Where’s The Attention For Beautiful Black 8 Yr Old Girl Killed By Police 6 Days Ago?!

Originally posted HERE.

[THERE IS A COMMUNITY MEETING BEING HELP SEPT 9TH, 2021, SEE THE END OF POST FOR DETAILS]

The silence surrounding the fatal police shooting of an 8 year old Black girl on the 3rd of this month reminds me of how hopeless I used to feel before social media. *Stops to inhale.* With that, I’m going to delete the rant I typed up. Let’s get this tragic information shared…That which we know of it so far.

Last Friday, on the 3rd of September in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, outside of Philadelphia, a beautiful little Black girl by the name of Fanta Bility, pictured above, was at a local football game with her mom and her 12 year old sister.

Apparently gun shots came out of no where, followed by the police blindly shooting back in the direction I assume they assumed the gun fire came from. In the process of this, little 8 year old Fanta Bility was shot in the chest; her sister wounded. Tragically, at the hospital beautiful Fanta Bility passed away.

Immediately the cops tried to say it was a drive by and those responsible were in custody. They had taken people into custody, but there were no charges pressed upon them. The District Attorney began investigating and very quickly after came back to report that there was a “high probability” it was indeed police bullets that killed her little girl and injured another (at least 4 were injured).

State Senator Anthony Williams and State Representative Regina Young, both residing over the districts in Philadelphia and Delaware counties, had planned a community meeting but to my understanding Hurricane Ida has caused them to rescheduled it.

As of right now, the public is invited to the school THIS FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH, 2021. Below is the information on the community meeting, I hope any and all of you in this area or who can get to the area will attend and demand answers. Here is the information on the upcoming meeting for FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH, STARTING AT 6PM!

If you go, please feel free to message or email me, I would love to hear from any and everyone that attends and wants to discuss what this meeting is like.

From 6-8 p.m. Friday, the public is invited to the Academy Park High School at 300 Calcon Hook Road in Sharon Hill for a community meeting. U.S. Rep. Mary Gay Scanlon, D-5, of Swarthmore, the Southeast Delco Superintendent Dr. Brenda Wynder and members of the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, the Sharon Hill Police Department and Sharon Hill municipal leaders are expected to attend.

NEW VIDEO Cops Put Rope Around Black Man, Walked By Cops With Rope- & Then Claim it Not Race Related; COME ON NOW!

Let this have been a white male; the uproar would never end. Why is it, then, we are not raging??? This is more than a racist gesture, this is a message of some form; symbolic in hate and racism, forged in jealousy by cowards. I can’t begin to express the depths of how I feel.

“We have verified with law enforcement officials in Galveston, that the photograph taken in Galveston is real. It is hard to understand why these officers felt this young man required a leash, as he was handcuffed and walking between two mounted officers. It is a scene that has invoked anger, disgust, and questions from the community.”

I fail to express my outrage, my rage, my sorrow and how fed up I am, and the reason I believe it is failed is this is becoming common place, and yet everyone is shaking their head, -everyone with a soul-, not doing a damn thing as these racist MFs get their point across.

As noted in the video below, the forced apology means nothing. These cops knew they wouldn’t be getting in trouble. This is clearly some sort of hate message and that’s why I stand by what I always say and that is be ready for something and for fuck SAKE can we please unite!? Together we have a chance against this evil; either way evil will recoil, love will overcome and put these psychos in their place, but the more the better.

How many of you guys are down for that? I mean really, because I’ve been down now, and I’m absolutely fed up and FURIOUS that all I can fucking do is write a damn blog about this horrific racist behavior and their violation of a REAL man.

Find Your Local Rally for October 22nd, the National Day of Protest Against Police Brutality, Happening TODAY

” This October 22nd, stand with thousands across the country to express our collective outrage, creativity, and resistance in response to the crimes of this system. On October 22nd, WEAR BLACK, FIGHT BACK! ” – The October 22 Coalition

October 22 was been an important day for me for many, many years. It is the day of national police brutality protest. I’ve been taking part of this for at least a decade, missing a few years here and there yes but I never am away in spirit, usually always there in person, but sometimes sadly have had to miss. But I digress. I know protesting isn’t going to solve this issue.

However, I do think today is a day of duty to make sure everyone knows how angry we are, and that we are not going away. This protest has been going on since the late 1990s, and with more and more cities joining in, I hope everyone has a productive but also a safe day. Watch yourself and please know your rights for what they are worth. Protesting rights can be found here. [For what it is worth…Again, please be safe…]

Also tomorrow there is another important event going on in New York City. A court case over yet another murder by the police begins and as many people as possible are needed to support the family and cause. More information below, followed by a list of cities and your local events. First though, let’s take care of the two places I call home, but I’m gonna do it in reverse order, Newark first..

Newark, NJ, being one of those cities, as the poster below suggests. Today, October 22, at 3 pm in Newark, NJ, newark nj

“WE STAND UNITED IN DEFENSE OF OUR NEW CIVILIAN REVIEW BD AND WILL RALLY @ THE LINCOLN MONUMENT @ 3PM ” < Newark, NJ

And NEW YORK! STARTS AT 12pm TODAY!

As for my FIRST home, NYC, today at noon the rally begins at the steps of the Brooklyn Borough Hall.

The page also included the following so I might as well: Take the 2/3 to Clark Street or Borough Hall, 4/5 to Borough Hall, A/C/F to Jay Street-Metrotech, R to Court Street.
March to Barclays Center for second rally follow. [Event Page HERE.]

And before the list of the rest of the cities, please note there is an important event is happening tomorrow, the 23rd. Please show up and show our numbers are not going down… We need the community now to unite more than ever…

“…in an upcoming court case against NYPD Officer Wayne Isaacs, who murdered Delrawn Small on July 4th of last year. The trail will start on 10/23 and is expected to last for 2-3 weeks. For morning attendance, arrive before 9 am to get through security/lines. Afternoon sessions begin after lunch around 2pm. Each day will probably recess sometime between 4-5pm.

Location: Brooklyn Supreme Court, 320 Jay Street, 2nd floorCeremonial Courtroom” Each day will probably recess sometime between 4-5pm.Txt (646) 302-8959 for any question you may have.

All Trains to Brooklyn Borough Hall “

You can access tomorrows event information by clicking here, which will take you to, like most of these event pages will take you to, the related Facebook group page, opening in a new tab.

I truly, truly hope we over flood the courts. I’m curious, how many of you can recall Delrawn Small’s killing? Especially those outside New York… Okay so later today I’ll either be putting up a post in Delrawn’s memory, or making a video; one of the two… After seeing how few people remember or know of this, it reminds me back when I was working in 2004…no one knew. And the few that did…

Anyway… For the rest of America, here ya go. If your city isn’t below, click here for the October 22 website and see what’s up; if nothing is going on, consider starting your own…Speak out, we need VOICES. We need action, honestly, but that’s another story…

New Bill Proposed to Legalize Police Murders

pigs.png“According to the bill, city officials will be allowed to use “any means necessary” in order to break up a group of 10 or more protesters blocking traffic, “even to the point of costing lives.” -See Below

As if police departments across the US were not bad enough when it comes to double standards, racism, abuse or killing and walking away freely, now that President Obama is no longer in office the threat is at a higher risk than before. I am talking about Donald Trump, who is not my president by any means. Donald Trump, who refused to even meet or discuss the murder of Black men, women and children being beaten and killed at a highly disproportionate rate in a racist America. Under him, a bill being proposed is actually a threat in my opinion among countless other issues.

This bill I speak of in detail below, but let me start with it’s a bill that actually will allow the cops to legally take a persons life if they are blocking traffic. Under virtually any other government I’d not be worried. But under this empty and lost government which is not mine, anything could occur.

Before we go into the details of the proposed bill; it’s not as though things were great with the cops before, under any president! The lack of accountability police account for (unless the victim is a white child), their protective blue shields and the risks we’ve seen a couple of good cops take for the sake of speaking out; the lack of accountability due to loop holes (and racism) in our government, and going all the way back to the roots of the police, which are the slave patrols and the “good ol’ boy system”.

This system Continue reading New Bill Proposed to Legalize Police Murders

White Cop Uses Excessive Force Against Black Female Student & the US Justice Department

This is an update on the case of a young, Black teenage female being turned over and dropped out of her chair, drug across the floor and arrested; violating the department’s policy as well as his oath as a cop. I don’t need to add this happened because he knew he could get away with it because the teenage girl is Black. That is sick, sad and heartbreaking as well as enraging but it is true. If this happened to a blonde, blue eyed white girl the entire situation would have gone down differently, she would have just been acting her age and I don’t believe the cops would have ever been called. But I digress, now that you know my personal view on that I want to talk about what the U.S. Justice Department decided after 2 years of apparent searching for a way out.

The lengths America’s government will go to in order to ensure police don’t go to jail or receive any punishment is absolutely astounding. They are allowed to use the stupidest excuses; and this one took 2 years for them to find- you’d think they’d have come up with a better “loophole” than they did. What’s especially surprising in this case from 2015 is the 2 years it took for the U.S. Justice Department to come up with such a flimsy excuse for a cops abuse.

After 2 years the prosecution realized suddenly, hey, this case isn’t in our jurisdiction because it was a mistake not an intentional violation of civil rights! Yeah, let that soak in. Let’s explore that and go a bit deeper.

racism-and-copsA cell phone & a teenage girl refuses to give up her cell phone, then she refuses to get out of her seat, after school officials allegedly, “plead” with her to get up -allegedly. I just want to add, she was a teen acting as many of us would have, too. Imagine her your child. I can say had I had a cell phone in school I would have behaved similarly. I note this because teenagers are teenagers…she did no wrong and anyone who thinks that way doesn’t belong on my page.

Additionally, the teenage female was also accused of “verbally challenging” an officer; all she did was tell him what he was doing was wrong, I might add. It finally led to the cop saying she hit him, but the aprox 15 witnesses say as she was being drug across the room she was throwing her arms about. I would assume she was trying to gain balance or her grounding, I don’t know nor does it matter as it would be terrifying to be flipped out of your chair by a cop, then drug across the floor violently. Trump as President Does Matter & Here’s Why

Writing this from my cell but I plan on making a video soon… Either way, please excuse any typos from autocorrect… I had to get this Trump crap off my chest.

I know people who think Trump is just another president, just another body; they all fail to note the fact that who voted for him & the numbers, every last one, show a sick and hateful society waiting for a hate filled leader to take charge. It’s so much deeper and not really funny to me; that Trump got voted in. Work in the hood and with gangs, etc won’t change some say. I say cops are going to be even more out of control. Accountability? If we could forget it before we surely can now.

So… Just another evil in office, yes. However, of the 2 evils, there’s no way I can see any logic in voting for what comes under the reign of this. I support anarchy; true and complete rule of ourselves. But America isn’t ready for that.

Since we must have someone -Sanders in my opinion-should have been the clear choice; but without him we were left with two horrible choices. No matter what you feel for Hillary, almost anyone would be better than Trump; a psychopath who cares only for himself- who showed his true colors during the election and prior to his showing interest of running.

America could have maybe had a chance at starting to change finally, for the better… Bernie was the only bit of hope there. If you disagree and think someone else; fine… I don’t care who your other was; so long as it wasn’t Trump.

And no; there’s not been an American president to ever show they actually hold true care for most of what I fight for. HOWEVER; it’s been a long damn time since we’ve had a president so proudly sexist and racist, and filled with hate.

Want it spelled out better than I’m doing?  Then I suggest you click the following link and prove you are the Trump supporter you say you are and share how you can live with yourself knowing who he is, by watching this short video on Trump & his supporters.

“You Can Never Get Civil Rights Until You Have Human Rights.”

malcolm x civil rights human rights america.pngHuman rights represent the right to be a human being. Whenever you are respected and recognized as a human being, your civil rights are automatic.” – Malcolm X, See Video

I admit I have been supporting protest and virtually any form of activism demanding the equal treatment for ALL Black men, women and children. I suppose I was hoping Black Lives Matter  and all protests against the treatment would be enough to stop the hateful killings (and beatings, harassment, so forth) …maybe now that these murders have gone mainstream via social media the American Government! But it’s clear that won’t happen. Malcolm X explains what we all already know but need to know and put to use in the video that follows.

Any action is better than none. But I have lost virtually all hope in doing anything so long as the American government is unchanged. By taking this to a world level America will have to pay attention to its crimes; sad that they couldn’t have done it from simple morale; sad that it is even an issue.

I will continue with my research regarding the police, regarding racism, regarding any and all hate crimes being committed towards the Black community. I do this in hopes of exposing the truth, exposing lies and informing people of that which I hope will outrage enough to spark action.

What Malcolm X says in the video is, in almost 2017, still not only true but the only way change will come that I can see. I support the “Buy Black Economy” and I do so when able… But it sadly, as history and this brilliant mind reminds us, isn’t enough to obtain the deserved and rightful equal treatment that has for so long been denied to the Black community.

“We must be regarded as human, our human rights must be respected, before we can be regarded as citizens and our civil rights be respected.”

Young Black Male- Victim of Police Abuse- Tony Soto – Please Help! Video

There is a young, Black male activist being held on $900,000.00 bond for NO REASON other than those above facts and the police feel threatened by someone who has his intelligence being involved in fighting for Black Lives Matter and equality. Please, please help him out, help his mother out…. I beg you, if you can’t please spread this around this is an absurd amount of money – he’s had no hearing no trail; just being held. PLEASE… Black Lives Matter, Don’t Turn Him Away, Please

“… We are asking for your help and support in this crowdfund to help him with his bond and to retain competent counsel.  Funded Justice specializes in Crowdfunding for legal matters.  Please donate and share this Crowdfunding. My son has stood on the front lines and helped many people, traveling all over the region assisting in other marches, protests and helping families organize and assert their First Amendment rights to redress their grievenaces and to protest outrageous and unjust actions by law enforcement.

His first son was born in his absence this past Sat June 25, 2016.  He has yet to see or hold his newborn and I am suffering with stage 4 pancreatic cancer.  For the past two years my son has dilgently marched for civil rights and has tried to make sure people know their rights when pulled over in a vehicle. He has been outspoken and vocal in regards to the blatant police brutality and police corruption sweeping this nation.  Now he is being falsely held in a Phila prison.  If this had happened to any one of you, Tony would have already been organizing on your behalf immediately.  We thank you for your support. God Bless.”- Tony Soto’s mother

The sites I’m linking have the videos of the police stalking, harassment and mistreatment are posted in the above link which I posted a couple of days ago. So below are the links I’ve previously made when he was free, in order. Videos of importance are on all, one of them I believe I made a video but there is a link to his facebook video on there….

Each video shows not only the Philly police disrespecting him, but obviously targeting him, especially if you check out more of his videos (again that is linked in one of the posts too, I believe it’s the first). His  previous videos of harassment and fear tactics being used, each link is below.. thank you and please, please help this good man, his mom, those whom care for him and the community needs him, too…

Please,  HELP…

  1. Click Here for my First Post & Tony’s videos – In this post, I also had made a video  on white privilege inspired by Tony, at the end I speak of his case and there is a link in the video description as well as in the following article that just takes you right to his facebook video page.
  2. Click here for the second entry and his videos are located ON the page. This is during an absurd police stop….. Better put, it was during an attempted set up, but as you’ll see, he is smarter than they want and doesn’t fall into their trap. Later, despite his video evidence the cops try to lie and blame it on him…. Despite the videos.
  3. Videos and photos of more police harassing and stalking, shows all of Tony’s actions; none of which are of a man who would do something to deserve this. Not the abuse, and sure as hell not this $900,000.00 bond!!!
  4. And my most recent blog on him.

And please click here to read his mother’s words, and please, help us get this man and activist back out where he belongs. The power belongs to the people…. Let’s exercise that….. Please, PLEASE share this..

Notice Tamir Rice’s Mother Didn’t Attend the DNC? Here’s Why & Then Some.

I admire all the strong women who have lost a child and are now standing up and trying to change how this sick world is; but somehow from the moment I first listened to Tamir Rice’s mother,  Samaria Rice, speak I felt an especially deep admiration and respect for her. That has only grown tonight.

First, I didn’t watch either of the conventions. Donald Trump is a psychopath and truly cruel while Hillary Clinton brings us nothing more than the same lies, political mask and deception that is so common place for a politician. And while I am happy to read that some of the women who make up the Mothers of the Movement attended and shared their stories, pleading for justice and change… That they walked to the stage to cheers of Black Lives Matter is the little extra that would have sent chills down my spine from the power of their words, their energy and purpose, collected together. But I digress.

One of the mothers said Hillary would say and stand with Black Lives Matter. In fact, the title of the article I read first was something along the lines of, “Hillary Sits and Listens to Mothers who’ve lost a child to police racism” or something. It was totally misleading to start; I had no idea at that point it was just a speech at the DNC; secondly, Hillary can talk all she wants or ‘listen’ but someone sincere; wouldn’t they listen one on one and in private? Wouldn’t it be on their top priorities and a topic always made clear?

I was disappointed to hear some of the mothers say that they believe Hillary cares. I think she does more than Trump, but her care is a fake sort; it’s time for something better for this country so we may change and become that great country people talk about; the one we’ve NEVER been.

While it made me sad to hear a few of those women supporting and trusting Hillary with this cause; Samaria Rice came through for me… Notice her missing from the group? She didn’t attend for she doesn’t endorse either; there hasn’t been a candidate that she supports… Because she wants change and for Black Lives to TRULY MATTER and she wants it -rightfully so!!!- now… As I do; as we all do…

In the following video she speaks a bit on Tamir’s death; but also on her thoughts of Trump and Hillary… Check it out below:

” No candidate is “speaking my language about police reform,” Samaria Rice recently told Fusion, saying she wants “a lot on the table, not a little bit of talk, a lot of talk about police brutality, police accountability, making new policies, taking some away, and just reforming the whole system.”
Rice added that no presidential candidate appeals to her yet. “

Police Targeting Black America; Impact

I wrote this on my phone as I was reading… I hope it makes sense, and I have a feeling this book though it is full of questions I myself cannot answer, I have a feeling it will be sparking many more posts similar to this. It starts with,

“Are you scared?
Where do you as a Black American feel safe?
Where do you feel threatened?
Why are we still afraid?
Haven’t we been afraid long enough?”

This is just the beginning of an amazing book and already the questions posed I feel are vital to knowing oneself and to ending the evilness of white supremacy. I am honored to be reading this, and I want to utilize this books questions with the precious children I work with, whom I know are afraid… Perhaps in digging deeper into their fears and showing them reasons also to be proud and brave, it will counter some of the racist cruelty that has been forced into their innocent minds?

I fear doing this however and this is my biggest problem… It breaks my heart to hear my friends/family tell me they are afraid anytime they see a cop, I understand WHY I just hate that this is reality. So when little children tell me the same thing, it breaks my heart that much more, it also makes me angry. White people whom say there is no racism from cops and that it’s directed at them and they are ignored (load of bs) simply are upset because they want to be the center of attention now and always, in ever matter.

But if any of those sort read this, I ask, how many white people ESPECIALLY white children do you know who that are afraid upon seeing an officer or knowing one could be around? I have yet to meet a white kid that is afraid and I’m talking 3 years old and up. So no; there is nothing they are “wrong” they are doing to provoke violent and too often fatal responded by police, which is a reply I see too often and I don’t know why as it is beyond logic or any other form of credibility.

In fact, a few years ago I asked one white child in my group what he wanted to be when he grew up.

“A cop!” He replied after a couple of seconds. I was a bit taken off guard because that’s the last job I expected, so I asked him why. This is word by EXCITED word what he said:

“So I can shoot people!”

That was his answer. He was barely 5 years old. What does that answer say about white cops and the American police department in general? What does the difference in his response vs the Black children’s response to police say? Never have I had a Black child give me that response.

That isn’t to say I’ve never had Black children that didn’t want to be a cop; in fact in one of my first cases a 15 year old wanted to be a cop. He suffered from mental illness, and during one of his episodes his mom called the cops, thinking of how he respected them I am sure. Even though he was hurting no one but himself with a knife to his face when they arrived, they took his life. (See video on this post).

I know my writings are depressing; they are real, though, and instead of letting it make you sad or feel hopeless rise against that and feel anger! Don’t let depression take hold; sadly that’s not a luxury available that I see. It is sad and I wish I didn’t have this page but I do because if I don’t speak what I know then in just as guilty as them.

Back to the response these children gave me, years apart the white never knew anyone in my current group of course. Both of these innocent souls have been tarnished by police racism, bigotry and brutality. The white child thinking it’s not only “cool” but ACCEPTABLE to kill; while the Black children are afraid of hearing that answer because a part of childhood has been stolen.

How many times I’ve heard someone say one of the following or something all too similar makes me sick to my soul:

“That could have been my father,” or “my son,” “my brother,” “my nephew,” “my husband,” or that could have been “me”…

I’ve not had anyone other this non-white children and adults confide this horrific fact, and it’s a fact I grew up hearing my friends/family talk about and it enraged me as it does now because I don’t have to worry; and that is not right! If the people I am with have to worry, so should I! Until non-whites have the right to not worry, then no one should have the right that white and light skin people do.
