Since Ferguson, What are Police Doing to Improve Safety?

Currently I am working on a complete history of the origins of police throughout every era and major racial law ‘change’, and have realized it’ll have to be done it videos like this. Though it’s not about the history, it’s insanely, insanely important information. This is what the law enforcement have been doing to “regulate” safety since Ferguson – … I will post links and quotes and all that stuff that I cite ASAP, but I wanted to post these videos first in hopes someone will share them and get the word out; we *HAVE* to create something better. We have to UNITE, and wake up, first.

First Video- I talk first for a few minutes about the risk in a cops job, based on their own and independent sources [it’s not the most dangerous job] and what the causes of these deaths last year were, and why it matters since violence against police has falling 15+%

Then, we get into police chief words….encouraging violence. And excuse my erm in ability to speak at a random point in the video.

Second video: As the first video was uploading, I couldn’t handle it so I carried on… Since, “A lot of cops are being too cautious because of what’s going on in the media.” – Police tell CNN. Due to this, of course, cops are being too hesitant to use force, and these training classes and literature to encourage not only to not be afraid to use force; but to do so and work about the consequences later. (See videos)

I will post links up and quotes I read from the police departments and Chiefs shortly.

Who Am I to Speak on Racism?

Don’t believe racism is real? Look at Tamir Rice vs Jeremy Mardis, for an example. As I say in my video, if you cannot see this blatant racism in America you are CHOOSING to be blind.

After many messages I’m back and ready to start this channel, for real… This video is re: my skin color, my relationship with racism & why I speak on it and police brutality. Also a bit on why I’ve been gone. And then there’s a bit in here about the blatant impact of racism in the white community and within the government… Thank you to every single soul who has stood with me during hard times. Next video will be on the research reports I do and when I’ll be putting them out, in addition to other upcoming topics. Don’t

And with that, I’ll have a new one up soon. I’m back on it whether it matters or not. =)

URGENT-Beaten into Coma By Cops, 47yr Black Man, Kevin Higgenbotham, Murdered, Dying at Hospital

“He did everything he could do for anybody,” Shanae Higgenbotham said. “I don’t even know how I’m going to move on.”

Shanae said her dad taught her to be a great person and to always believe in God.

“Everybody loved him,” she said, noting he was known for dressing well and riding his motorcycles. “I still can’t believe this happened to him. I don’t understand why it happened. It shouldn’t have happened.”

And let me finish that off with a comment by his mother,

Higgenbotham’s mother, Adrea Higgenbotham, said her son was a loving person who was very active.

She feels there is lying surrounding the circumstances of her son’s arrest.

“The police are not telling the truth about nothing,” the mother said. “Everything will come to a head if God has his way.”

Just to get things straight, I do not believe for a second that the cops are telling the truth but IF they were, they are supposed to be able to handle people having a mental illness episode; there is no shame in having a mental illness, other than it can get you killed if you are Black! THERE ARE NO WORDS FOR MY RAGE!!!!

And did I mention the medical examiner is Dr. Michael Baden, not only a TV SHOW HOST (HBO-Autopsy), but he is also the former NYC chief medical examiner whom conducted Michael Brown’s autopsy. HMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am 100% certain the cops are not only lying but the police medical examiner-see below- for what POLICE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE or PERSON BEING PAID OFF BY THEM will ever step out against them, unless they suddenly developed a heart?!?!

My head is throbbing! It’s amazing, no matter how many times it happens, how many times I see it, it is still just as horrifically disgusting and outrageous as the first time when you see the desperate, innocent yet painful….look on his face. There are no words to describe it, this needs to be blown out of the water; I’m going to start reading quotes on my YouTube channel from Invisible Man by Ralph Ellison in hopes to inspire people to use this sadness, this rage, this hate for those doing this and those letting those murderers get away; use all those feelings and let’s take it all back and change it up!

The cops continue to lie; do so few people have conscious that they can do shit like this and then lie about it to top it all off? How do you live with yourselves?! Oh My GOD! This is nothing new, but every time it brings up the same hatred and makes me want to remind everyone reading I’m down soon as it’s on.

I’m going to copy the article over, please spread the word. I am sickened and have some work to do regarding this and other. May this man please, please be blessed as he deserved to be in his next life… He will not be forgotten.

TRENTON >> A city resident who called police for help and subsequently was allegedly put into a coma by trenton nj cops beat black man to deathresponding officers has died.

Kevin Higgenbotham, 47, died last Sunday following the incident on June 15, where he initially called 9-1-1 to report a trespasser at his home on the 200 block of Bellevue Avenue.

Forty minutes later, Higgenbotham was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center where went into cardiac arrest. The medical emergency left him in a coma that the-then 46-year-old never recovered from.

His attorney, Stanley King, of Woodbury-based King & King, has consistently alleged that police repeatedly beat Higgenbotham with batons and pepper strayed him, causing the resident to remain in his incapacitated state before his death.

“The force that the officers on the scene used was excessive and at a minimum was a contributing factor to his death, and we believe it may have well been the primary contributing factor,” King said Friday, noting his client’s condition continued to worsen after the June incident. “Obviously, it is a brain-related injury. He could never improve and his condition continually worsened for the last nine months.”

Police Director Ernest Parrey Jr. immediately contacted the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office and city police’s internal affairs unit following the incident to be “transparent,” Lt. Stephen Varn said two days after the situation.

Varn said Friday that an investigation is being conducted by the Mercer County Homicide Task Force. He forwarded any further comments to the prosecutor’s office.

A spokeswoman with the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office said Friday in a statement that the agency is “concluding the investigation.”

“An autopsy was conducted this week,” spokeswoman Casey DeBlasio said in an email. “The cause and manner of death are pending further investigation. The medical examiner did not observe any skull fractures or other signs that indicate any physical abuse by the police or the hospital.”

According to the police’s account of the events that transpired, officers claim Higgenbotham was under the influence of drugs and that he assaulted his family member when they arrived that morning. Higgenbotham was placed in a paddy wagon with his hands cuffed behind his back. Police said when Higgenbotham was in the vehicle, he became combative and started kicking the windows. The authorities claim when Higgenbotham was restrained, he went into cardiac arrest at the hospital.

Adding to the intrigue of the case, King retained a prominent medical examiner, who performed an autopsy on Higgenbotham on Friday for the family.

The medical examiner, Dr. Michael Baden, is the host of HBO’s “Autopsy.” The former New York City chief medical examiner also conducted an autopsy for Michael Brown, the teenager shot to death by an officer in Ferguson, Mo. that led to widespread riots and national headlines on excessive police force.

Baden, who also touts a resume on his website of working investigations for O.J. Simpson, Jayson Williams, Kobe Bryant and Robert Blake, did not immediately respond to a request seeking comment.

“He will be giving us his findings shortly,” King said of Baden’s autopsy of Higgenbotham.

King said prosecutors have not released any information either to him or Higgenbotham’s family.

“Their investigation should be a lot different from their initial narrative that was reported in the paper,” he said. “I’m sure the investigation should speak to the level of force that their officers used and hopefully there will be an agreement that the level of force was excessive and unnecessary.”

King previously explained that Higgenbotham suffered from bipolar disorder and was experiencing an episode the morning he called police. The attorney said the trespasser Higgenbotham reported to police was his cousin, who lived with the family at the Bellevue Avenue home.

King believes no actions have been taken against the responding officers.

“If in fact they would have, we would have heard,” King said. “At this point, I don’t think anything has been done to any of the officers involved to the best of my knowledge.”

Higgenbotham, however, was charged with simple assault, criminal mischief, improper behavior and resisting arrest.

King has filed a intent to sue, but has yet to officially fine a civil complaint.

“Everyone can see what’s inevitable in light of his death,” the attorney said, declining to comment if he will file a lawsuit.

Higgenbotham, a lifelong resident and Trenton Central High School graduate, was described Friday by his daughter as an “overall awesome person” and a “great father.”

VIDEO: My Police Brutality Channel

Yes, I look like crap; yes, I’ve been crying. How can any one not? It takes a lot to make me cry, but thinking back on all the racism and cases of police killings and beatings, including children, got me. Video below, more to come later today.

Google’s Donation To Help Fight Racism & Police Brutality

With so much negativity all it takes is something like this to make me feel a little more inspired. I probably am the last to hear about it but still, I’m going to share.

I like to think the donations and work Google does for social justice they are doing from the heart; from true concern and care for what is happening in the world; homelessness, racism, poverty and so forth. In the article to follow, it is announced Google will be donating $2.5 million to organizations fighting racism and police brutality.

Not everyone is so happy about it, which isn’t shocking. Sadly too many value money over life and it shows. Google and a small portion of others seem to disagree, though, thankfully. I don’t understand what the problem is; money is replaceable- people are not. If you have money and you believe in a righteous cause it is only right to help as you can. Those with differing views are the sort I have no desire to know. In my opinion Google’s actions are definitely worth giving gratitude towards, without a doubt.

“We want to give local nonprofits the resources and support needed to be bold and innovative in their approach to our region’s toughest social challenges, including those associated with racial injustice.”- Justin Steele, the regional head of giving at Google.org

Below is the news article, and again, to read up on their other projects check out www.google.org . Article and link follow.

Google is giving $2.35 million in grants to organizations fighting for racial justice in its backyard.

Google.org, the technology giant’s philanthropic branch, announced on Tuesday donations to three groups in the San Francisco Bay Area: the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights, the Silicon Valley De-Bug and the Oakland Unified School District’s African American Male Achievement Program.

“Google is proud to support social innovators who are striving to make the Bay Area even better for everyone,” Justin Steele, the regional head of giving at Google.org, said in a statement. “We want to give local nonprofits the resources and support needed to be bold and innovative in their approach to our region’s toughest social challenges, including those associated with racial injustice.”

One grant will launch an economic hub called Restore Oakland, which will house worker training classes, programs around racial justice, health care and child care in the city of Oakland, San Francisco’s lower-income neighbor. Another will fund a rapid-response network led by Black Lives Matter movement co-founder Patrisse Cullors to identify and react to police brutality against people of color across the country.

FBI Admits Secret Spying on Protestors During Anti-Police KILLING Protests

Though this shouldn’t shock anyone in our racist system, at the request of local police, the current FBI director, James Comey, has admitted to using aircraft in Ferguson, Missouri, to “keep track of unrest on the ground” this was a year ago, August 2014, as people protested the murder of yet another young, Black, unarmed teenager (18 years- just starting his life), the government was spying on the crowd, and what’s more, claiming there were “terrorists, criminals & suspects of espionage.

That’s about all that was said; Comey didn’t say much more or share insight to the House Judiciary Committee, nor did he answer how long the ‘surveillance’ went on for, meaning – in my opinion -(and that it wouldn’t surprise me) to find out it still is going on.

To read more please click HERE and please  remember to question everything; the cops want the world to think they are the righteous protector of the people, which is absolutely not true.

Aron Shaw; Remember That Name. Murdered, Tortured, His Killers Walked Away

I have so many current cases with police brutality and my other areas of activism I’ve not been able to keep up the videos here as I wish to- that WILL change and I’ll also start including other videos dealing with things like racism, modern day Jim Crow, the ORIGINS of cops, modern day slavery, poverty, the Prison INDUSTRY and etc. For now though, it’s for police brutality; and these are some of my cases I worked on a few years ago.

I’m sharing for two reasons: 1) Remember the victim, 2) See what the cops doing today as these cases were about 2 yrs back give or take. Each video will be for a new person, and I will do current beatings and murders soon. For now, please share this mans horrible story.
Unarmed. In his 40s. Screaming for his life. Beaten in multiple locations. Taken 7 miles outside the town and then the father/son cop duo got him out of the car and killed him.

They have never been punished. And they never will, as enraging as that is. Let it enrage you; this is STILL GOING ON! It has never stopped!!! Let’s change that.

Oath Keepers- White ‘Men’ w/ Guns Trying to Control Ferguson

This should scare everyone who has anyone respect for human life and civil rights.

“And so there is one rule for white gun owners and another rule for black gun owners.”

Magarian questioned what would happen in a test case where black men were open carrying in a white suburb.

“Would they be treated the same way?” he asked.

Larry Kirk, an Oath Keepers member and a police chief of a rural Missouri community, told NBC News that even if people aren’t happy with the group’s presence in Ferguson, they are there to ensure police and government aren’t overreaching citizens’ rights.

“Whether we are comfortable with somebody exercising their right, we still have to be able to have them exercise that right so we don’t lose it,” Kirk said.

The group walking around openly armed with assault rifles and roaming the streets of Ferguson, Missouri, overnight Monday in a confusing display were within the bounds of state law in their actions — and told NBC News they are doing what all Americans should: exercising their rights.

The handful of members of the right-wing citizen militia group known as the “Oath Keepers” told reporters that they have licenses to carry firearms.

It wasn’t immediately clear whether they planned to return to the St. Louis suburb on Tuesday night — following a flare up of violence on the one-year anniversary of the fatal police shooting of black teenager Michael Brown.

St. Louis County authorities declared a state of emergency and more than 100 people were arrested Monday during a second night of protests.

The Oath Keepers, who were also in Ferguson during last year’s unrest, said they returned to protect businesses and certain reporters.

If the Oath Keepers decide to hit the streets again, a voter-backed amendment passed last year makes it legal to open carry a firearm with a permit — and goes as far as invalidating municipal bans against it, said Anders Walker, a constitutional law professor at St. Louis University. The city of St. Louis was among the municipalities that had such a prohibition.

The revised statute says anyone permitted to carry a gun can “briefly and openly display the firearm to the ordinary sight of another person, unless the firearm is intentionally displayed in an angry or threatening manner, not in necessary self defense.”

What the Oath Keepers are doing is as “straightforward legally as this gets,” said Greg Magarian, a professor of law at Washington University in St. Louis. “This is a state with extremely permissive gun carry laws.”

The county being in a state of emergency doesn’t have an effect on the law either, added Allen Rostron, a University of Missouri-Kansas City constitutional law scholar and professor.

When asked whether they confronted the Oath Keepers, the St. Louis County Police Department again told NBC News that it was consulting with the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorneys Office about the issue.

County Police Chief Jon Belmar stated that the group’s presence has been both “unnecessary and inflammatory.”

Police: Video Shows Man Shot on Ferguson Anniversary Was Holding a Gun2:21

The Oath Keepers’ St. Louis Facebook page describes itself as a nonpartisan association of “current and formerly serving military, police, and citizens who pledge to fulfill the oath to defend the Constitution.”

But the fact that the few Oath Keepers in Ferguson overnight were all white men and were permitted to roam heavily armed in a mostly black community has worried some about perceptions of racial inequality.

“They were able to hold their guns out in public because it’s an open carry state, but if you’re African American in the state of Missouri and you have a rifle in an open carry state, you’re gonna be shot,” Democratic State Sen. Maria Chappelle-Nadal told NBC News.

Urgent: Stop surveillance of Black Lives Matter activists

Stop surveillance of Black Lives Matter activists

Sunday, August 9th marked one year since Michael Brown’s unjust death and the ensuing protests in Ferguson.

On top of the numerous unnecessary fatalities that have occurred at the hands of police this past year, it turns out that the Department of Homeland Security has been conducting surveillance on #BlackLivesMatter activists1.

By trolling Facebook, Twitter, and Vine, the federal government has mapped and collected info on #BlackLivesMatter protests and activists around the country.

We know that DHS shares what it gathers with local and federal law enforcement for targeting police stops and investigations. This can result in private information about specific individuals being funneled into the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting system, which provides reports to the FBI.

This must stop. Tell DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson and Attorney General Loretta Lynch that activists have a right to speak, organize, and protest.

Today, at a time when the public is outraged and sickened that Black men and women are killed by police in too many incidents, the tracking of #BlackLivesMatter activists is just unacceptable.

Police Have Never Been Trained for Equality or Merit Towards All People

I support the right for every American to have at least one gun; and I support having the right to self defense against police; cops are no different than the citizens they claim to serve and protect. Actually, they are. They are public servants, allegedly, here to protect the people from harm and wrong. They are supposed to be the peace keepers, the ones you call in times of crisis; safety and the ‘good guys’. In addition, they should be held to higher punitive standards.

Yet in America even when the first “Police/Sheriff” squad was founded it was not founded based on those principles…at least not for equally. After slavery ‘ended’ in the South police, more or less, became the new ‘title’ for what previously was known as the ‘overseer’. Meaning, keeping Blacks oppressed and whites ‘safe’. Itamir ricen the Northern parts of America Police mainly focused on petty crimes such as public drunkenness.

As years have passed, little has changed except the sickness has grown worse.

Yet despite the history of cops, despite the present day killings and brutalities, somehow too many people look at them as heroes whom are putting their life “on the line” for America and safety. Sure, there are a few cops that I think highly of. One in California, for example, who has gone out of his way to save countless people from jumping off of the Golden Gate Bridge to their demise. But those cops are the minority.

After slavery, Jim Crow laws Continue reading Police Have Never Been Trained for Equality or Merit Towards All People
