Relief, Not Regret, From Late Term Abortion- Women, Trust Yourself.

Another video regarding “emotions” and my abortion, made in hopes that some other woman will hear it and remember… Only you know what you can or cannot handle…

Listen to yourself… This is just a video that touches on my feelings when it comes to how it feels after an abortion.

While no one woman will feel the same, it is relief that I feel…not regret. Relief because I know it would have been much more cruel to bring a child into a world under circumstances such as this. No, it wasn’t the wrong choice. And though I was pressured by some to go through with it, that I’d be fine, I knew in the end I wouldn’t be and I am blessed enough to have an amazing sister and mother who could see that, too.

I hope my words (even if I have a bit of issues talking today lol sorry about that :-\) will reach one woman and remind her that only she knows the answer; and if that answer is abortion… there is nothing wrong with that nor does it make her any less than good.

I also ask a few questions to you anti choicer’s …but I don’t expect any real answers because as of yet, it has been the people who wouldn’t have an abortion themselvesĀ  BUT still believe each woman should make their own choice, those are the only people I’ve had any real feedback from. I appreciate that feedback, and it is people who can not agree with something being right for them, but still understand it may be right for others, that makes me believe there may still be some hope for the world.

triangleAbortion does NOT cause psychological distress, or “post-abortion syndrome.” Efforts to show it does occur appear to be politically motivated, according to U.S. researchers at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. “The best quality studies indicate no significant differences in long-term mental health between women in the United States who choose to terminate a pregnancy and those who do not,” they wrote. This is just a random video I felt compelled to make after the last article I posted. People put their lives at risk, go out of their way, give up their time; all to help other human beings, other women, get through what society tries to make them feel guilty over: Abortion.

Thank you… to the doctors, to the fundraisers, to the donators, to the true friend(s), to the staff, to the volunteers, to those who stay up all night to answer phone calls of nervous women who know the right answer and just need a bit of reassurance and kindness.

So, here is my video of gratitude, I suppose… With me giving what I hope will stand as reminders to any and all other women who have had or are going to have an abortion that they are not evil, or bad. I know the likelihood the woman I spoke to the night before mine will see this is pretty slim… But I do hope that if you are any of the things listed above, anyone who offers love and support to women during, before, and/or after the abortion… This thank you is to you as well. It’s not much but, it is from the bottom of my heart…

Religious “Man” in Indiana Attempts Physical Attack on Planned Parenthood

Killing is wrong!!! Is what you hear from so many “anti-choicers.” Their “religion” tells them it’s “wrong” (wonder what would happen if they didn’t have those commandments to remind them not to kill, because even with them…). A so called “man” in Bloomington, Indiana, is in custody of the cops after going to a local Planned Parenthood clinic early in the morning, vandalizing it with red paint while it was closed, and then waiting there…with an ax.

ABORTION is NOT EVIL, Nor “Wrong” & There’s No Wrong Way to Feel During or After

First, this is a personal post. Don’t wanna know, don’t read. I am writing this mainly for women who hear what I was told today and actually wonder if it is true. That is, abortion means you are _________.Ā  As I say in the rant below, abortion doesn’t make you anything bad. If anything, it makes you stronger. It shows your intelligence in knowing what is right for you and your life.

Before I begin, apologies for the lack of posting and tweeting recently. I am working on getting my art site completed and up, as well as a few others. I’ll be linking soon šŸ˜€ People may not notice my absence but still, if anyone does, I do apologize but there’s a reason which is I’ve been busy dealing with some other aspects of life. ******* Again, post from my personal experience today. Don’t wanna read it, then…don’t. If you do, thank you and I mean it when I say, if you need someone, I am here.

Today, though, I had a very disappointing experience. I have a doctor I see regularly when I stay in Texas…it is very rare for me to find a doctor I actually like, but he has always seemed to be an intelligent, thoughtful and kind older man. Respectful, seemed to really care for his patients, etc. Continue reading ABORTION is NOT EVIL, Nor “Wrong” & There’s No Wrong Way to Feel During or After

A Few Pro-Choice Graphics I Enjoy

Random Post of Images I Like. *None of the Following Are My Copyright. Just Random Things I Agree With, Found Overtime, Online. *

20130330-033629.jpg

I cannot currently sit & write out what I am working on –will have that post uploaded ASAP!Ā  (today or tonight)- I figured I would share some graphics which share how I feel- I do not claim right to any of these images, just ones I have collected online over time šŸ™‚

Soon I will have my own photo on here, as well, to show my support of abortion. Until then, I’d like to just say- I do NOT regret the CHOICE I made when I had my abortion because it was right for me.

Don’t listen to the anti-choice. I am, as are many other women, better off mentally & physically (I.e., I didn’t kill myself because I had access to abortion health care… Access they want to take away). It’s not murder. You’re not “evil” – the hardest choice to make is this choice, but this does not make it the wrong choice.

It takes strength to do the RIGHT thing in a world like we live in. Honestly, no one should explain why they had an abortion. It’s their choice, their privacy and should remain their most very basic right as a woman!

Regardless of why- it’s frankly no one else’s business! And I love the below quote. It pretty much sums it all up, I believe. Or, it should.Ā

I am against adoption for my own personal reasons… And socially, I think it’s wrong also. But I think the choice should be there… Just not forced…. Same as abortion. Don’t agree? Fine, don’t have one. But those of us who do support it should have the right to choose, too!

Pro-Choice is Pro-Life. Anti- Choice is Pro-DEATH.

Pretty simple. Each individual person making their own choice regarding their own body. Makes. Sense. To me. It seems to be not only an attack on women’s rights by men who will never be pregnant as well as a handful of crazy “women”.

20130330-033711.jpg
It also seems very obvious to be the annoying, religious zealots whom are attempting to force their “belief system” into every woman and family in America. Why it is even a debate or argument baffles me…we can disagree, but to enact laws that put women’s lives in imminent danger?? That seems a bit pro-death to me.

20130330-032343.jpg
Pro-life is being pro-choice….plain and simple. Let it save those who chose, and those who don’t want anything to do with it for whatever reason, let them ignore it. But from my point of view, it is not something that should be a legal discussion- much less made into a law which will result in deaths, just as before Roe v Wade.
