URGENT-Beaten into Coma By Cops, 47yr Black Man, Kevin Higgenbotham, Murdered, Dying at Hospital

“He did everything he could do for anybody,” Shanae Higgenbotham said. “I don’t even know how I’m going to move on.”

Shanae said her dad taught her to be a great person and to always believe in God.

“Everybody loved him,” she said, noting he was known for dressing well and riding his motorcycles. “I still can’t believe this happened to him. I don’t understand why it happened. It shouldn’t have happened.”

And let me finish that off with a comment by his mother,

Higgenbotham’s mother, Adrea Higgenbotham, said her son was a loving person who was very active.

She feels there is lying surrounding the circumstances of her son’s arrest.

“The police are not telling the truth about nothing,” the mother said. “Everything will come to a head if God has his way.”

Just to get things straight, I do not believe for a second that the cops are telling the truth but IF they were, they are supposed to be able to handle people having a mental illness episode; there is no shame in having a mental illness, other than it can get you killed if you are Black! THERE ARE NO WORDS FOR MY RAGE!!!!

And did I mention the medical examiner is Dr. Michael Baden, not only a TV SHOW HOST (HBO-Autopsy), but he is also the former NYC chief medical examiner whom conducted Michael Brown’s autopsy. HMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am 100% certain the cops are not only lying but the police medical examiner-see below- for what POLICE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE or PERSON BEING PAID OFF BY THEM will ever step out against them, unless they suddenly developed a heart?!?!

My head is throbbing! It’s amazing, no matter how many times it happens, how many times I see it, it is still just as horrifically disgusting and outrageous as the first time when you see the desperate, innocent yet painful….look on his face. There are no words to describe it, this needs to be blown out of the water; I’m going to start reading quotes on my YouTube channel from Invisible Man by Ralph Ellison in hopes to inspire people to use this sadness, this rage, this hate for those doing this and those letting those murderers get away; use all those feelings and let’s take it all back and change it up!

The cops continue to lie; do so few people have conscious that they can do shit like this and then lie about it to top it all off? How do you live with yourselves?! Oh My GOD! This is nothing new, but every time it brings up the same hatred and makes me want to remind everyone reading I’m down soon as it’s on.

I’m going to copy the article over, please spread the word. I am sickened and have some work to do regarding this and other. May this man please, please be blessed as he deserved to be in his next life… He will not be forgotten.

TRENTON >> A city resident who called police for help and subsequently was allegedly put into a coma by trenton nj cops beat black man to deathresponding officers has died.

Kevin Higgenbotham, 47, died last Sunday following the incident on June 15, where he initially called 9-1-1 to report a trespasser at his home on the 200 block of Bellevue Avenue.

Forty minutes later, Higgenbotham was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center where went into cardiac arrest. The medical emergency left him in a coma that the-then 46-year-old never recovered from.

His attorney, Stanley King, of Woodbury-based King & King, has consistently alleged that police repeatedly beat Higgenbotham with batons and pepper strayed him, causing the resident to remain in his incapacitated state before his death.

“The force that the officers on the scene used was excessive and at a minimum was a contributing factor to his death, and we believe it may have well been the primary contributing factor,” King said Friday, noting his client’s condition continued to worsen after the June incident. “Obviously, it is a brain-related injury. He could never improve and his condition continually worsened for the last nine months.”

Police Director Ernest Parrey Jr. immediately contacted the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office and city police’s internal affairs unit following the incident to be “transparent,” Lt. Stephen Varn said two days after the situation.

Varn said Friday that an investigation is being conducted by the Mercer County Homicide Task Force. He forwarded any further comments to the prosecutor’s office.

A spokeswoman with the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office said Friday in a statement that the agency is “concluding the investigation.”

“An autopsy was conducted this week,” spokeswoman Casey DeBlasio said in an email. “The cause and manner of death are pending further investigation. The medical examiner did not observe any skull fractures or other signs that indicate any physical abuse by the police or the hospital.”

According to the police’s account of the events that transpired, officers claim Higgenbotham was under the influence of drugs and that he assaulted his family member when they arrived that morning. Higgenbotham was placed in a paddy wagon with his hands cuffed behind his back. Police said when Higgenbotham was in the vehicle, he became combative and started kicking the windows. The authorities claim when Higgenbotham was restrained, he went into cardiac arrest at the hospital.

Adding to the intrigue of the case, King retained a prominent medical examiner, who performed an autopsy on Higgenbotham on Friday for the family.

The medical examiner, Dr. Michael Baden, is the host of HBO’s “Autopsy.” The former New York City chief medical examiner also conducted an autopsy for Michael Brown, the teenager shot to death by an officer in Ferguson, Mo. that led to widespread riots and national headlines on excessive police force.

Baden, who also touts a resume on his website of working investigations for O.J. Simpson, Jayson Williams, Kobe Bryant and Robert Blake, did not immediately respond to a request seeking comment.

“He will be giving us his findings shortly,” King said of Baden’s autopsy of Higgenbotham.

King said prosecutors have not released any information either to him or Higgenbotham’s family.

“Their investigation should be a lot different from their initial narrative that was reported in the paper,” he said. “I’m sure the investigation should speak to the level of force that their officers used and hopefully there will be an agreement that the level of force was excessive and unnecessary.”

King previously explained that Higgenbotham suffered from bipolar disorder and was experiencing an episode the morning he called police. The attorney said the trespasser Higgenbotham reported to police was his cousin, who lived with the family at the Bellevue Avenue home.

King believes no actions have been taken against the responding officers.

“If in fact they would have, we would have heard,” King said. “At this point, I don’t think anything has been done to any of the officers involved to the best of my knowledge.”

Higgenbotham, however, was charged with simple assault, criminal mischief, improper behavior and resisting arrest.

King has filed a intent to sue, but has yet to officially fine a civil complaint.

“Everyone can see what’s inevitable in light of his death,” the attorney said, declining to comment if he will file a lawsuit.

Higgenbotham, a lifelong resident and Trenton Central High School graduate, was described Friday by his daughter as an “overall awesome person” and a “great father.”

Harvard Medical Scientists: Police Murders Are A Health Epidemic

“Law enforcement agencies have failed to properly report police killings for an entire century, so why should the public trust them to do it now?”-Keep reading for source

Though I think is good, I also think it’s rather sad that the American Government cares so little they haven’t bothered getting around to even making it mandatory to report when a person is murdered by one of those in the department. Those beaten don’t receive any government notice, which is tragic as well because there are far too many disgusting instances of brutality and use of excessive force on humans of all ages; from young children to the elderly (stay tuned to my police brutality
/racism channel by clicking here as there will be a lot of videos posted up this weekend; many on this very topic).

Thblack lives matter police are criminals havardere is no place any of us can go to get a federal or even state record of how many people are murdered and/or beaten annually. One would think if the government cared about the people it would be mandatory for any and all law enforcement agencies to report any and all deaths which occur by one of their officers.

However, that is exactly the opposite of what goes on. In reality, it is an option for cops to report this. It only makes sense; they are the biggest gang in America; what gang speaks out against themselves?

Don’t forget who helps promote those lies; the media. News channels are not only foxnewsgovernment controlled (as it was before the Senate Trials; now, why would they stop?) the government and corporate America go hand in hand. Together, with Fox News preaching lies and hatred towards Black people via the use of false images, false reports and inaccurately reporting police brutality, when they bother covering it period.

Lying for-profit media stations like Fox News only promote lies, racism and claim their lies to be not only news but truthful news; not opinionated but fact based which is a full blown lie. (Research it if you don’t agree; it’s not hard to figure out.) fox news, conservatives, dumb it down,

The government uses for-profit channels like Fox News to influence those who watch religiously. With the executive director of the National Association of Police Organizations has stated that he thinks what Harvard researchers have found to be “misguided”, adding

“The best way to reduce the number of deaths by police is to follow the instructions of the officer in any kind of confrontation. I don’t have a lot of hope that academics from Harvard would publicize that as an easy and quick way to reduce deaths by police.”

THIS IS WHAT SO MAN WHITE, RACISTS SHOUT; ARE THEY BLIND? ARE THEY TRULY SO STUPID THEY CANNOT SEE THAT NONE OF THE PEOPLE WE’VE BEEN FIGHTING FOR DID ANYTHING WRONG OTHER THAN BE BLACK AND BE ALIVE?! THESE COWARDS SHOOT BLACKS AND HISPANICS WITH THEIR HANDS IN THE AIR WITHOUT THOUGHT, REMORE, CARE OR CAUSE AND BECAUSE FOX NEWS FEEDS RACIST, DUMBED DOWN AMERICAN’S LIES; Continue reading Harvard Medical Scientists: Police Murders Are A Health Epidemic

The Blatant, SAD Double Standard for Black & White Victims

Below is a brief video I mad out of frustration regarding how police brutality, racism and accountability are different things for every person depending mainly on the color of your skin. I can’t wrap my head around that thought, but anyway…
In it I talk about cases I’ll be going into more depth over in upcoming videos, as noted, I took a break to get this off my chest; but it’s truth and I think that’s easy to see. *Before I go any further, no child should die, no person regardless of age or race should be murdered. My point here is why is there such a major difference in reaction to the murdering of a white child and the murdering of a Black child? In this video I talk about previous cases regarding children whose lives were stolen by police, but we need only look to present day to see the difference in treatment between Black victims and white victims. That is a simple and plain fact.

The media [for-profit media] will try to slander the character of any Black victim, trying to brainwash those watching mindlessly into believing that the police were actually in the right. Instead of blindly accepting their opinion and “statements” why not look into the issue yourself if you must judge? Or better yet; why is it we can’t see with great clarity that no one, especially a child, should be murdered by the police?

And when a child or a person of any age is killed or beaten, why are we not holding the cops to a higher standard; why are they allowed to walk…so long as the child is not white that is.

Jeremy Mardis death is tragic and my heart goes out to his family. But Tamir Rice and countless others (currently what the main video I’m working on, will post soon) don’t get the same treatment, attention, respect or closure and that’s not right; that’s not justice! All deaths by cops should at the very least be treated as Jeremy’s tragic and premature death. But the majority are not; regardless of age or circumstance… It all comes down to race; and that is a huge problem. A huge problem we all need to unite and fight to change…Together.

This, needs to change…. No matter the race, color, gender, etc- no one should be killed. But, dealing with the reality that too many innocent lives are being taken by cops in America we must face the facts. Racism is very evident, cops should NOT BE ALLOWED TO MURDER OR BEAT ANYONE WHOM IS NOT WHITE; THEY SHOULDN’T BE ALLOWED TO MURDER PERIOD! That’s my point.

The thumb nail photo brings tears to my eyes; I work with kids who confide things like this; my friends kids confide feelings like this… To see the site, please visit http://www.cleveland.com/metro/index.ssf/2015/01/cleveland_students_racism_viol.html#3

The Prison Industry- New Policy Changes on Rikers Island…Conclusion

While I am glad for inmates at Rikers Island as at least some attention was given to them by changing the text in their policies regarding treatment of prisoners by officers, I can’t help but also be angry. First, violence and torture (yes I said torture and I mean it; research it) is tragic and sadly the reality in all prisons; private, federal and state alike. I am just starting on a new project, a larger project regarding the prison industry. However, brutality in prison is a common, racist theme…just as police brutality is. Sickening.

Call me a pessimist, but my faith and trust in the government / prison industry actually enforcing these “new, change in  policies” does not inspire hope in me. Text is easy to type up; it’s easy to teach and it’s just as easy for these guards/officers to pretend to follow. Will they actually follow procedures? These new rules…do they actually matter to them? My outlook is grim and it is a, more likely than not, no.

Even if those at Rikers change for awhile it will only be due to the limited attention of this issue. That is the bigger, overall problem. At Rikers, and all other prisons in America. The majority of prisoners are not in for violence, in fact under 5% are in for murder (overall). Over 55% are in for drugs, non-violent convictions. Even so, these officers should be more humane and
professional towards other living beings.

Normally, I don’t use movies to express my point but the few lines from New Jack City (video below) should make everyone think about the state of racism in America; on money in America and on who the REAL problem is and why we need more

attention on the prison system…and the government period. It may be a movie, but these lines are truth that applies to the real world, the real America. Check the facts if you disagree.

The reason I am going beyond prisoner abuse is because it all trickles down from the top; the money; the government. They do not care what the guards do as long as that money is coming in.

The fact that so many are there for something that is only a crime or as severe of a crime as America’s made it is because of money (which I’ll prove in the project I’m working on). Prisoners are not supposed to be subjected to abuse and death from the ‘authority within’ because they are a prisoner and/or have done something illegal (or not). But what are the standards that America’s prison industry holds? Money and filling up cells but in the reverse order. How those people are treated do not matter to them, that is beyond clear. Now let’s ask the question… What should matter?

What SHOULD matter is being an abuser of any form should not be a bonus on a resume, but for prison guards it (and cops) it seems to be a major plus. While I would LOVE to think this is going to spark a change, all I see is false hope. We need a new system, this one is not working. When have they ever fostered change for the better for those who truly need it?

Even in the below article the loop holes for more officers to abuse inmates shines through. Basically they are saying, unless a reason is given and you feel endanger, no more abusing the prisoners! That sounds like an improvement. But just as cops “mistake” wallets, shoes, Pokemon cards (previous case I worked on; Black child of the age 12, murdered by police), and so forth for weapons, I am sure these officers and guards can and will be just as creative as our wonderful law enforcement; thus letting the abuse continue.

I wish I could have written a more positive article; I apologize. But the truth hurts and that’s all I have.

Below is the article, with the original link.

Following the settlement of a federal lawsuit that alleged a culture of violence among correction officers on Rikers Island, the Department of Correction will unveil a new use of force policy to its employees tomorrow, prohibiting certain maneuvers and encouraging officers to avoid force when possible.

“The revised policy provides our dedicated, hardworking officers with additional guidance and tools for when they are confronted with a situation in which force may be necessary, and we expect that it will support appropriate use of force and our objective to resolve situations without physical force whenever possible,” Commissioner Joseph Ponte said in a statement provided to the Observer.

“The goal of the policy, as always, is safety for staff and inmates, and we thank our officers for their support of the comprehensive reforms under way at the Department.”

The policy is the result of the settlement of the lawsuit Nunez v. City of New York, originally filed on behalf of several inmates by the Legal Aid Society and eventually joined by U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara. The settlement called for the department to revise its policies within 60 days of the settlement being approved and laid out many specific requirements that are found in the new policy, which will be circulated to department staff tomorrow. The settlement also required a federal monitor to oversee Rikers, and the monitor, Steve Martin, to sign off on the use of force policy.

The new policy emphasizes the need to respond to situations without physical force whenever necessary. It restricts painfully escorting or restraining inmates without reason, and striking inmates in the groin, neck, kidneys or spinal column. It also prohibits “high-impact” force: blows to the previously mentioned areas as well as the head or face, kicking an inmate, and the use of choke holds, carotid restraint holds or neck restraints.

But there’s an exception to those prohibitions—if the staff member feels he or she, or another person, is in imminent danger of serious bodily injury and lesser means won’t work, the staff can use any means necessary to control the situation.

The new policy also addresses certain aspects of what happens after a use of force—officers involved in a use of force cannot escort the inmate away from the scene nor can they view video footage of the incident before making their first report about it. Inmates will also be able to dictate their statements in addition to writing them. And the new directive emphasizes not provoking inmates through things like profanity or slurs, public humiliation, or instigating inmate-on-inmate violence.

Senior staff has already been briefed on the policy, which will go out department-wide tomorrow and goes into effect November 20. All staff will receive an 8-hour training in the policy within the next year, which meets the requirement set out in Nunez, and staff will get an annual 4-hour refresher course.

The department said the policy was drafted with input from stakeholders, including union officials, but that’s not how Norman Seabrook, the outspoken president of the Correction Officers Benevolent Association, framed it.

“We take serious issue with the implementation of policies and procedures that involve the members of COBA when we have not been consulted or involved in any of the discussions around these guidelines,” Mr. Seabrook said in a statement.

A source close to the union said COBA was considering its legal options regarding the policy. In a letter, dated November 4, to the judge who approved the Nunez settlement, Mr. Seabrook says the settlement has the “potential” to improve Rikers Island for inmates and officers—but that it is not slated to be implemented in a “rational fashion.” He argued to the judge that training should occur before policies go into effect, which is not what will happen with the use of force policy. He wrote that the settlement requires officers to get clear and adequate direction on when to use force.

“Officers will not receive that direction when unanticipated incidents arise,” Mr. Seabrook wrote. “Training will provide guidance for such circumstances.”

Legal Aid attorneys who negotiated the settlement, also known as a consent decree, said they had not seen the new use of force policy—but had been extensively involved in negotiating the detailed description in the settlement of how the use of force policy should be revised.

Cops Abuse & Beat 15 Yr Old Black Male For Defending His Mother at Church Event

I can tell you one damn thing, had this been the woman whom I call mother; the woman who took me in and did her best for me, I’d have done the same thing. Who do these cops think they are speaking to a woman as they do, treating this woman as they do; then beating up a teenager who can’t even legally drive yet, as they all too often seem to enjoy doing?!

My blood is racing over this; so I’m just going to copy and paste, and post link at the bottom. In my last post I said all I can say about these hate-filled, racist, sexist, murdering, abusive cops.

Oh, again let me note; though the job of a cop doesn’t even fit into the top 10 most years for most dangerous job, this year, 2015, has been even more safe of a year for them. It has been a sickly brutal one for those they claim they are to serve and protect. And they go on a paid vacation which they will soon be relieved from and allowed to return back to their normal duties.

While they are on their paid vacation, the rest of us have been watching and/or are watching now… I’ve been watching, as have others; year after year, Continue reading Cops Abuse & Beat 15 Yr Old Black Male For Defending His Mother at Church Event

Deanna Robinson; 38weeks Pregnant; Cops Punch Her Stomach, Beat Her & Remain Active

“I’m 38 weeks pregnant, and with my stomach again repeatedly pressed into that counter, and with my 18-month old son watching his mother be assaulted, and him screaming in fear,” she says. “There’s nothing that warrants what they did to me.”

She remembers the officers telling her ‘We’re here to remove your son,’ and her replying, ‘Nobody is touching my kid without a court order or a warrant.’ The officers reportedly did not present any papers…” – Deanna Robinson, victim of police brutality and cruelty.

Call the Hunt County Sheriff’s Department at (903) 453-6800. Express your outrage, say whatever is on your heart; voice your feelings… And please, spread the word; I explained how I’ve seen Deanna’s video (below) and pictures and that the period of cops beating and killing without punishment will come to an end. These inhumane, remorseless acts of brutality will NO LONGER be tolerated.

Deanna Robinson Police Punch Pregnant Woman
Deanna’s bruised stomach and legs after police beat her.

I wrote a massive article on this earlier and somehow it has vanished… This case enrages me so much I ended up making the following video about Deanna Robinson and the twisted cop who punched her numerous times in the stomach despite her shouting “I’m pregnant!” Despite her being 38 weeks pregnant and clearly showing that she would be giving birth to a new life any day. All of this happened in front of her toddler, whom they took from her.

He watched, 18 months old, as two cops kept his mother, Deanna Robinson, in the corner of her kitchen as she tries to protect her stomach. In between the sadistic punches aimed clearly at her pregnant stomach, she was then handcuffed and arrested. These criminals came in to her home with force, hurt her physically and emotionally, traumatized her 18 month old child who had no say in anything and had been through enough in his short life. No one showed any sign of caring for the SOUL, for comforting the struggles and pain in which Deanna, as any of us would, tried to cope with. They wanted to take away her son due to her previously abusive ex-boyfriend. Her hormones are so out of control given how far along she is in pregnancy…all she needed was some kindness.

But again; even with their cruelty, she did no wrong! The COPS did, but they had to come up with something, so they arrested her, charging her out of no where and for no reason with:

And Now, The Cop Who Killed Tamir Rice, Not at Fault …

Cleveland Police Chief, Calvin Williams, has stated Tamir Rice is NOT at fault for his own death…but neither is his murderer. Twelve year old Tamir Rice murdered in less than 2.5 seconds, and though he was doing no wrong, he was no choice to do anything thanks to “Officer” Timothy Loehman… But, Loehman is “not at fault” for Tamir’s death, either… Blue shield. Racism. Turn the other cheek. SICKENING!

Seriously? And there is peace in the street? Timothy Loehman forcefully jumped out of the speeding car and in less in 1….2……..seconds made the choice to shoot and kill a child. And for killing the child, he is not to blame… I’ve tried to calm down. But no…

I’ve sat here until I’ve literally bitten my lip bloody. I am shaking as I type this. Why? Why am I so upset this time? I’ve been doing this over a decade… (maybe that is a huge contributing factor as to why…)

I’ve been through this before, pretty much every single case from beatings to killings, from 6 years of age to 80 years of age; the cop(s) walk away with a paid vacation and the family walks away with a broken heart and a piece of their heart, their family missing.

I’ve been through this before; the video, the death, the verdict, the vacation with pay, the awards given, even, the broken look of Donovan Jackson, the heartbreak of mothers and sons… It always breaks my heart; but Tamir Rice stole a special part of my heart somehow.

I watched him, I watched his childlike innocence as he played with snow, ice and a BB gun. As he paced around innocently, as children do. As he sat down, seemingly bored. I wondered, what is he thinking? I wished I could just pause the video, warn him, RUN, GET AWAY!!!

But then, that would have just made him more of a ‘thug’, wouldn’t it Fox News and White America? Oh how ignorant you are.

The Police Chief said,
“If you knew what that officer knew at the time and if you were placed in that situation, people would say that Tamir was doing what a 12 year old child does in the park playing and he was. But the officer was doing his job in responding to a call for service and there were things that the officer didn’t know at the time.

Taking all that into consideration, yes, I would say it’s not the fault of the officer at this time and it’s not the fault of Tamir.”

So Tamir was just an innocent by-product of police lack of intelligence? And when an officer is misinformed or unaware of something, he is to kill on sight; within two seconds even? When that “suspect” is a timid young child, looking younger than 12 to me, not even pointing the BB gun at anyone much less the cop, you mean to tell me it is standard procedure to shoot and to shoot with the intent to kill?

The person who called out of concern regarding the BB gun made note that the gun was probably a toy. To be honest, I don’t care if the kid was sporting a gun that looked like an AK47, he should have been able to put the gun down.

“Officer” Timothy Loehamn, killed a 12 year old child and is getting away with it thanks to the blue shield. The badge to kill. There is no justification, nothing in this universe that could have made killing a child -especially without so much as a warning to the child!– acceptable.

I have no more to say at the moment, I’ll have plenty more to say later. I honestly feel sick. America, I don’t give a damn if you are Black, Hispanic, white, purple; get off your asses and stop letting these punks kill children!

What if that was YOUR child!? How can you watch the video, how can you watch all 10+ minutes of it and NOT connect to this poor child? How can you not want to scream at him to run, to get out of there because some racist cop with a trigger happy finger is on the loose and the minute that car stops he is going to jump out and within 2.5 seconds or less shoot you for dead!!

How can you not be angry; how can you not get up out your seat right now and start a riot! A mass riot and boycott is what we need; Assata Shakur says it best:

“NOBODY IN THE WORLD, NOBODY IN HISTORY, HAS EVER GOTTEN THEIR FREEDOM BY APPEALING TO THE MORAL SENSE OF THE PEOPLE WHO WERE OPPRESSING THEM.” – ASSATA SHAKUR.

Police Severely Beat and Break Ribs of 80 Year Old Army Veteran…Because…

Below is a man by the name of Bill Swan. He is 80 years old, an army veteran, a cancer survivor and a victim of police brutality. After surviving and beating cancer, he was then beaten severely by the police. He suffered not only an extremely brutalized face, but several broken ribs as well.

Why? Because he “refused to obey orders” given by cops…but there was a reason for that…he’s deaf ; so he obviously heard nothing. Of course not one officer will be punished, they are beating and/or killing every day. They are using excessive and fatal force because they can- and they know it.

How they live with themselves, I will never know. But, nevertheless, using excessive force because an 80 year old doesn’t do as ‘ordered’ is uncalled for, no matter the situation. He posed absolutely no threat to anyone; not the cops, not society. It is the cops who pose the threat; not him, not Michael Brown. It is the cops who are the true threats, as far as I am concerned.

And as I always say, this is not a solo case, this is common place. But everyone keeps going on about their daily business, never stopping to think of another or help another until it is you.

Please click HERE to read more….

There needs to be justice for each and every soul who has had to endure brutality; for each family who has lost a child or a loved one. For each soul who has been brutalized for absolutely no reason. It will continue, until enough people stand up and say no more. I support the rioting happening, because we’ve been asking kindly for so, so long.

The Murderer of Kelly Thomas Wants his Job Back…

Homeless, unarmed Kelly Thomas was beaten to death -and it was caught on video (you can watch the full video which was presented during the murder trial by clicking here…warning, it obviously is very graphic). Of course, true to American style no officer was punished. He was facing charges for “involuntary manslaughter” which is an insult in itself.

Not only was he cleared of involuntary manslaughter, he was cleared of even using excessive force!!! What kind of horrific injustice is this? I shall tell you. It is the American way; and it is a common practice, sadly.

Beating a man to death, especially with the video, not to mention the pleas for help, obviously he was no threat to anyone- period. And all the evidence proves he not only murdered Kelly Thomas but at the very least used far too much excessive force; fatal excessive force, in fact.

Below are the number of times Kelly Thomas plead for his life, in many ways, as the cop continued to beat him, to death.

Kelly Thomas Pleas for HelpAnd as he plead for his life, this was the result:

01-kelly-1

Horrifically, the now former Corporal Jay Cicinelli, whom was acquitted of the blatant murder of this homeless man…wants his job back. I will not be surprised if he gets his wish, but that does not mean we -the people- should accept having a cold blooded murderer roaming the streets with a badge to kill -and a gun.

Below is a video from the Young Turks which explains the process this murderer will be taking in his attempt to regain his job back, so he can go on to beat and murder legally again.

Omaha, NE Police Abusing Their Power and Two Young Men…Caught on Video.

Full of rage; that’s all I know to say I am. There are countless cases of police brutality DAILY… Here is just one.

This is one more reason I believe it is every citizen’s duty to keep their cell phone camera ready, especially when around cops. Filming cops is a duty, I believe….this is horrible… But sadly, even with this, the likelihood of the police being found at fault is slim. Look at the vast majority of previous cases if you disagree. I have put the video zoomed in, (it is a shorter version) below.  For the full length video, please scroll down. Also, let us not forget Octavius’ aunt, who also is abused when a cop flips her and her wheelchair over, leaving the chair on top of her.

All of this over a car and expired tags, and misdemeanors….And profiling.

ALSO no matter how many arrests or charges in the past a person has had, that does NOT justify abuse nor targeting, especially when they are misdemeanors! I can’t stand how the media tries to justify cops misconduct!

I have copy and pasted the original article (cited below)… They said it all perfectly except I don’t like that they don’t show more anger towards the situation. But anyhow; the police department can say they are going to get to the bottom of this and make sure they know what happened all they want; but until they do the right thing by finding these abusers guilty, it is just talk, like every other police department.

But maybe I am missing something. Maybe Omaha is special and will show the rest of America what to do with coppers like these disgusting excuses …
