Water Contamination Government Lies in Alabama part 2

This post is what I suppose should be called part two of the water contamination crisis in Alabama, you can find the first piece I wrote here. First note: it was the water board that made this choice; a choice science and scientists back up as I’ll show below.

As you’ll see below, “oddly” there seems to be some conflict in what the scientists and state and county government believe. While at the cited press conference government officials numerous times stated they would not panic over this situation and so forth; only to find out by more scientists that they were in the wrong. Anyhow, that insane view of don’t worry the water is probably safe; drink it while you wait for us to figure it out! doesn’t work for me.

I automatically am going to believe the ones who have spent decades studying the topic and the water board and not drink the water if for no other reason, as a precaution. Let us not forget, the scientists I speak of have made it their job to study this kind of issue, have  history as well as years of data on their side. They support the water boards call to not drink the contaminated water.

Should be plain and simple… but it’s not.

Government officials in the area are frustrated and clearly

Who Am I to Speak on Racism?

Don’t believe racism is real? Look at Tamir Rice vs Jeremy Mardis, for an example. As I say in my video, if you cannot see this blatant racism in America you are CHOOSING to be blind.

After many messages I’m back and ready to start this channel, for real… This video is re: my skin color, my relationship with racism & why I speak on it and police brutality. Also a bit on why I’ve been gone. And then there’s a bit in here about the blatant impact of racism in the white community and within the government… Thank you to every single soul who has stood with me during hard times. Next video will be on the research reports I do and when I’ll be putting them out, in addition to other upcoming topics. Don’t

And with that, I’ll have a new one up soon. I’m back on it whether it matters or not. =)

Water, water everywhere …. and not a drop to “safely”…. drink,

There’s only so Many Times One Can Nicely Ask… Video

I’m posting two short videos which I hope any and all who care about what’s going on- as well as those of you who don’t, will at least give the one minute video a chance. Think about what Tupac says in the 1 minute video. This is real knowledge; after all that has gone down how in this world do and if you do, HOW can you expect people to respond to poverty and the very people or government who did -and have- been doing the same thing for hundreds of years?

On a side note click here to read a brief entry about where I am and why my responses are so slow lately, especially today.

I feel the same; how he beautifully worded it; that’s of survival of the fittest from the kindest side. I fully, 100% support self defense against cops. I think that’s common sense. If I know I’m innocent but I also know you plan to kill me, why should I stand there and allow it if it can be stopped? That’s just basic common sense; I’ll speak more on why self defense and many other things don’t work in America in the report I spoke of in an upcoming video or blog.

Additionally, if you are a person and somehow you can’t comprehend what Black Lives Matters is about, who don’t understand why people are rioting, why people are finally getting fed up and acting out… I hope you will please take a minute or so, listen to these words of wisdom; these words of truth…
AND FINALLY,
To all of those who are racist, or, who have hate-filled hearts due to misunderstanding, listen and pretend it’s you talking; a hell that can be resolved easily, both your world, and the people you love as well. But it isn’t getting fixed because all of the American government’s money is sent to other countries; to anything that doesn’t support the prosperity in the Black community, it seems.

Price of Britain’s Slave Trade Revealed at St. John’s College

Very interesting read. The below quote along shows us how sick and corrupted ‘people’ are to allow money to twist and pollute their mind, heart and soul enough to treat fellow humans so immorally; with such vicious malice and depravity.

“What these letters reveal, apart from a total lack of empathy for their human commodities is the sheer amount of money involved. Many anti-slavery campaigns were grassroots efforts by ordinary people, while the pro-slavery lobby had significant wealth and influence they could use to exert pressure on Parliament.”

Repeating Islands

Am I not a man and a brother (Slavery 4.9)

Earlier this month, St John’s College Library at the University of Cambridge, announced the acquisition of letters and papers revealing in detail how human beings were priced for sale during the 18th century Transatlantic Slave Trade. They are now available to researchers and the public. Special Collections Librarian Kathryn McKee reminds us that the 18th century letters provide “a distressing reminder of the powerful business interests that sustained one of the darkest chapters in British history.” Dr. Richard Benjamin, Head of the International Slavery Museum, points out that the letters are also part of a larger body of historical documentation that sheds light on resistance to slavery. Here are just a few excerpts; see the full article in the link below.

[. . .] Kathryn McKee, Special Collections Librarian, who acquired the papers, which were previously held in Derby County Records Office, said: “These documents provide first-hand evidence of the sale of…

Cali Rap Artist Facing Life in Prison For Words & Album Cover…

“It’s shocking. He has no criminal record. Nothing in his lyrics say go out and commit a crime. Nothing in his lyrics reference these shootings, yet they are holding him liable for conspiracy. There are huge constitutional issues…” -Brian Watkins, Duncan’s attorney.

Brandon Duncan, AKA Tiny Doo, is a rapper in California. Recently, he’s been taken to court because the California government disagrees with the method in which he expressed himself lyrically. How is this possible, you may ask. Read on, get outraged and spread the information.

Let’s step back for a second; when Tupac released 2pacalypse Now in the early 1990s the government wouldn’t leave Tupac alone. He spoke truths they didn’t want to hear any more than they wanted the PEOPLE to hear. Even the Vice President had anger over someone talking about the truth in such a way as Tupac did; how dare he! (sarcasm). His complaints against Tupac and the brilliant album were made public, and he remained under government watch.

The moment you start speaking up and getting attention to be the point in which the government swoops in…to do everything BUT protect his from harm… Instead, they want to ‘protect’ us from truth and self expressiongovernment police state censorship

While Tupac and his situation was bad enough,  the current issue related to rapper Tiny Doo, or Brandon Ducan, takes the hatred for rap lyrics a step further. This man has no criminal record (nor did Tupac at that time), and doesn’t incite violence. Even if his words did, however, every person must be responsible for themselves. How many other rap artists DO talk about killing? Far more than just this one man and his album. No matter what the fans do, their actions are not to the fault of the musician! The government knows this, there has to be some hidden reasoning for wanting to put this man away for LIFE…

No record, no arrests, yet still it is prosecution and life in prison which he faces. Not because of any actions taken, other than writing. The content in his album landed him with the charge of

10 min Video: Cold War Era Weaponry Legally Used by Local Cops- Insane Laws Most Break Daily, Unknowing.

“In 1994 the US Government passed a law authorizing the Pentagon to donate surplus Cold war era military equipment to local police departments. In the 20 years since, weaponry designed for use on a foreign battlefield has been handed over to use on American streets…against American citizens.”

(watch the video for legal references.)

10 minute video. Know the facts.

Oh but you think as long as you aren’t breaking the law you’re safe? No. Not true, at all. There is much proof of that. Not to mention, most of us break the law without knowing it, daily… Ever sang happy birthday in public? Use a pen name online? If so, you’re a criminal by definition.  (Check out 6 insane “crimes” here)

All it really takes is a cop who is power hungry and needs to meet his quota, and it could easily be you next. People think it will never happen to them. Horrible (and selfish) logic.

CrazyStateLaws_Infographic_LDC_0123121The above was taken from this article, an article you should also check out if you’re interested in more insane laws that no one knows of, but that are broken, meaning we are all susceptible to unjust punishment and/or arrest.

Cops? You think you have a hard job, huh? Fuqq off!

The increase in police brutality in this country is a frightening reality. In the last decade alone the number of  people murdered by police has reached 5,000. The number of soldiers killed since the inception of the Iraq war, 4489.

What went wrong? In the 1970’s SWAT teams were estimated to be used just a few hundred times per year, now we are looking at over 40,000 military style “knock and announce” police raids a year.

The police presence in this country is being turned into a military with a clearly defined enemy, anyone who questions the establishment.

If we look at the most recent numbers of non-military US citizens killed by terrorism worldwide, that number is 17. You have a better chance of being killed by a bee sting, or a home repair accident than you do a terrorist. And you are 29 times more likely to be murdered by a cop than a terrorist!

A hard hitting mini film by film maker Charles Shaw, properly titled RELEASE US, highlights the riveting and horrid reality of America’s thin blue line.

From the film:

500 innocent Americans are murdered by police every year (USDOJ). 5,000 since 9/11, equal to the number of US soldiers lost in Iraq.

In 1994 the US Government passed a law authorizing the Pentagon to donate surplus Cold War era military equipment to local police departments.

In the 20 years since, weaponry designed for use on a foreign battlefield, has been handed over for use on American streets…against American citizens.

The “War on Drugs” and the “War on Terror” replaced the Cold War with billions in funding and dozens of laws geared towards this new “war” against its own citizens.

This militarization of the police force has created what is being called an “epidemic of police brutality” sweeping the nation.

The Police Never Stopped Watching… Privacy is in Danger All Together- if it was ever real….

Not just the NSA that is currently busy, but also local and state police watching and invading the rights and privacy of law-abiding Americans, daily. – Alternet.org is a great source of info… I am trying to get back into writing, or at least, sharing information on all sites from this one to my pro-abortion site. I think this is very important for everyone to read, remember and most importantly, understand so… repost…. ->

By now, it’s well known that the National Security Agency (NSA) is collecting troves of data about law-abiding Americans. But the NSA is not alone: a series of new reports show that state and local police have been busy collecting data on our daily activities as well — under questionable or nonexistent legal pretenses. These revelations about the extent of police snooping in the U.S. — and the lack of oversight over it — paint a disturbing picture for anyone who cares about civil liberties and privacy protection.

Help Stop the Government’s Attempt at Mandatory Drug Tests & Privacy Invasion on Welfare Applicants

Received this update in an e-mail from the ACLU chapter in Texas… Check it out and do what you can, call, write, retweet…. People shouldn’t be punished by prison for drugs, much less like this. However, it is really the kids I am thinking about. Not only the adults, but teens and children will suffer. How can this bill be deemed good or acceptable by anyone with a conscience? Things continue to get more, and more, disgusting. The soulless and cold hearted “Governor Perry” honestly seems to know nothing when it comes to society and human beings. It is insulting to say that people who are poor should automatically be a suspect of drug abuse. And, even if the person is a user, they shouldn’t be prison bound…and they sure as hell shouldn’t have to be tested when applying for benefits for themselves and their family. This is all just insane. No one wins, too many will suffer even more than already… But there are a few who will not suffer…and it is these greedy, moral-less “politicians” along with a handful of other REAL criminals that all go hand in hand, really.

Forget them. We need to become more community orientated, and not just within communities that look like us, but ALL communities who suffer from the same punishing enemy; we need to unite. See below. As for me, I am going to go re-read Machiavelli’s “The Prince”.

***

A few months ago, we told you about Governor Perry’s mean-spirited call to drug test applicants for Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), the program that provides short-term support for families with children while they get through tough times. Now a bill (SB 11) advancing that idea has been approved by the Texas Senate and is pending in the House.

Tell your legislator to stop stereotyping poor families — vote NO on SB 11.

The bill would divert TANF funds for a new purpose, paying for state-mandated invasions of privacy.

One of the most important limits on the power of government to intrude into our lives is the constitutional ban on unreasonable searches. The government cannot demand to search our persons, our belongings, or our homes whenever it wants.

Courts have routinely held that drug testing, when administered by the government, is an intrusive bodily search and therefore requires probable cause to believe a crime is being committed. Because the bill doesn’t require probable cause before testing it undermines this essential limit on the power of government.

We can’t solve the social issue of drug use and addiction by depriving the poorest families in our state of basic needs like food, clothing, and shelter. Tell Austin politicians that Texans still believe in limits on government power.
