Killings and Cop Killings in The Black Community

To fight racism, united is needed… In Chicago alone these 700+ deaths are the highest since 1998… But that doesn’t mean we should forget about slave patrols aka cops who kill. Check the article, the video if you wanna hear my thoughts and get involved… Every person matters…And nothing lasts forever, we can stop this.

I am outrage to hear this heart breaking news! Chicago, Illinois is in a state of emergency! There have been over 701 murders in the city! Almost all the victims are people of color! If these victims were white, the entire country would stop to find a solution in Chicago right now! But the victims are black, no one seems to care!

Real talk, the Black and brown community is in bad shape! We must find a solution to this problem fast. Our people are dying a fast death to genocide!

Stop the shooting! Stop the Killing! Stop the Violence! Black Power! All Power to the People! Hotep! Peace in the Streets!

Police say that 77 were killed in the month of November alone, which saw 316 shooting incidents and 389 victims. As of Dec. 1, 701 people had been murdered across Chicago, making this year the most violent since 1998.

Black Lives Matters- New Vid- Please don’t Give up

I apologize for the length, it’s bit of ‘personal’ video i guess, or how racism by cops has impacted me and still impacts me …. But it’s being said for a reason.

I’m ashamed to say that because of the ‘color’ and tone of my skin i am given a “pass go” card; i don’t want that shyt never have. But sadly that’s real. But that judgment they make right there on skin color proves racism against non-‘whites’ is -for lack of better words- STUPID, IMMATURE, SMALL MINDED BS. It’s NOT real nor true they just want people to think it is. Sadly too many do buy into mainstream media; my hope is though that some at least will open their eyes.
In this video I share the pain I’ve seen all my life, the pain that I still feel horrific grief over; and that’s Black children, family, friends, kids I worked with, etc,…. all sharing the same fear of COPS.
I end by asking anyone down to please hit me, I have an idea and work to prove it, I just need to find a group of real people to talk to… Please do…

Police Targeting Black America; Impact

I wrote this on my phone as I was reading… I hope it makes sense, and I have a feeling this book though it is full of questions I myself cannot answer, I have a feeling it will be sparking many more posts similar to this. It starts with,

“Are you scared?
Where do you as a Black American feel safe?
Where do you feel threatened?
Why are we still afraid?
Haven’t we been afraid long enough?”

This is just the beginning of an amazing book and already the questions posed I feel are vital to knowing oneself and to ending the evilness of white supremacy. I am honored to be reading this, and I want to utilize this books questions with the precious children I work with, whom I know are afraid… Perhaps in digging deeper into their fears and showing them reasons also to be proud and brave, it will counter some of the racist cruelty that has been forced into their innocent minds?

I fear doing this however and this is my biggest problem… It breaks my heart to hear my friends/family tell me they are afraid anytime they see a cop, I understand WHY I just hate that this is reality. So when little children tell me the same thing, it breaks my heart that much more, it also makes me angry. White people whom say there is no racism from cops and that it’s directed at them and they are ignored (load of bs) simply are upset because they want to be the center of attention now and always, in ever matter.

But if any of those sort read this, I ask, how many white people ESPECIALLY white children do you know who that are afraid upon seeing an officer or knowing one could be around? I have yet to meet a white kid that is afraid and I’m talking 3 years old and up. So no; there is nothing they are “wrong” they are doing to provoke violent and too often fatal responded by police, which is a reply I see too often and I don’t know why as it is beyond logic or any other form of credibility.

In fact, a few years ago I asked one white child in my group what he wanted to be when he grew up.

“A cop!” He replied after a couple of seconds. I was a bit taken off guard because that’s the last job I expected, so I asked him why. This is word by EXCITED word what he said:

“So I can shoot people!”

That was his answer. He was barely 5 years old. What does that answer say about white cops and the American police department in general? What does the difference in his response vs the Black children’s response to police say? Never have I had a Black child give me that response.

That isn’t to say I’ve never had Black children that didn’t want to be a cop; in fact in one of my first cases a 15 year old wanted to be a cop. He suffered from mental illness, and during one of his episodes his mom called the cops, thinking of how he respected them I am sure. Even though he was hurting no one but himself with a knife to his face when they arrived, they took his life. (See video on this post).

I know my writings are depressing; they are real, though, and instead of letting it make you sad or feel hopeless rise against that and feel anger! Don’t let depression take hold; sadly that’s not a luxury available that I see. It is sad and I wish I didn’t have this page but I do because if I don’t speak what I know then in just as guilty as them.

Back to the response these children gave me, years apart the white never knew anyone in my current group of course. Both of these innocent souls have been tarnished by police racism, bigotry and brutality. The white child thinking it’s not only “cool” but ACCEPTABLE to kill; while the Black children are afraid of hearing that answer because a part of childhood has been stolen.

How many times I’ve heard someone say one of the following or something all too similar makes me sick to my soul:

“That could have been my father,” or “my son,” “my brother,” “my nephew,” “my husband,” or that could have been “me”…

I’ve not had anyone other this non-white children and adults confide this horrific fact, and it’s a fact I grew up hearing my friends/family talk about and it enraged me as it does now because I don’t have to worry; and that is not right! If the people I am with have to worry, so should I! Until non-whites have the right to not worry, then no one should have the right that white and light skin people do.

Though I think is good, I also think it’s rather sad that the American Government cares so little they haven’t bothered getting around to even making it mandatory to report when a person is murdered by one of those in the department. Those beaten don’t receive any government notice, which is tragic as well because there are far too many disgusting instances of brutality and use of excessive force on humans of all ages; from young children to the elderly (stay tuned to my police brutality
/racism channel by clicking here as there will be a lot of videos posted up this weekend; many on this very topic).

There is no place any of us can go to get a federal or even state record of how many people are murdered and/or beaten annually. One would think if the government cared about the people it would be mandatory for any and all law enforcement agencies to report any and all deaths which occur by one of their officers.

However, that is exactly the opposite of what goes on. In reality, it is an option for cops to report this. It only makes sense; they are the biggest gang in America; what gang speaks out against themselves?

Don’t forget who helps promote those lies; the media. News channels are not only government controlled (as it was before the Senate Trials; now, why would they stop?) the government and corporate America go hand in hand. Together, with Fox News preaching lies and hatred towards Black people via the use of false images, false reports and inaccurately reporting police brutality, when they bother covering it period.

Lying for-profit media stations like Fox News only promote lies, racism and claim their lies to be not only news but truthful news; not opinionated but fact based which is a full blown lie. (Research it if you don’t agree; it’s not hard to figure out.) 

The government uses for-profit channels like Fox News to influence those who watch religiously. With the executive director of the National Association of Police Organizations has stated that he thinks what Harvard researchers have found to be “misguided”, adding

“The best way to reduce the number of deaths by police is to follow the instructions of the officer in any kind of confrontation. I don’t have a lot of hope that academics from Harvard would publicize that as an easy and quick way to reduce deaths by police.”

THIS IS WHAT SO MAN WHITE, RACISTS SHOUT; ARE THEY BLIND? EXPOSED-Police Violence VS Community Violence

It’s no surprise the cops enjoy lying…still, I think this article is very important to read. I hope this is a sign that people are starting to focus energies on the real enemy, and unite together… One people, one struggle…

“The police often say that the police are where the crime is as a way to suggest that the reason that they are more violent in certain communities is because they have to be there because the communities are more violent,” DeRay Mckesson, a member of Campaign Zero’s planning team and one of the most prominent voices in the Black Lives Matter movement, told The Huffington Post. “We wanted to see how the data matched to that suggestion, and what we saw is that it doesn’t.”

“It just reminds us that the police are choosing to be violent in communities,” he added.  

A common retort to movements against police violence has been “Well, what about black-on-black crime?” — a phrase that originated in the 1980s and has been used to cite black people as the problem instead of poverty, poor educational opportunities, proximity and other factors that spike crime rates in all communities despite racial composition.

“For us it was pretty simple. We’ve been hearing these arguments going around without any data or any evidence from folks who are saying that police are killing so many people — particularly black people — because they say black people are in high-crime communities and potentially involved in criminal activity,” said Samuel Sinyangwe, another member of the planning team.

The group compared violent crime rates from the 2014 FBI Uniform Crime report to the number of people police killed in each city this year. To confirm the findings, Sinyangwe said Campaign Zero also ran three years worth of police killing data and arrived at the same conclusion.

“This myth that people have created that community violence is the cause of police violence is absolutely false,” said Brittany Packnett, another member of Campaign Zero’s planning team, who also sat on Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon’s (D) Ferguson Commission. “This is an issue of policy, of accountability and of culture inside of departments.”

Do Cops Truly Have to Have Lower IQs

For those who were wanting more information on my past post where I complained about cops not having high IQs… Here is a post for you. —>

Many have suspected it, but now it appears to be official: police departments refuse to hire applicants with high IQ scores.

Critics of law enforcement have long suggested that police officers tend to be selected for their lack of critical thinking, but news that department hiring processes officially disqualify high-scoring applicants might still come as a shock to many.

While a rare exception to the rule might slip through the cracks, if you are too smart, police departments simply won’t hire you.

This policy became solidified in a federal ruling dating back almost a decade and a half ago. The ruling came with little fanfare from the mainstream, corporate media, who didn’t apparent find it to be newsworthy.

In 1999, a Federal judge dismissed a lawsuit by an applicant to the New London, Connecticut police department who was barred from being hired after successfully taking the intelligence portion of the police examinations. The disqualification came because he had scored “too high” on the test. The New London Police Department made it clear that they did not want the “bottom of the barrel” when it came to intelligence, but they also didn’t want anyone who was “too smart” either.

This little-known ruling was made public back in September of the same year. Judge Peter C. Dorsey of the United States District Court in New Haven, Connecticut confirmed that the plaintiff, Robert Jordan, 48, who holds a bachelor’s degree in literature, had been denied an opportunity to even interview for a job with the department, for no reason other than his high test scores.

Judge Dorsey ruled in favor of the department, saying that Mr. Jordan was offered no protection under the law in this case. There is no legal protection given to intelligent people from discriminatory hiring practices by individual police departments, Dorsey explained. The judge continued, explaining that police departments held all applicants to this same standard and thus they rejected all applicants who scored high. As a result, this could not be held as discriminatory in nature.

The next time you cross paths with a law enforcement officer and wonder how anyone so stupid managed to get hired by their department, now you know that this stupidity might in fact be the very thing that qualified them for the job.

I have had a long, depressing night dealing with … too much hate and harm or death(s). I can’t handle writing up all of what happened below but there’s been a vital update in the death of a Black male Wednesday which everyone needs to know (so we can fight even harder to get the killers locked away, for a start).

(Detailed info below, first, the update):

After his murder on Wednesday, an officer claimed the young man was suicidal; they also claim he had a handgun on him, which became one he reached for when they said to put his hands up, obviously. The young man, paralyzed from the waist down, was shot to death by cops at the scene.

They’ve stated he was suicidal when they came. They also claim he reaches for his gun, points it and that’s why they opened fire, or, according to other reports the police said, he reached for a gun and shot it up in the air! This is not seen at all, not once, in the video. Additionally, his uncle had been with him only 15 minutes before they arrived. He stated that Jeremy had no gun, a bag, but no gun.

His uncle, Eugene Smith, stated it had only been 15 minutes since he last saw Jeremy, unarmed, he said.

“He had a book bag, but I never seen a gun,” he said. “It was an execution. That’s what it was. I don’t care if he was black, white, whatever.”

[It’s no secret police are willing and do resort to planting weapons on victims. Who is to say that isn’t the case here?]

With the Pope visiting next month the government has found a new reason to violate citizens by imposing airport style security on any and everyone. Don’t worry, though! Of course it is for your safety, and my safety alike.

First, let me refresh everyone’s memory on what the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution states:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

I realize those who invaded America and claimed it as their own; and those whom wrote everything from the Bill of Rights, the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence were not perfect by any means. However, there are a lot of laws that make sense which most American’s ignore; including our own legal system. They get away with ignoring these governing laws because we, the vast majority of citizens in America, allow them to get away with it.

About 5 years ago the DHS started the “Blue Campaign” to combat human trafficking. In return American citizens were all suspects; anyone could be questioned or searched. Men  A quote from their site states:

“The Blue Campaign is the unified voice for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) efforts to combat human trafficking. Working in collaboration with law enforcement, government, non-governmental and private organizations, the Blue Campaign strives to protect the basic right of freedom and to bring those who exploit human lives to justice.”

Through the Blue Campaign, DHS raises public awareness about human trafficking, leveraging partnerships to educate the public to recognize human trafficking and report suspected instances. The Blue Campaign also offers training to law enforcement and others to increase detection and investigation of human trafficking, and to protect victims and bring suspected traffickers to justice.”

Autopsy Of Mentally Ill Black Man Shows LAPD Shot Him In Back

Of course this sickens me beyond words; but what sickens me even more, this is not a one time thing, and all the attention the FEW cases of cops killing don’t even begin to scratch the tip of the iceberg… This isn’t an isolated case – and even if it were that would be bad enough- but actually this is not an uncommon theme among victims of police killers. All of those who care keep demanding something must be done about how police are allowed to kill and get away with it- which is a disgrace and a slap in the face as well as salt in the wound to anyone with intelligence and love for humanity. We really gotta do something; keep fighting back… Protest if nothing else, or educate others… Change CAN happen… But we gotta fight for it..

The Los Angeles Police Department released an autopsy on Monday revealing that a mentally ill black man killed by LAPD officers in August was shot three times, including once in the back, according to television station KABC.

The autopsy stated that the shot to Ezell Ford’s back and another to his abdomen were fatal, according to the TV station. The wound on his back revealed a muzzle imprint from the gun, suggesting the shot was fired at close range, the station reported.

Several witnesses said Ford was face down on the ground when he was shot, the station reported. But police said he was killed while resisting arrest and had “grabbed the officer’s handgun and attempted to remove the gun from its holster.”

“The officer yelled out to his partner that Mr. Ford had his gun. The officer’s partner then fired two rounds striking Mr. Ford,” the LAPD…
