America Still Using Media to Attack the People/Brainwash with Racist Ideology

educated black man knowledge is power

Soon my information strategies, consistency and etc will be changing for the better 🙂 But, as I work on creating and finishing up my new website and YouTube page I still am going to share here; I may even leave this page up after my new one is complete. In fact, I shall do. But I digress…

A few days ago, I heard one of the most typical “I’m not racist, because I had Black friends!” … This is a classic racist statement and by no means does it declare you are not racist, sadly. I would also like to note this moron was defending Donald Trump, I heard him telling the person he was with that he is the best president we’ve had in at least “40 years” — LOL seriously man? What a joke.

He was a white/irish dude, a ‘good ol’ country boy’ who has nothing to worry about when it comes to his rotting white privilege that remains abused.

If you are a regular reader or if you watch my videos you should know I of course did not remain silent. How could I? As I’ve said before I shall say again; it doesn’t matter if you are in a room full of only light skinned people, white people or etc, or if you are in a room full of people with different backgrounds or ‘skin tones’; EITHER WAY IF ANTI-RACISM IS TRULY WHAT YOU STAND FOR, THEN YOU STAND FOR IT WHEN YOU ARE BOTH ON YOUR OWN AND WHEN YOUR NOT!

Only acting upon this so called “belief” that racism against nonwhites is wrong when there are people who aren’t light skinned or white is the same sort of logic the “Oh but I have Black friends so I can’t be racist!” crowd uses.

immigration mexico trimpYour’e all in or you’re fake to me. But I strayed from my point here, again. Back on topic!

So, after hearing him behind me in line going on about Trump being some kind of god, when he brought in the, ‘you know he wasn’t racist because he used to have Black friends’ comment, I had to let him know that is complete and utter BS. During slavery women were ra*ed, but that doesn’t mean the preposterous white men weren’t racist by any damn means. That’s obviously just one example, a bit extreme but this topic is not a light one.

This guy and I both caught each other off guard, I think, because he wasn’t expecting me to turn around and lash into him with facts regarding his stupid argument and I wasn’t expecting him to just stand there and take it. He looked shocked and I felt confused, so I just turned back around and there was then an award winning silence for the rest of our time in line.

I’ve sat down with idiot racists before, I’ve confronted them many times but never have I got that “uhhh durrrr” look he gave me. I’m not sure what it meant but either way; we didn’t get anywhere other than I got him to silence his ignorance or stupidity.

Why am I sharing this story, you may ask? Because while I do not read nor watch “Fox News” I have seen the guy who replaced . Until tonight, I had never heard him however.

There are some supporters and people who get off on debating who states this doesn’t prove he is “with white nationalists” but I argue that indeed it does mean this and for 2 reasons:

1) I do have research I just don’t have time to type it up & fact check and

2) anyone who has support from any or all white nationalists, who has the views this idiot does on other human beings (i.e., immigrants, refugees, etc) because he wants his European culture preserved…

(which was a slip up there; an admission of what we already know and that is that white Europeans stole African history, made it their own and then denied the Blacks community the two most fundamental thing a community needs (just as a starting point). By stealing sense of identity, the history of a people, their home land, hell I could go on and on here… Stealing all of this, along with the equally as important traditions and cultures; replacing it with the European way of things; that means replacing what was once known  with a world of of violence and meaningless savagery.)

After centuries of denying the African roots and history these white Europeans finally received their wish… in schools, during “Black History Month” what is the starting point? Where does it begin? With slaves, or going to “get” slaves.

Prior slavery these Africans were queens and kings, they are the foundation which everyone from the Greeks, Romans, Europeans to each one of us today can thank for without them we wouldn’t have the wisdom and advancement they blessed us with. Such as (but damn sure not limited to) the philosophical, financial, cosmological, mathematical, complex scientific (and so forth) systems.

These are things that should be taught during “Black History Month”- but going along with European tradition -which this ass complains about being taken away (Ohhh that enrages me!)- it is exactly what they (white Europeans) want taught and not taught.

This is why one reason I soon will have my own livestream and blog, teaching truths that have been buried; among many other things of the concern.

In sum, if this video doesn’t show a racist that is on Fox News, scaring white people who don’t think for themselves or who are already so brainwashed they are just too far gone but his hate rhetoric doesn’t help resolve anything for the better.

With white nationalists praising him left and right, there is something going on, underground… We need protection..

Newark, NJ, ICE LockUp’s Exposed: Once Again! ANOTHER CRITICAL WATCHDOG REPORT: ROTTEN FOOD, DECAYING MATTRESSES

Why in hell do we have people in any positions of power who are abusing, in any shape or form, fellow humans, sexually harassing them, making them sleep in decaying beds…and then sarcastically playing it off as if it isn’t an issue… HOW DO THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT!?

And how do those of you who turn the other way live with your selfish souls?

This is more than I humane… and if you are one of these jerks who can’t even stand against what’s wrong but complain about those who DO speak out; it is you that is the fool and should be ashamed. I sure as hell am not and by being silent you only aid cruelty.

What is more, someone came talking to someone near me about a woman complaining about her food quality. He played some YouTube video they’d made into a joke of her, I didn’t fully understand what in hell they were on about…

Now I do. If I’d been more up to date then I’d have torn into their sick souls for truth and knowledge I will always inflict; I don’t care when or who you are… please share!

A Newark, New Jersey immigrant detention center has been feeding detainees moldy, spoiled and foul-smelling food—an abuse that’s led detainees to file scores of grievances and to report symptoms of food poisoning, according to a report released Friday by the Department of Homeland Security’s Inspector General.

The center, which can house more than 900 men, is run by the Essex County Department of Corrections, under an agreement with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE. DHS inspectors conducted a surprise visit last July and found multiple health-and-safety violations of detainee rights and ICE standards. The inspector general’s report noted that the Essex County Correctional Facility also failed to disclose to ICE, as required, incidents involving fights among detainees and hospitalization of detainees for mental illness.

A detainee also found a loaded gun belonging to a guard in a bathroom, the inspector general’s report said.  Center staff admitted to inspectors that they told the detainee who found the gun “not to discuss the matter with anyone,” according to inspectors.

In the report, inspectors noted that detainees filed about 200 grievances about food quality during the first six months of 2018.

“For dinner, we were served meatballs that smelled like fecal matter,” one detainee wrote.

“The food that we received has been complete garbage,” another wrote. He also wrote: “I have a stomach infection because of it and the nurse herself told me it was caused by the food.”

Inspectors observed “expired and moldy bread” in a refrigerator, despite requirements that staff toss it out.  “The food handling in general was so substandard that ICE and facility leadership had the kitchen manager replaced during our inspection,” inspectors reported.

ICE asserted that after seeing a draft of the report its officials immediately initiated a follow-up review process” at the Essex facility. ICE and Essex detention officials could not be reached for comment.

ButWNYC radio in New York reported that ICE, in a statement,

said that conditions inside Essex had improved and that ICE was “committed to continually enhancing” detention operations to promote “a safe and secure environment.”

The inspector general additionally detailed how inspectors last July found showers at Essex covered with mold. Staff had placed trash cans under holes in ceilings to collect rain leaking in; two leaks were in detainee rooms right over their beds.

When inspectors asked guards about decaying mattresses they observed, the report says,

guards said they “wait for detainees to complain” before staff put in a request that mattresses be replaced.  😡😡

The Newark immigration detention center isn’t the first facility where DHS inspectors have found neglect and substandard conditions.

In October, a DHS inspector general report found violations at the Adelanto detention center in California that included inappropriate handcuffing and shackling of detainees and medical neglect, as theCenter for Public Integrity reported.

A dentist employed at Adelanto, which is operated by the private GEO Group, Inc., told inspectors that detainees could use strings from their socks to floss their teeth if dental floss was not available to them.

Inspectors also found evidence that a disabled detainee in a wheelchair was placed into “segregation,” or isolation, for nine days, during which time he was unable to sleep in a bed or brush his teeth.

In January, another DHS inspector general reportaccused ICE of issuing only two penalties against contractors holding immigrant detainees despite finding 14,000 violations of detainee rights and ICE standards. The violations were found at 106 contract detention centers from 2015 to 2018. Violations included contractors’ failure to report alleged sexual assaults to ICE. Last September, the Center reported on private-prison companies’ history, and allegations of abuses that include medical neglect.

Can and How Will Immigrants Get Justice in Abuses Endured By Border Patrol?

Though this devastating reality is a reality for far too many immigrants, sometimes being reminded via things such as the following help keep those not impacted by it reminded that it is not a topic that has gone away and is in need of our attention now more than ever. As obvious as this may be, it is a sad but needed reminder for too many… Please take the time to read and share… Link to original post and more info is in link at bottom.

HOUSTON — Within hours of being booked at a Border Patrol station in far West Texas, two teenage sisters from Guatemala came forward to allege that an agent conducted an improper strip search.

The agent in question denied the allegations, including the sisters’ claims that he touched their genitals. He insisted he had only fingerprinted the sisters before taking them back to their cell.

Investigating the case came down to the sisters’ word versus the agent’s. And as in dozens of similar cases, government investigators sided with the agent.

Advocates say the case — outlined in a report compiled by internal investigators — shows the kinds of hurdles detained immigrants face when they make claims of misconduct, even when they come forward immediately, as the sisters did.

“These women were actually, for lack of a better word, lucky that their case was investigated,” said Christina Mansfield, co-founder of the advocacy group Freedom for Immigrants. “They are in the extreme minority in that regard.”

The sisters, ages 17 and 19, entered the U.S. without legal permission in July 2016, several days after leaving their home village in Guatemala. They were detained by Border Patrol agents shortly after crossing the border.

The Associated Press received a redacted copy of the investigative report through the Freedom of Information Act. It shows that investigators determined that the sisters’ allegations could not be substantiated due to a lack of physical evidence.

The station where the sisters were detained did not have cameras in the booking area. The room where the sisters say they were taken, later described as a supply room or a closet, wasn’t processed for fingerprints because the sisters said they didn’t touch anything. And the agent in question said he was alone with the sisters due to manpower shortages, the report says.

Immigration advocates say the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General, which reviewed the sisters’ case, rarely recommends action against officers. A study by Freedom for Immigrants found that between January 2010 and July 2016, the inspector general received 84 complaints of coerced sexual contact against U.S. Customs and Border Protection, which includes Border Patrol. The inspector general opened just seven investigations, none of which are known to have led to charges, according to the study, which was conducted by examining government records.

The study found a similarly low number of cases were investigated by the inspector general for detention facilities operated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

CBP would not directly address the sisters’ case or whether it disciplined the agent involved. The agency said it was committed to treating detainees with “professionalism and courtesy.”

Immigration authorities detain and process thousands of people every month who cross the U.S. border without permission. Border Patrol chief Carla Provost said in a recent interview that her agency takes any allegations against any of its 19,000 agents “very, very seriously.” Provost previously led CBP’s internal affairs division, which also investigates allegations of employee wrongdoing and that the agency has taken steps to strengthen in recent years.

“They are very few and far between,” she said, speaking generally about misconduct complaints.

The sisters were taken by agents to the Presidio Border Patrol station and booked into the same holding cell. The agents who detained them went out on another call.

According to the report, a third agent then took the elder sister out of the cell. He told investigators that he processed and fingerprinted each of them before returning them to their cell.

The elder sister told a different story. She said the agent took her into a back room that had a table filled with snacks and drinks. There, she says, the agent told her to lift her sweater and dress. The woman said that after a small photograph fell out of her bra, the agent pulled up her bra. Then, she said, he told her to remove her pants and underwear, then touched her genitals with the outer part of his hand.

The younger sister would accuse the agent of conducting a similar search.

Border Patrol guidelines prohibit male agents to strip-search female detainees “except in exigent circumstances,” and only then with another agent present to observe. Under the guidelines, a vaginal cavity search must be done by a medical professional at a medical facility.

When the agent later heard one of the sisters accusing him of misconduct, the report says, he “became upset and told the girl he didn’t make her do that.”

According to the investigators’ report, one agent said that “this is exactly the reason cameras are needed in the processing area.”

The accused agent would speak to investigators three times. The last time, an investigator noted the agent “appeared to be nervous and removed,” and he “had to constantly review a prepared statement” from his initial interview. But a month after the last interview, investigators took their case to a federal prosecutor, James Miller, who agreed with their conclusion that there was a “lack of evidence.”

Miller declined to comment on why he didn’t pursue a prosecution. The agent did not return phone messages from The Associated Press, nor did his attorney, Raymond Martinez.

The sisters were eventually released and went to live with their mother in California. One of the sisters has since sued the U.S. government. Court filings show both sides are now discussing a settlement.

Lauer reported from Philadelphia. Associated Press writer Colleen Long in Washington contributed to this report.

We Need to Realize the Dreams of Young Black Immigrants…

“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!” – Emma Lazarus

They are Black! They Are Beautiful! And, they too have a dream!

The current tension over protecting the dreamers is merely an extension of an historical conflict between those in America who support the sentiments espoused on the base of the Statue of Liberty and those who want a country that fulfills the most egregious desire of White Supremacists, to purge the country of non-white residents on their road to fulfilling their vision of an all-White America.

Last week, the nation bore witness when the president dispelled all doubt about the racist ideology that undergirds the agenda of his white house. Trump allegedly demanded to know during a White House meeting on immigration, why he should accept immigrants from “shithole” (Black) countries like Haiti or Africa–I’m not sure if the president realizes Africa is not a country but a continent—rather than White countries like Norway.

This was not the first time the president put his full racist attitude on display. The country saw it throughout the 2016 presidential campaign and again and again since he took office.

The president’s apparent attitude toward people of color is not only telling but also threatening to the hundreds of thousands of dreamers at risk of deportation since he ended DACA last September. Although the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals blocked Trump’s efforts to stymie the DACA program last week, the ultimate fate of the dreamers remains uncertain.

Amid the discussions on the probable racist ideology permeating the white house and the president’s implementation of obvious racist immigration policies that have resulted to date, there are nearly 3.7 million Black immigrants who account for about 8.4 percent of all immigrants—many of them from the very countries the president recently disparaged.

According to a report by the Center for American Progress, among the largest groups of Black immigrants, 48 percent are from the Caribbean, 43 percent from various African countries, and 3.6 percent from South America. Black immigrants also make up 25 percent of at least five major metropolitan areas including Boston, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, and Seattle.

The president has also inferred that immigrants from countries like Norway are preferable. He never qualified that statement. However, if his preference is based on qualifications rather than race, we must assume he is unaware of the fact that Black immigrants have as high a rate of education and employment as any other group of immigrants.

For example, 29 percent of Black immigrants have a bachelor’s degree or higher compared to 30 percent from White nations, and at least 29 percent have some college or an associates degree compared to only 19 percent from other countries.

Another area where the president is ill informed is in regard to employment. The reality is that at least 73 percent of Black immigrants sixteen years of age and older are employed, compared to 67 percent of all immigrants and only 64 percent of those born in America.

Currently, there are about 11,000 Black immigrants under DACA protection, although the Migration Policy Institute has estimated there are 36,000 African immigrants eligible for the deferred action.

There are those who believe African Americans should not sit idly by on the issue of immigration. Make your voices heard on this issue. Call your congressman, attend a rally, raise your voice in this discussion.

As the president and his supporters continue to push their racist agenda, minorities can not afford to sit silent. We have learned from history—to be silent is to be complicit. We must speak out before silence morphs from complicity to something more sinister. As history has also taught us—silence, equals death.

Think Immigration Won’t Impact You Because You’re ‘LEGAL’?

“The simple statistic that 35 percent of our current farm labor force is made up of unauthorized workers points to a massive ripple effect in our agricultural economy and all that it touches (read: everything) were all those workers to magically disappear. But that’s the fairy-tale vision of the elimination of unauthorized labor. The reality is far messier, far more immediate, and far wider-reaching. Both authorized and unauthorized workers are affected by increasingly hostile federal attitudes to their labor…” – This information and documentation continues below, after a quick thought.

So, if you don’t think Trump and the immigration/refugee attack is important or that it will have no impact on you, your family or your life? Might want to rethink that after you read the following facts, with proof and back up evidence. The facts follow this little introduction of mine.
NOTE- I’m posting this as a side note; it is my belief it is the lives that matter most and should be of our utmost concern and importance. But in attempt to reach anyone inactive that may need “a little bit more” to care, and for those whom already care and simply seek information to add on to the reasons why the latest immigration policy -which is just as inhumane as his first- is a disgrace and threat to humanity.
Read about the posing terrorist threat to human life deemed “illegal” by clicking here.

Virtually all of the newly open agriculture jobs will pay poverty-line wages, and they won’t be opening up in the areas of the country where unemployment is the highest, as Alabama has proven. Unfortunately for anyone worried that unauthorized laborers are taking jobs away from citizens, that means that these open positions are unlikely to be filled — at least, not by currently unemployed American citizens. Otherwise, maybe Trump’s own winery wouldn’t have needed to request temporary worker visas for its employees.

In fact, it’s likely that Trump’s anti-immigration policies will result in even more jobs disappearing: As Kathleen Merrigan, executive director of sustainability at George Washington University and a former Deputy Secretary of Agriculture under Obama, told Eater’s Dana Hatic,

“Farmers, particularly those working in specialty crops, have already moved some of their operations outside of the country because they can’t find adequate labor.” Dave Runsten, policy director for the Community Alliance with Family Farmers, explained to Hatic that the effect of Trump’s immigration decisions will accelerate that process: “As wages go up and the availability of labor goes down … The largest farms will mechanize or move to Mexico or” — as at Trump Winery — “get Trump to let them import guest workers.”

Few more of my thoughts…

The American government of the “free world”… offering another look at what a true hypocritical country should be. America. Where we started out with vicious and sadistic abuse on the Natives and Africans and countless other nationalities by enslaving, following up with prejudice hate for anyone with Black or “dark” skin via further slavery under new names which are in effect to this very day via the police and prison industry (and school system but that’s for another time) and those are just a few examples of the continued racism which goes back centuries to the beginning of this country, and now includes anyone who do not hold a status of being truly “American”.

Yep, the good ol’ American government continues its legacy more blatantly and proud than it has in hundreds of years. This is just the beginning. When Trump said make Amerikkka great “again” he meant make it white and lazy again, but do it with a smile and pride for the other countries to see; screw hiding racism and prejudice behavior!
As this continues to progress from immigrants to citizens who are not white and/or rich, the more action you take now, the better chance we have of reversing and hopefully going down a NEW path for the first time in American HISTORY.

Immigration Policy- Trump’s Terrorist Attack Update

Friday, John Kelly signed new “sweeping” guidelines which would give the Federal authorities even further legalized power for both seasoned agents and patrol as well as the new 15,000+ newly hired to add even more aggression to their efforts in detaining and deporting undocumented immigrants. But Kelly’s draft doesn’t even stop there. If signed into law it also makes it legal to force the immediate return of Mexican immigrants upon seizure.

This is insane and out of control; I can only hope it won’t be passed. Please read on and see the following links for more details on the developing criminal action in motion. And let us not forget the already occurring raids on immigrants going on right now; forcing many to flee for Canada.

“A U.S. official familiar with the documents did not dispute the accuracy of the memos signed by Kelly, which were originally scheduled for release Friday before they were postponed for White House review.

A White House official said the White House has raised objections with the documents and is working with DHS to finalize the policy. The official was not authorized to discuss the process publicly and insisted on anonymity.

Under the draft guidelines, Kelly seeks to “expeditiously hire” 10,000 more enforcement agents and 5,000 Border Patrol officers.

Seeking to fulfill Trump’s campaign promise to build a wall along the Mexican border, Kelly also calls on Customs and Border Protection to “immediately begin planning, design, construction and maintenance of a wall, including the attendant lighting, technology (including sensors), as well as patrol and access roads.”

Cali Lawmakers Working to Help Immigrants Statewide

This is a bit of hopeful news during a time of prejudice, racist hate-filled insanity by a person who is a danger and threat to any person. Something I think by now any humane person can clearly see. I hope Cali succeeds and may other states follow, until we have a real president.

Legislative Democrats in California have advanced a bill that would provide statewide sanctuary for immigrants by restricting local law enforcement from cooperating with federal immigration authorities.

Donald Trump: Extremely Stupid and Cruel – His Words on Immigration

There are a few things these possible future puppets have said that enrages me, one of them being Donald Trump’s take on immigrants. Below are some of his MYTHS answered by FACTS. Donald Trump is a racist, sexist sociopath -clearly shown in his speeches, tweets and anytime he opens his mouth- and if he lands the main puppet job, I refuse Screen Shot 2015-10-23 at 11.18.07 AMto stay in this country…Just a random fact for all to know. I’ve posted a couple of stupid photo quotes he’s made throughout the post…He’s by far not as sharp as he wants everyone to believe…

The photos and quotes speak for themselves…

The link to the original article is pasted below the common sense myth busting answers.

Don’t listen to the demagogues who want to blame the economic problems of the middle class and poor on new immigrants, whether here legally or illegally. The real problem is the economic game is rigged in favor of a handful at the top, who are doing the rigging.

Donald Trump has opened the floodgates to lies about immigration. Here are the myths, and the facts.

Screen Shot 2015-10-23 at 11.19.22 AMMYTH: Immigrants take away American jobs.

Wrong. Immigrants add to economic demand, and thereby push firms to create more jobs.

MYTH: We don’t need any more immigrants.

Baloney. The U.S. population is aging. Twenty-five years ago, each retiree in America was matched by 5 workers. Now for each retiree there are only 3 workers. Without more immigration, in 15 years the ratio will fall to 2 workers for every retiree, not nearly enough to sustain our retiree population.

MYTH: Immigrants are a

Young Girls Request for Father to Not Be Deported Rejected, Met With Applause – Video

How many bets these are all so called “pro life” and “anti abortion” fools? This is disgusting- and heart breaking. Poor little girl- but what a BRAVE girl- I am inspired by her. And I am even more outraged by these so called “humans”- they say they care about a fetus -which is not a child nor baby may I add-; but obviously they don’t care about treating children with love and kindness.

The description under the video reads,

Josie rose and took the mic, and in a trembling voice, said:

“Mr. Desjarlais, I have papers but my daddy doesn’t, what can you do to make sure he can stay?”

Rep. Desjarlais rebuked her request to a round of applause from the audience, but Josie and her family will keep on fighting to stop his deportation.

The video, under a minute long, follows. DISGUSTING.
