor is the information that which should be held against any person, for any reason or spoken about as if it is the victims fault [the foster care child].

Update Posted on January 20, 2016 at 4:44am:

The child was the perpetrator in the incident and the parent did receive minor injuries,” said Kelly Cable, spokesman for the Shelbyville Police Department. “We contacted the court-designated worker. The juvenile was transported to Lincoln Village on a charge of assault fourth-degree – domestic violence with minor injury.” According to CBS, an autopsy report found no outward signs of “visual bruising” and the teen did not have any heart related conditions. It will take several more weeks for pathology tests to be conducted on the teen in hopes of determining the cause of death. It’s unclear whether McMillen was in foster care, but she seems to have a previous history with social services. “

There is not much information released regarding this 16 year old’s death but this is what we do know thus far. On January 11th, 2016, the young Black woman was found ‘unresponsive’ in a juvenile detention center, where she was pronounced dead.

Here is where it gets absolutely unbelievable, though there is no low the law enforcement won’t stoop to in order to cover their own ass. They claim that they went ahead and did an autopsy on the minor and found she died of NATURAL CAUSES…

She was 16…. Yeah…. What the lies they claim she died from, aka the, “natural causes” is not something they are willing to give to her family or the public, either. They won’t release to anyone -including her family or parents- what the autopsy said other than she died of so called natural causes, and that they are investigating the death.

Now imagine if this were the person you loved more than anything; your wife, daughter, sister, best friend, aunt, niece, grandchild… How would you feel not only being treated with such little respect and regard, but also being kept in the dark about your loved ones death?

If this doesn’t further prove racism in America is all too well and alive, I don’t know what the hell will.

Tamir Rice; Why Isn’t Cleveland Police Department Being Held Accountable Knowing the Dangers of Loehmann?

“People need to get involved with something and try to make a change or something because you don’t want to wait until it happens to you and there’s nobody out there for you,” said Samaria.

Too many mothers and grandmothers have felt the pain of losing a child; too many people know what it is like to have their child -no matter how old-stolen from them because of racist cops. [First post / video I made regarding Tamir Rice…] And after all the documents revealed from others about Loehmann’s behaviors, including departments stating how unfit

tamir rice

he would be as a cop and how irresponsible he would be with a gun; how did he get signed on in Cleveland and why aren’t we doing more to ensure they are held accountable?!?

A grand jury in Ohio said they wouldn’t indict Tamir Rice’s murderer, Timothy A. Loehmann, 26. Tamir Rice’s mother is obviously hurting, upset that more people are not waking up and getting involved. This case -along with countless others- will continue to grow, nothing will change, until more is demanded, she is right. We can look at the case of Jeremy Mardis (6 years old, white), the Black officers that killed him and compare with Tamir Rice (or any other case). Click HERE to do that. [CHECK BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR ACTIVE LINK]

On this post, I want to remind people of what a detestable person Timothy Loehmann is. HAVE PEOPLE FORGOTTEN HOW UNACCEPTABLE AND INAPPROPRIATE THIS COP WAS FOUND TO BE EVEN PRIOR TO HIS MURDERING A 12 YEAR OLD CHILD!?

Loehmann was deemed unsuitable as a police officer and resigned after the small town police department accounted that Officer Loehmann was too emotionally unstable and unfit to be an officer; taking extra time to note that he was especially unfit in his handling of firearms.

In December of 2012 Loehmann quit his $42,000 patrolman in training job after a November 2012 memo written recommended Loehmann be dismissed due to his inability to follow instructions as well as make good choices during stressful situations.

His firearms trainer noted Loehmann’s performance with handguns was unsatisfactory and unfit for an officer. That he was unable to “communicate clear thoughts” and showed up for training weepy and distracted added to the trainer and Deputy’s belief Loehmann was shouldn’t be a police officer. He applied -unsuccessfully- to many police departments, including the NYPD and was turned down; that says something in itself.

“That theme was repeated many times by Ptl. Loehmann, even him stating,“I will work here as long as possible; and do my best, but if I find I don’t like it then I will go do something else.” I found this lack of commitment to us, disturbing. It just appears that he is not mature enough in his accepting of responsibility or his understanding in the severity of his loss of control on the range.”

The deputy chief questioned Loehmann’s decision-making:

Ptl. Loehmann’s inability to perform basic functions as instructed, and his inability to emotionally function because of a personal situation at home with an on and off again girlfriend leads one to believe that he would not be able to substantially cope, or make good decisions, during or resulting from any other stressful situation.

After repeat incidents where he would go into emotional fits over anything from not being hired in NY to his on and off again girlfriend or anything else on his mind (he is noted as emotionally unstable THROUGHOUT), he additionally considered himself to be the only one allowed to give him orders as he disobeyed any orders if it didn’t fit in with what he wanted to do.

“It appears from the pattern developing within our short time frame with Ptl. Loehmann that he often feels that when told to do something, that those instructions are optional, and that he can manipulate them if he so feels it can better serve him. I do not say he is doing this for some benefit, or in an insubordinate way, but he just appears to have the mind set that if he thinks he knows better, than that is the course he follows.”

Finally, Loehmann was noted to as showing “dangerous loss of composure” during live range training. The ultimate conclusion was Loehmann was not mature enough nor emotionally stable enough to be on the police force. He did not believe time nor training would change “or correct the deficiencies,” correctly noted in regards to Loehmann. YOU CAN READ THE COMPLETE MEMO HERE.

Since they are not going to indict Loehmann, I say the Cleveland Police Department should face charges for being unaware of the dangerous, unskilled and unstable officer they were releasing upon the public.

Additionally, in September of 2013, Loehmann failed the Sheriff Department’s written entrance exam; coming out with a failing score of 46 of 100. Keep in mind 70 is the minimum score allowable for entrance… Read about this, HERE.

Even former California Sheriff lieutenant, Mr. Clark, noted:

“The killing of this child was completely avoidable and preventable and should never have occurred.”

And the Cleveland PD hired this guy… Why are we not demanding action against them, then, if the government refuses to take the correct action against the physical killer; shouldn’t Cleveland PD be held accountable for their hiring this unstable thug, for allowing him out onto the streets with a gun?

Cleveland Police say they formerly did not read the public records, some of which are noted above, before hiring. Since Tamir Rice’s death, they have made it a ‘priority’ to check all publicly available information.

That’s no excuse.

WE HAVE TO TAKE ACTION!

Currently, his mother is rightfully so upset and hurting as we need to be going after the ‘verdict’ in this case. We need to be demanding justice; not letting up AT ALL….

I will have some videos up related to this info soon, stay tuned….

CLEVELAND — Samaria Rice expected more protesters following the grand jury’s decision not to indict two Cleveland police officers in the shooting death of her 12-year-old son, Tamir.

“I wish there could have been more people,” said Samaria. “These people need to wake-up if they want some change.”

Protesters turned out consistently in the days following the decision, but not in big numbers.

“People need to get involved with something and try to make a change or something because you don’t want to wait until it happens to you and there’s nobody out there for you,” said Samaria. To read more, please click HERE.

Devin Brown, 13- Remember That Name… Murdered by LAPD

“Look through our history; America’s the violent one.”- Tupac Shakur

Sadly and tragically Tamir Rice and the countless other young Black males who’ve been slaughtered by the cops in 2015 are not the beginning of the horrors the police hold. Nor is this something that just started and will pass. I started working against racism and police brutality at 14, about 10 years in now I see a massive change; people are waking up and fighting back… This video is the story of another one of the cases that didn’t get the attention deserved. He deserves to be remembered… So…

Devin Brown was the first child murdered by the police I did research and reports on. He was 13 years old and had his life stolen, like so many other young Black males. I make this video to honor him, for the moment I

saw his photo and smile, my heart gave away. Devin was only a child with so much life and potential; just like every other victim these racist and power crazed cops have stolen or beaten, or both. It’s time for change, we’ve been saying that for gods know how long now; but I see hope… For when I first started, no one cared about these cases. Now people are paying attention and responding… I see hope now; I see us finally coming to life and uniting for a real cause; for something worth fighting and if need be dying for: justice, equality and peace.

Never forget this young man’s name. Devin Brown. Let us not let him, Tamir Rice or any of the other countless victims -no matter the year- be in vain. It’s time for justice; it’s time to end racism and stop cops from murdering and then simply walking away, all because of their badge… Badge to murder without punishment. Beat without punishment. Harass, without punishment. We must not let up until we have justice and equality!
May all your precious souls be in a better place; a happier place… And blessed… We will never forget you… Not one of you.

VIDEO: My Police Brutality Channel

Yes, I look like crap; yes, I’ve been crying. How can any one not? It takes a lot to make me cry, but thinking back on all the racism and cases of police killings and beatings, including children, got me. Video below, more to come later today.
