February 23rd Nationwide Protests to Protect Individual Privacy From FBI and Government

We’re NOT protesting Apple, they are fighting back against this too. We’re protesting the government’s dangerous attempt to undermine our security by demanding a backdoor.- Below

The government is searching for an easy way to access and monitor all of us with iPhones. I’ve always been an Apple supporter; now more than ever for not simply selling us out and making a new OS with a backdoor for the FBI. They at least are resisting.

The AP states:

“Apple is fighting the court order issued in the case, arguing that the special software sought by the FBI could be used to break into millions of other iPhones. The FBI contends Apple is exaggerating the security risks of complying with the court order in a marketing ploy aimed at selling more iPhones.

Fight for the Future believes Apple’s concerns are warranted and is hoping the protests will persuade the Obama administration to take a stand against the way the FBI is trying to break into Farook’s iPhone, said Evan Greer, the group’s campaign director.”

 

Of course the Government thus far is supporting the FBI’s attack on the people and Apple. And the abusive, brutal and cruel NYPD has said the encryption Apple uses is, “A Gift From God to Criminals”….

That all by itself should be a huge red flag to all of us. Our privacy is at risk of being further invaded and violated. Join me and Apple at protesting the government! (See Links Below)

It will enable malicious hackers, foreign governments, terrorists, thieves and stalkers to use our data against us.

What the FBI is doing is dangerous, but it’s also illegal. Apple has a right to offer customers secure devices that protect our most sensitive information. According to the ACLU, forcing Apple to hack their own customers is unconstitutional and will undermine our privacy and safety without improving national security.

So far, Apple is vowing to fight this unlawful and reckless demand by the government, but we need to show them that they’re not standing alone. Join us at one of these important events to stand up for everyone’s safety.”

With the Pope visiting next month the government has found a new reason to violate citizens by imposing airport style security on any and everyone. Don’t worry, though! Of course it is for your safety, and my safety alike.

First, let me refresh everyone’s memory on what the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution states:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

I realize those who invaded America and claimed it as their own; and those whom wrote everything from the Bill of Rights, the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence were not perfect by any means. However, there are a lot of laws that make sense which most American’s ignore; including our own legal system. They get away with ignoring these governing laws because we, the vast majority of citizens in America, allow them to get away with it.

About 5 years ago the DHS started the “Blue Campaign” to combat human trafficking. In return American citizens were all suspects; anyone could be questioned or searched. Men  A quote from their site states:

Sunday, August 9th marked one year since Michael Brown’s unjust death and the ensuing protests in Ferguson.

On top of the numerous unnecessary fatalities that have occurred at the hands of police this past year, it turns out that the Department of Homeland Security has been conducting surveillance on #BlackLivesMatter activists¹.

By trolling Facebook, Twitter, and Vine, the federal government has mapped and collected info on #BlackLivesMatter protests and activists around the country.

We know that DHS shares what it gathers with local and federal law enforcement for targeting police stops and investigations. This can result in private information about specific individuals being funneled into the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting system, which provides reports to the FBI.

This must stop. Tell DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson and Attorney General Loretta Lynch that activists have a right to speak, organize, and protest.

Today, at a time when the public is outraged and sickened that Black men and women are killed by police in too many incidents, the tracking of #BlackLivesMatter activists is just unacceptable.

United States Army is Training Elite Special Forces Within LOCAL American Police Departments… Why?…

This is information everyone needs to know, realize that it is not something out of a novel but actually happening and a massive threat to our freedom and our lives. Manning, Snowden and Assange, and all alike them, are my heroes. Please take the time to read, research, learn, spread the info…. what would Martin Luther King JR or Malcolm X or Tupac Shakur (a personal inspiration) think of the state of this world?

They’d think we need to get our shit together and find a way to fix this and/or save ourselves; from the NSA privacy invasions that have gone on for decades which are only growing more intrusive…to the extreme police brutality going on in America.

There is no terrorism that they are fighting; it’s a cop out, a scare tactic… This is a blatant attack on the citizens of this country.

Unwarranted NSA surveillance, the passage of NDAA, stop and frisk programs, and the rise of warrior cops, have essentially turned America into a centralized police state.

Blurring the lines between the U.S. military and local sheriff departments sets a dangerous precedent that erodes freedom and civil liberties.

Those lines are being blurred right now in South Carolina.

According to The State, the Richland County Sheriff’s Department will participate in secretive joint exercise Monday and Tuesday with unnamed units from Ft. Bragg.

Unarmed Teen Murdered Over Plant, Cop, Not Surprisingly, Let Off… Unless Someone Helps.

Death over a plant possession? Yes. Was it marijuana? I don’t know, it is claimed the teen went to flush it down the toilet as this trigger happy cop chased him. Maybe it was weed, maybe it wasn’t; either way, it was no threat to the cop. It was none of his business, and a bit off topic but still true, it is further evidence as to why weed should be legalized.

I don’t care what kind of plant it was, no one should have died. Sadly, however, a year ago an unarmed teen, Ramarley Graham, did. His life was taken very prematurely when Officer Richard Haste, without a warrant of any kind, followed Ramarley into his grandma’s apartment. It was here, in his home, Haste fatally shot the teen. Over a plant. The cop was facing manslaughter charges, rightfully so… But recently these charges were shamefully, yet unsurprisingly, dropped.

Let’s look at the mentality of the cops. Remorse? No. The head of the union of police officers said

By now, it’s well known that the National Security Agency (NSA) is collecting troves of data about law-abiding Americans. Lies the anti’s tell… The past few days I’ve been reflecting a lot after reading how corrupt and money hungry these religious zealots in office are. What if last year had happened this year; how would I have saved my life? I couldn’t have. I’d be dead. It’s not me I worry about now so much though… It’s the women who feel like I did, what is to happen to them and their lives? How many deaths are we going to see…?

Before I go on, again, I apologize that I still haven’t completed the abortion video much to my annoyance; I am trying to make it organized as possible, but with all the work, volunteer and other projects I do, editing this video has proven to be a mistake. If I can’t finish the final version soon I’ll just upload the original. Same with articles and emails/messages; I’ll be back on top of things shortly.

On to the post. Due to time related issues I’ve had to wait longer than I anticipated in posting the abortion question video as well as articles on abortion and other problems in society.

Hearing from and speaking to so many women has inspired me to fight even more for the rights of women and for the right to abort. However, knowing my story; and hearing theirs has also brought me great rage.

Anti’s want to close clinics claiming they aren’t safe for women to have surgical abortions in them because one woman was taken in a car as opposed to an ambulance during a complication, and other stupid claims made up by the anti-choice government and religious zealots.

Though we all know Facebook, in partnership with the government (and many others), monitor us and have been spying on innocent citizens via Facebook with the excuse that is for “national security” when actually it only really seems to aid in arresting people for things as insane as a teenager making a sarcastic remark to hunting down people who for using drugs.

Elderly Murdered by Police

All of the senseless killing leaves me feeling more than sick… Ugh. These instances sadly are not rare- example (and this is sadly not the only I have nor the sickest, if possible): A few years back an elderly man whom took his wife in a local nursing home cupcakes and lunch every day was pulled over, beaten and arrested for not getting out of his car fast enough. In this instance the cop tossed the food this man made his wife onto the street, verbally harassing him as well. All was recorded by the police car, nothing was done to the cop despite the recorded, unwarranted abuse given.

Police at the end of May in Fort Worth, Texas, cops blame “bad lighting” as they’re reason they went to the wrong house after being called to house number 409- not 404, which is where they headed instead (uh, flashlights?)

This “mistake” (I prefer to call it what it was: negligence and carelessness) ended fatally.

Teenager Facing Felony Charges Over Sarcastic Facebook Comment… Wake Up America!!!

First they will remove our right to self expression until it is gone completely. Then freedom of speech, and every other right we have- or do we have? Maybe we never had any of these rights, only the illusion.
