This is in memory of a 15 year old male named Paul Childs who admired the police, and because of his illnesses, at 15, he was murdered by the police…for no reason other than he had a knife on his own face, in front of his family…

Let this enrage you!!!

Who Am I to Speak on Racism?

Don’t believe racism is real? Look at Tamir Rice vs Jeremy Mardis, for an example. As I say in my video, if you cannot see this blatant racism in America you are CHOOSING to be blind.

After many messages I’m back and ready to start this channel, for real… This video is re: my skin color, my relationship with racism & why I speak on it and police brutality. Also a bit on why I’ve been gone. And then there’s a bit in here about the blatant impact of racism in the white community and within the government… Thank you to every single soul who has stood with me during hard times. Next video will be on the research reports I do and when I’ll be putting them out, in addition to other upcoming topics. Don’t

And with that, I’ll have a new one up soon. I’m back on it whether it matters or not. =)

URGENT-Beaten into Coma By Cops, 47yr Black Man, Kevin Higgenbotham, Murdered, Dying at Hospital

“He did everything he could do for anybody,” Shanae Higgenbotham said. “I don’t even know how I’m going to move on.”

Shanae said her dad taught her to be a great person and to always believe in God.

“Everybody loved him,” she said, noting he was known for dressing well and riding his motorcycles. “I still can’t believe this happened to him. I don’t understand why it happened. It shouldn’t have happened.”

And let me finish that off with a comment by his mother,

Higgenbotham’s mother, Adrea Higgenbotham, said her son was a loving person who was very active.

She feels there is lying surrounding the circumstances of her son’s arrest.

“The police are not telling the truth about nothing,” the mother said. “Everything will come to a head if God has his way.”

Just to get things straight, I do not believe for a second that the cops are telling the truth but IF they were, they are supposed to be able to handle people having a mental illness episode; there is no shame in having a mental illness, other than it can get you killed if you are Black! THERE ARE NO WORDS FOR MY RAGE!!!!

And did I mention the medical examiner is Dr. Michael Baden, not only a TV SHOW HOST (HBO-Autopsy), but he is also the former NYC chief medical examiner whom conducted Michael Brown’s autopsy. HMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am 100% certain the cops are not only lying but the police medical examiner-see below- for what POLICE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE or PERSON BEING PAID OFF BY THEM will ever step out against them, unless they suddenly developed a heart?!?!

My head is throbbing! It’s amazing, no matter how many times it happens, how many times I see it, it is still just as horrifically disgusting and outrageous as the first time when you see the desperate, innocent yet painful….look on his face. There are no words to describe it, this needs to be blown out of the water; I’m going to start reading quotes on my YouTube channel from Invisible Man by Ralph Ellison in hopes to inspire people to use this sadness, this rage, this hate for those doing this and those letting those murderers get away; use all those feelings and let’s take it all back and change it up!

The cops continue to lie; do so few people have conscious that they can do shit like this and then lie about it to top it all off? How do you live with yourselves?! Oh My GOD! This is nothing new, but every time it brings up the same hatred and makes me want to remind everyone reading I’m down soon as it’s on.

I’m going to copy the article over, please spread the word. I am sickened and have some work to do regarding this and other. May this man please, please be blessed as he deserved to be in his next life… He will not be forgotten.

TRENTON >> A city resident who called police for help and subsequently was allegedly put into a coma by trenton nj cops beat black man to deathresponding officers has died.

Kevin Higgenbotham, 47, died last Sunday following the incident on June 15, where he initially called 9-1-1 to report a trespasser at his home on the 200 block of Bellevue Avenue.

Forty minutes later, Higgenbotham was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center where went into cardiac arrest. The medical emergency left him in a coma that the-then 46-year-old never recovered from.

His attorney, Stanley King, of Woodbury-based King & King, has consistently alleged that police repeatedly beat Higgenbotham with batons and pepper strayed him, causing the resident to remain in his incapacitated state before his death.

“The force that the officers on the scene used was excessive and at a minimum was a contributing factor to his death, and we believe it may have well been the primary contributing factor,” King said Friday, noting his client’s condition continued to worsen after the June incident. “Obviously, it is a brain-related injury. He could never improve and his condition continually worsened for the last nine months.”

Police Director Ernest Parrey Jr. immediately contacted the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office and city police’s internal affairs unit following the incident to be “transparent,” Lt. Stephen Varn said two days after the situation.

Varn said Friday that an investigation is being conducted by the Mercer County Homicide Task Force. He forwarded any further comments to the prosecutor’s office.

A spokeswoman with the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office said Friday in a statement that the agency is “concluding the investigation.”

“An autopsy was conducted this week,” spokeswoman Casey DeBlasio said in an email. “The cause and manner of death are pending further investigation. The medical examiner did not observe any skull fractures or other signs that indicate any physical abuse by the police or the hospital.”

According to the police’s account of the events that transpired, officers claim Higgenbotham was under the influence of drugs and that he assaulted his family member when they arrived that morning. Higgenbotham was placed in a paddy wagon with his hands cuffed behind his back. Police said when Higgenbotham was in the vehicle, he became combative and started kicking the windows. The authorities claim when Higgenbotham was restrained, he went into cardiac arrest at the hospital.

Adding to the intrigue of the case, King retained a prominent medical examiner, who performed an autopsy on Higgenbotham on Friday for the family.

The medical examiner, Dr. Michael Baden, is the host of HBO’s “Autopsy.” The former New York City chief medical examiner also conducted an autopsy for Michael Brown, the teenager shot to death by an officer in Ferguson, Mo. that led to widespread riots and national headlines on excessive police force.

Baden, who also touts a resume on his website of working investigations for O.J. Simpson, Jayson Williams, Kobe Bryant and Robert Blake, did not immediately respond to a request seeking comment.

“He will be giving us his findings shortly,” King said of Baden’s autopsy of Higgenbotham.

King said prosecutors have not released any information either to him or Higgenbotham’s family.

“Their investigation should be a lot different from their initial narrative that was reported in the paper,” he said. “I’m sure the investigation should speak to the level of force that their officers used and hopefully there will be an agreement that the level of force was excessive and unnecessary.”

King previously explained that Higgenbotham suffered from bipolar disorder and was experiencing an episode the morning he called police. The attorney said the trespasser Higgenbotham reported to police was his cousin, who lived with the family at the Bellevue Avenue home.

King believes no actions have been taken against the responding officers.

“If in fact they would have, we would have heard,” King said. “At this point, I don’t think anything has been done to any of the officers involved to the best of my knowledge.”

Higgenbotham, however, was charged with simple assault, criminal mischief, improper behavior and resisting arrest.

King has filed a intent to sue, but has yet to officially fine a civil complaint.

“Everyone can see what’s inevitable in light of his death,” the attorney said, declining to comment if he will file a lawsuit.

Higgenbotham, a lifelong resident and Trenton Central High School graduate, was described Friday by his daughter as an “overall awesome person” and a “great father.”

NYPD undercover cop fires at suspect armed with fake gun, fatally shoots (Afro-American) bystander

I have no words to express the disgust that continues to grind my heart and soul, my stomach, my nerves, every time I see what the cops have done this time.

And to anyone who has the cruel and blind audacity to say the bystander just “happened to be a Black male” and this has nothing to do with “racial issues”…. If you seriously believe that, if you actually believe it was an accidental murder which they care so little about having committed (see the heartbreaking photo), you are far too blind and insensitive to even consider discussing such a tragic, haunting and clearly racist problem of police brutality and racism.

With all my heart I agree with the heartbreaking yet sadly truthful words the original blogger wrote…..

There is a man laying on the ground, DYING, in pain and alone. Alone as he dies, listening to the sounds of the cruel people around him discuss….whatever they ‘discussed’.

When I first saw a group of cops hog tie an overweight Black male with Narcolepsy outside of White Castle (he had a bout of Narcolepsy, when he woke he began acting ‘erratically’; if he actually did that is a very common response to people with the disorder) .

Long story short, the Black 40 year old male was hog tied as over a dozen cops arrived in the parking lot where I was watching and someone was recording their abuse.

He began to suffocate. He began to cry. He called out for his mother.

And when his innocent, beautiful soul left his body, a part of me died, too. I was 14. For a week I mourned the man I never met. I had seen people fatally shot before, it was tragic…but never before or after has my soul felt as though a part went with the person who died.
It was impossible to try and comfort the man; the cops had him surrounded. I cried with him, as did my friends. I hope somehow he felt our presence; our love, even if only a bit… I can only pray to the gods that he knew he wasn’t alone; that I tried to get past them….To no avail.

Sorry, I share this story because I too am seeing these images. I am tired of seeing so many Black men being killed or beaten regardless of age and everyone saying how horrible it is, then moving on to the next topic. Since 14 I have spent virtually every day fighting against absent hearted police and FOR their victims in numerous ways.
But, it’s obvious; more than obvious, that we need more than a couple of people who have a heart, soul, and deep, deep desire and passion to fix this; and punish the racists with a badge, the killers, the abusers, the liars and the law enforcement’s blue shield, which is covered in crimson red blood, needs to be shattered. Justice WILL prevail, but we can NOT give up.
May all those who have been stolen from this life, far before their time, due to this evil plague find joy and peace… And may every person fighting the murders, beatings and abuses this gang conducts, stay strong… Change IS possible…. It will come so long as we don’t give in.

Jerame Reid… Remember That Name… More Murdering Cops Set Free

I’m absolutely enraged and outraged over the verdict of Jerame Reid’s murderers. He didn’t stop his car 100% at a stop sign; the cops pulled him over, he stopped fully right away. It took 2 seconds directly after officer ___ reached into the car for a handgun and exchanged words of premeditated murder with his partner, shouting “I’m going to kill you,” at the innocent, unarmed Black male victim.

As seen in the murder video from the dashboard camera, Jerame states what he is doing before and as he gets out of the car, with his hands in the air. He wasn’t out to hurt anyone. The cops, however, seem to have had no problem deciding how to handle the innocent, unarmed Black male.

Audio captured before the murder reveals a lot about the mind set of both cops; and it also indicates to me the murder was premeditated. It wasn’t based on an sudden fear or ‘imminent threat’ that is clear. While one cop threatens murder, the other suggests it and claims the man didn’t listen, and had a gun so of course, they had better kill.

Two Seconds. 8 shots.

How many more people must die or be harmed before we UNITE AND END POLICE BRUTALITY?!

I will write a more detailed account (and links) tomorrow after I’ve calmed down a bit… I also am going to have the article/essay I spoke of in my previous video up tomorrow instead of tonight. This case has really angered me so I’m going to gather my composure before continuing work.

These two cops shouldn’t be free; nor should they be on administrative leave; aka, paid vacation.

And Jerame Reid, along with the hundreds of others, should still be alive. How dare some of you people tell me I am too hard on cops!? This country is too easy on them and frankly I am too. They are killing innocent humans and doing it without any form of punishment- not even losing their jobs.

How I feel, what I say isn’t enough. These killers, ALL of them, should be in prison for LIFE- at the very least.

Aiyana Stanley-Jones; Murdered by Detroit Police Officer

On May 16, 2010, Aiyana Stanley-Jones, 7 years old, was murdered in her sleep by Officer Joseph Weekley, who shot her in the head with his sub-machine gun. She was sleeping on the couch at her grandmothers house when Weekley and other officers raided the wrong apartment. This is a tragic but sadly perfeaiyan-jones-shot-by-cops-1ct example of how cops shoot without caution, care or out of “fear for their lives”.

After an officer outside threw a flash grenade threw the window and Weekley could see, he pointed the sub-machine gun (why do police need sub-machine guns?) at the precious 7 year old girl sleeping, and shot her in the head; killing her.

His defense? He claimed her grandmother tried to knock the gun out of his hands thus resulting in him pulling the trigger. There is no evidence of that, however. No finger prints but his are on that gun. No blood is on anyone’s hands but his own. It’s beyond me how he can sleep at night knowing he aimed his gun and killed a sleeping child and then lied, blaming the grandmother for his actions. She had been traumatized enough without his cruel words being spoken. How could anyone with a heart even fathom to kill anyone much less an innocent child; and then place the blame on the grandmother, who witnessed the entire thing? That is a special kind of evil.

Aiyana’s grandmother says she never touched the officer but instead ran towards her granddaughter, which makes complete sense for a human being to do in this situation. We don’t even need the physical evidence to know that what happened is exactly what her grandma said happened as it’s basic human nature. But the physical evidence should have helped.

It took three years before the officer was taken to trial. Weekley has been tried twice for this horrific crime, both resulting in deadlock or a mistrial. Interestingly enough, the defense proposed a motion that the judge at the first trial denied. The judge in the second case for some reason decided to approve the same motion, which dismissed the felony charge of “involuntary” manslaughter. Because of Judge Cynthia Gray Hathaway’s decision to accept the motion by defense Aiyana’s case cannot be appealed under law. The defense attorney said the following in response:

“Today we personally informed the family of Aiyana Stanley-Jones that we have made a decision that we would not be going to trial for a third time in the Joseph Weekley case. It is unfortunate that Judge Cynthia Gray Hathaway granted a directed verdict dismissing the felony Manslaughter charge, leaving only the misdemeanor count of Careless Discharge Causing Injury or Death. Under the law her decision cannot be appealed.  On Friday, January 30, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., we will move to dismiss the case.”

What a wonderful nation we have; what a wonderful legal system we have, that allows killers to get off and then ensure there are no more appeals or He swore to protect citizens, but that is the last thing he did. Police should be held to a higher standard than citizens when they murder someone; especially a sleeping child. Outrage should be seen across this nation; but nothing like that has happened nor will it.

Weekely is still on the streets as a cop. He has never been punished for this unspeakable crime. During the investigation he was placed on paid leave, which is nothing more than a paid vacation. That’s no punishment and he hasn’t had any form of discipline whatsoever for the murder of Aiyana Stanley-Jones.

How many more times do we have to go through this; how many times does police murder and beatings have to occur before the people, including you the reader get angry and we all unite against the true enemy?

Outrage Over: Innocent People Being Killed by Cops orTwo Cops Shot in Brooklyn…

I find it humbling that some protesters in NYC left flowers for the two cops that were killed by a gunmen with a history of violence and mental illness. Upset over the injustice of the murders of men such as Eric Garner and Micheal Brown, he set out to take police life; and he did. Do I agree? No, of course not. But he was seriously mentally ill, and I am positive watching Black male after Black male be murdered by police was not helping him any. So I can understand to a degree. However, now things are going to escalate. Black lives will be in even more danger as police across America have now been put on alert due to the killings.

I don’t support killing another unless it is self defense. However, I can’t say I have the same good heart as so many protesters have by giving the flowers and showing their condolences. I don’t want anyone to die and anytime anyone loses a member of the family it is hard… However, I somehow cannot feel sympathy like I do for victims of police violence. Newspapers never mentioned anything positive about Tamir Rice; and I’d be willing to bet Fox News isn’t talking about Darren Wilson or the lying witnesses in Michael Brown’s case.

I have not read anywhere (so I assume TV is the same … as always ) that mentions the grief of the families that just lost a child to killer cop(s). However, when you read the papers all one will see is talk of how horribly painful it is for the cop’s wife, and of course, the children…

That is what upset me the most. The children. Kids have been killed by cops before, but because Tamir Rice made the news I will use him as an example and ask, why is no one outraged that a mother has lost her baby? Why are people not outraged when the cops kill or severely beat an innocent, unarmed person? How can so many people in society see even  just one or two of these cases and then turn away, saying that the police “must have had a reason”, as if they are saints from heaven above?!

In New York City, Mayor Bill de Blasio has made it clear that he wants all police brutality protestors to stop mourning and to stop their freedom to express their pain, disgust and outrage over the killing of innocents by police until the dead cops funerals are finished. This is a slap to the face and I hope not one soul listens. #NYPDLIVESMATTER but no more than #BLACKLIVESMATTER or #HUMANLIVESMATTER –

During his public speech to give condolences to the families of the slain cops he said the following, which only fuels the fire and passion in me to fight for what is just and right. He said: Continue reading Outrage Over: Innocent People Being Killed by Cops orTwo Cops Shot in Brooklyn…

Key Witnesses Lied Under Oath in Ferguson Case- Shocking!

ferguson MO police michael brown protest swatKey witnesses in Michael Brown’s case lied under oath, it’s been ‘revealed’… While this is nothing new and nothing surprising, I feel it’s important to make note of for those who have trouble understanding…

Just as important, please remember; this isn’t just one case. When I was doing police brutality work, one of my responsibilities was to locate lawyers for victims. In a couple of states and locations the lawyers straight up told me they were afraid to go up against the local police and advised I searched neighboring city and/or state lawyers.

That should be a huge red flag on its own. Articles and links follow:

A star witness in the grand jury case involving former Ferguson, Mo police officer Darren Wilson has been revealed to be a racist suffering from mental illness with a criminal past. Sandra McElroy known as “Witness 40″ has been a crucial part of Wilson’s claims surrounding the altercation between himself and Michael Brown. McElroy’s accounts of the events on Aug. 9, closely mirrored the ex-cop who shot and killed an unarmed Brown. The Smoking Gun is reporting McElroy’s story became very suspicious, due to Continue reading Key Witnesses Lied Under Oath in Ferguson Case- Shocking!

America- Leading in the Way in World Police Brutality, Killing & Abuses

I’m exhausted, I’ve been working almost non-stop on a case for 2 days, so I’m going to take a few hours off here and rest; then I’ll be back to working on cases and sharing news. I’ll also be posting more on police murders and the following photo, which blows my mind but is not the first time something like this has happened. Whether you want to admit it or not, racism has only become covert in America; it has not gone away. racist cops

Quickly, I’m going to give a ‘preview’ of what facts, information, (including references & citations) regarding police murders globally, with America leading by a haunting percentage.

Sadly, the numbers for the United States also reflects Black teenagers are killed at a devastating 21 times more on average than white teenagers. You can say it’s not true because you don’t wanna believe it as much as you’d like but it is true, and shortly I’ll have detailed information and credible references posted.

Cops in England and Wales, for the whole of 2013, fired their guns fewer times than the proud child murderer Darren Wilson (he has chosen to resign since the murder; it’s good he is off the streets but he faces no punishment, not even a fine. Nothing.) Back to cops in England and Wales. Not only did they fire guns less at ‘suspects’, for the past two years they’ve gone without fatally shooting a “suspect”.

Here in the states, however, Continue reading America- Leading in the Way in World Police Brutality, Killing & Abuses
