Part 2- Video / Thoughts on Previous Documentary & CULTURE…

That is what we are missing; culture! Pride !

The other day I made a video regarding a documentary I was watching. The documentary was about racism and segregation in America; as well we the punishment placed upon the Black community when the government(s) finally “desegregated” –

Teachers, who had been more than such prior but also almost like mothers to their students, were ripped of their jobs. Cultural values and teachings began to fade for Black students as they were plunged in head first to history lessons that involved only white heroes, where the people who built this country with -no payment but a lot; far too much; suffering- never went paid for or acknowledged.

The passion the women in this video had for going to school is astonishing to me. Now a days you can’t get kids to go to school or value education even if you try with all you have. The connection is clear, but I want to explore it more.

But before that; here is last nights video. I hope you are all well!

Notice Tamir Rice’s Mother Didn’t Attend the DNC? Here’s Why & Then Some.

I admire all the strong women who have lost a child and are now standing up and trying to change how this sick world is; but somehow from the moment I first listened to Tamir Rice’s mother,  Samaria Rice, speak I felt an especially deep admiration and respect for her. That has only grown tonight.

First, I didn’t watch either of the conventions. Donald Trump is a psychopath and truly cruel while Hillary Clinton brings us nothing more than the same lies, political mask and deception that is so common place for a politician. And while I am happy to read that some of the women who make up the Mothers of the Movement attended and shared their stories, pleading for justice and change… That they walked to the stage to cheers of Black Lives Matter is the little extra that would have sent chills down my spine from the power of their words, their energy and purpose, collected together. But I digress.

One of the mothers said Hillary would say and stand with Black Lives Matter. In fact, the title of the article I read first was something along the lines of, “Hillary Sits and Listens to Mothers who’ve lost a child to police racism” or something. It was totally misleading to start; I had no idea at that point it was just a speech at the DNC; secondly, Hillary can talk all she wants or ‘listen’ but someone sincere; wouldn’t they listen one on one and in private? Wouldn’t it be on their top priorities and a topic always made clear?

I was disappointed to hear some of the mothers say that they believe Hillary cares. I think she does more than Trump, but her care is a fake sort; it’s time for something better for this country so we may change and become that great country people talk about; the one we’ve NEVER been.

While it made me sad to hear a few of those women supporting and trusting Hillary with this cause; Samaria Rice came through for me… Notice her missing from the group? She didn’t attend for she doesn’t endorse either; there hasn’t been a candidate that she supports… Because she wants change and for Black Lives to TRULY MATTER and she wants it -rightfully so!!!- now… As I do; as we all do…

In the following video she speaks a bit on Tamir’s death; but also on her thoughts of Trump and Hillary… Check it out below:

” No candidate is “speaking my language about police reform,” Samaria Rice recently told Fusion, saying she wants “a lot on the table, not a little bit of talk, a lot of talk about police brutality, police accountability, making new policies, taking some away, and just reforming the whole system.”
Rice added that no presidential candidate appeals to her yet. “

Black Female, Ralkina Jones, “I don’t Wanna Die in Your Cell”-Caugh on Video

Ralkina Jones was 1 of 5 women to die in just the month of July 2015 alone. Now we have a 16 year old Black female by the name of Gynnya McMillen – click here to learn the information that we do know.

This originally happened last year, but no story needs to go forgotten or untold. SAY HER NAME! Article Begins:

The death of Ralkina Jones, the 37-year-old woman who was found dead in her Cleveland Heights Police Department jail cell back in July after being arrested two days before, has been ruled accidental by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The official report lists Jones’ cause of death as sudden cardiac death in association with “postural tachycardia syndrome and obesity with amphetamine therapy.”

Excerpt from Ralkina Jones’ autopsy reportCuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office

Jones, who was arrested July 24 following a dispute with her ex-husband, did mention that she had several medical conditions, including postural tachycardia syndrome, which were documented by officers, and she was reportedy treated. When officers saw that she seemed lethargic the following day, she was taken to a hospital, where she was evaluated and treated, before being returned to the jail. By July 26, however, she was found unresponsive in her cell bed.

Jones was one of at least five black women who died in police custody in July. Her death came a little over a week after Sandra Bland’s jail-cell death in Texas, which prompted questions and suspicions about Bland’s treatment and the treatment of black inmates in general.

While Jones was being booked, she was seen on video telling officers, “I don’t want to die in your cell.”

Never Forget Aaron Swartz; A Revolutionary Hero…

Three years ago this world was robbed of a beautiful life, a wonderful soul…his name, Aaron Swartz. It is a very emotional topic for me, I’d like to write more about him and about all the good he has without a doubt done for us, given to us; but right now I can’t find the words.

In the below video from “The Young Turks” we are given information on just how unjust, biased and discriminatory the prison sentences are. Of course with drug offenders, who should not be in prison either, the mandatory minimums are outrageous. But comparing what Aaron Swartz “did” -wanting to help people, understanding that education should be free; and so more- to other offenses that people would think carry more time than he was facing; but don’t.

Note, under 15% of prisoners are in for murder or sexual offenses, 95% of those last offenders will haunt the streets shortly after doing time, if they do in fact do time. The majority being drug offenders who are over 56% of the prison population. The reason I note this is because these laws he goes over make it seem the American government doesn’t have an agenda; but it does.

That can clearly be seen if you look at the numbers and the crimes; if you look at the man I deem a hero, Aaron Swartz; who was facing an outrageous amount of time for doing nothing more than trying to help make this world a better place. I do blame the government for his death; his suicide.

The government was afraid of the intelligence and awareness Aaron had. His gift mixed in with his intelligence and concern for social issues made him someone they feared because they can’t grasp it; they don’t desire to… Their mind and heart are in it for the money; the people are the last thing they care for.

And thus, we lost an amazing, amazing activist & caring, kind and brilliant man 3 years ago….

*Updated* Gynnya McMillen, 16 YrOld Black Female, Law Enforcement Killed in Detention; Refuses Give Info to Family

This was originally posted yesterday, I do not have the link to the article but if I find it, I will share it; I just had this clip as it was the only updated information on her case. I don’t know if what happened regarding “domestic violence” to be true or not, but from what I’ve read and people I’ve spoken to, it doesn’t seem like that is a reliable piece of information. Whether I’m right OR not and if it is found to be true: She did not deserve death no matter if it’s true or not.
And if her case is so natural and innocent why are they not releasing any more information regarding her death to her family? Why so secretive and why did it take so long to obtain what little they have? [These people are covering up her case greatly.] It seems to me they are trying to tarnish her image with this, or because make her look like she is “bad” by using the “foster home” information… People have no reason to be ashamed of it but people will judge; and they will do so without the right to… The information given is not information that justifies a killing nor is the information that which should be held against any person, for any reason or spoken about as if it is the victims fault [the foster care child].

Update Posted on January 20, 2016 at 4:44am:

The child was the perpetrator in the incident and the parent did receive minor injuries,” said Kelly Cable, spokesman for the Shelbyville Police Department. “We contacted the court-designated worker. The juvenile was transported to Lincoln Village on a charge of assault fourth-degree – domestic violence with minor injury.” According to CBS, an autopsy report found no outward signs of “visual bruising” and the teen did not have any heart related conditions. It will take several more weeks for pathology tests to be conducted on the teen in hopes of determining the cause of death. It’s unclear whether McMillen was in foster care, but she seems to have a previous history with social services. “

There is not much information released regarding this 16 year old’s death but this is what we do know thus far. On January 11th, 2016, the young Black woman was found ‘unresponsive’ in a juvenile detention center, where she was pronounced dead.

Here is where it gets absolutely unbelievable, though there is no low the law enforcement won’t stoop to in order to cover their own ass. They claim that they went ahead and did an autopsy on the minor and found she died of NATURAL CAUSES…

She was 16…. Yeah…. What the lies they claim she died from, aka the, “natural causes” is not something they are willing to give to her family or the public, either. They won’t release to anyone -including her family or parents- what the autopsy said other than she died of so called natural causes, and that they are investigating the death.

Now imagine if this were the person you loved more than anything; your wife, daughter, sister, best friend, aunt, niece, grandchild… How would you feel not only being treated with such little respect and regard, but also being kept in the dark about your loved ones death?

If this doesn’t further prove racism in America is all too well and alive, I don’t know what the hell will.

Tamir Rice; Why Isn’t Cleveland Police Department Being Held Accountable Knowing the Dangers of Loehmann?

“People need to get involved with something and try to make a change or something because you don’t want to wait until it happens to you and there’s nobody out there for you,” said Samaria.

Too many mothers and grandmothers have felt the pain of losing a child; too many people know what it is like to have their child -no matter how old-stolen from them because of racist cops. [First post / video I made regarding Tamir Rice…] And after all the documents revealed from others about Loehmann’s behaviors, including departments stating how unfit

tamir rice

he would be as a cop and how irresponsible he would be with a gun; how did he get signed on in Cleveland and why aren’t we doing more to ensure they are held accountable?!?

A grand jury in Ohio said they wouldn’t indict Tamir Rice’s murderer, Timothy A. Loehmann, 26. Tamir Rice’s mother is obviously hurting, upset that more people are not waking up and getting involved. This case -along with countless others- will continue to grow, nothing will change, until more is demanded, she is right. We can look at the case of Jeremy Mardis (6 years old, white), the Black officers that killed him and compare with Tamir Rice (or any other case). Click HERE to do that. [CHECK BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR ACTIVE LINK]

On this post, I want to remind people of what a detestable person Timothy Loehmann is. HAVE PEOPLE FORGOTTEN HOW UNACCEPTABLE AND INAPPROPRIATE THIS COP WAS FOUND TO BE EVEN PRIOR TO HIS MURDERING A 12 YEAR OLD CHILD!?

Loehmann was deemed unsuitable as a police officer and resigned after the small town police department accounted that Officer Loehmann was too emotionally unstable and unfit to be an officer; taking extra time to note that he was especially unfit in his handling of firearms.

In December of 2012 Loehmann quit his $42,000 patrolman in training job after a November 2012 memo written recommended Loehmann be dismissed due to his inability to follow instructions as well as make good choices during stressful situations.

His firearms trainer noted Loehmann’s performance with handguns was unsatisfactory and unfit for an officer. That he was unable to “communicate clear thoughts” and showed up for training weepy and distracted added to the trainer and Deputy’s belief Loehmann was shouldn’t be a police officer. He applied -unsuccessfully- to many police departments, including the NYPD and was turned down; that says something in itself.

“That theme was repeated many times by Ptl. Loehmann, even him stating,“I will work here as long as possible; and do my best, but if I find I don’t like it then I will go do something else.” I found this lack of commitment to us, disturbing. It just appears that he is not mature enough in his accepting of responsibility or his understanding in the severity of his loss of control on the range.”

The deputy chief questioned Loehmann’s decision-making:

Ptl. Loehmann’s inability to perform basic functions as instructed, and his inability to emotionally function because of a personal situation at home with an on and off again girlfriend leads one to believe that he would not be able to substantially cope, or make good decisions, during or resulting from any other stressful situation.

After repeat incidents where he would go into emotional fits over anything from not being hired in NY to his on and off again girlfriend or anything else on his mind (he is noted as emotionally unstable THROUGHOUT), he additionally considered himself to be the only one allowed to give him orders as he disobeyed any orders if it didn’t fit in with what he wanted to do.

“It appears from the pattern developing within our short time frame with Ptl. Loehmann that he often feels that when told to do something, that those instructions are optional, and that he can manipulate them if he so feels it can better serve him. I do not say he is doing this for some benefit, or in an insubordinate way, but he just appears to have the mind set that if he thinks he knows better, than that is the course he follows.”

Finally, Loehmann was noted to as showing “dangerous loss of composure” during live range training. The ultimate conclusion was Loehmann was not mature enough nor emotionally stable enough to be on the police force. He did not believe time nor training would change “or correct the deficiencies,” correctly noted in regards to Loehmann. YOU CAN READ THE COMPLETE MEMO HERE.

Since they are not going to indict Loehmann, I say the Cleveland Police Department should face charges for being unaware of the dangerous, unskilled and unstable officer they were releasing upon the public.

Additionally, in September of 2013, Loehmann failed the Sheriff Department’s written entrance exam; coming out with a failing score of 46 of 100. Keep in mind 70 is the minimum score allowable for entrance… Read about this, HERE.

Even former California Sheriff lieutenant, Mr. Clark, noted:

“The killing of this child was completely avoidable and preventable and should never have occurred.”

And the Cleveland PD hired this guy… Why are we not demanding action against them, then, if the government refuses to take the correct action against the physical killer; shouldn’t Cleveland PD be held accountable for their hiring this unstable thug, for allowing him out onto the streets with a gun?

Cleveland Police say they formerly did not read the public records, some of which are noted above, before hiring. Since Tamir Rice’s death, they have made it a ‘priority’ to check all publicly available information.

That’s no excuse.

WE HAVE TO TAKE ACTION!

Currently, his mother is rightfully so upset and hurting as we need to be going after the ‘verdict’ in this case. We need to be demanding justice; not letting up AT ALL….

I will have some videos up related to this info soon, stay tuned….

CLEVELAND — Samaria Rice expected more protesters following the grand jury’s decision not to indict two Cleveland police officers in the shooting death of her 12-year-old son, Tamir.

“I wish there could have been more people,” said Samaria. “These people need to wake-up if they want some change.”

Protesters turned out consistently in the days following the decision, but not in big numbers.

“People need to get involved with something and try to make a change or something because you don’t want to wait until it happens to you and there’s nobody out there for you,” said Samaria. To read more, please click HERE.

BLACK HISTORY SPOTLIGHT: EMMETT TILL

Never, ever forget this young man… Never forget what these grown white so called men did to him with no regret. He was just a kid; like so many today; and they were so afraid of him they tortured and horrendously slaughtered him.

And never forget his mothers strength; the strength it took to keep that casket open for the world to see what these soulless, proud killers did to him.

Read his story, written by his strong, beautiful mother. Click here for the book. I was so outraged and shocked when recently I was speaking of him to someone and they did not know who he was……. This is NOT someone we forget; this is not someone HISTORY forgets. Make sure we see to that. May his beautiful soul now be blessed…

Black Lives Matter Protest Disrupts Minneapolis…And…

Just to remind you guys, being delayed at an airport or on the highway is not something I consider to be a “huge risk” as some random, insane guy said after tweeting me some more intelligent lines prior that. If anyone can find any statistics that show sitting in a car on the highway, or, sitting on a plane or being held up in an airport for an hour or so is a danger to the lives of people?  Show me some statistics that prove this; show me anything that compares to the amount of Black  men and women who are killed and/or beaten daily for no reason whatsoever!

As I noted to him, the Black community is being targeted, men (and women) of all ages are DYING, being brutally killed by police who walk away without any form of punishment; in fact too many get a promotion or some other form of recognition.

Having to live your life, every day, worrying about the police; worrying about how you look, what you are doing, where your hands are, where your eyes are, is your seat belt on, and on and on and on I could go- but that’s not what this guy or too many other selfish souls want to think about. How dare their lives be put on hold for an hour or so regarding something they not only don’t understand but some of them have no desire to learn about.

I work with children, I have young Black children terrified of the cops; I have one child who is now house bound after Tamir Rice. He is 10. How would you comfort your precious child when you know the reality he is afraid of is real?

But the people who can’t see the struggle and the reasons behind this protest or any of the protests for that matter don’t have to deal with that. Either that, or they want to believe it, even though it’s right in front of their faces.

VIDEO: My Police Brutality Channel

Yes, I look like crap; yes, I’ve been crying. How can any one not? It takes a lot to make me cry, but thinking back on all the racism and cases of police killings and beatings, including children, got me. Video below, more to come later today.

60 Years After His Horrific Murder, Emmitt Till Is Remembered And Celebrated

Emmitt Till… What a precious soul… If you haven’t read Death of Innocence The Story of the Hate Crime That Changed America

Black America Web

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) — Sixty years after a black Chicago teenager was killed for whistling at a white woman in Mississippi, relatives and civil rights activists are holding church services and movie screenings to remember Emmett Till.

They’re also trying to continue the legacy of his late mother, Mamie Till Mobley, who worked with young people and encouraged them to challenge injustice in their everyday lives. It’s a message that Deborah Watts, a distant cousin of Till’s, sees as relevant amid the killings in recent years of young black men such as Trayvon Martin in Florida and Tamir Rice in Ohio.

Watts, of Minneapolis, was a toddler when Till was killed. She said that as she grew up, she spoke often with Mobley about Till.

“It was her motivation to turn his death into something positive,” Watts said Thursday in Jackson.

The 14-year-old Till was visiting relatives in the cotton…
