Miami Police Kill Unarmed Teen Artist in FL –

“He wanted to change the world somehow through art, Officer Hernández. We want answers. We only want to know what happened,” his 18 year old’s sister pleas.

Great job, cops, you’ve killed yet another young, unarmed soul and here’s to betting that you won’t get any form of discipline over it!

Award-winning artist (not that awards matter- a life is a life), Israel Hernandez-Llach, was an eight-teen year old sculptor, photographer, painter and graffiti artist in Miami, Florida. He is also another person to be fatally tasered by Miami Beach Police.

Interview with Immortal Tech & WHY Banning Guns Will Not Work & More.

One of the few real rappers left talks about gun violence, America’s love for violence and why banning guns will not change it. To add to what he says, I just gotta say… A violent person is gonna find a way to be violent. As he goes on to say, American’s don’t care about kids in other countries getting killed, but kids getting killed in America or in England, that’s a horror! Kids dying, people dying, anywhere is a tragedy… Not just here in the US or UK.

Elijah has been a photography major for the past four semesters of college, and every time he does self-portraits people seem to respond to them very emotionally. Whether it be happy, uncomfortable, or sad, people are drawn to them. Photography allows him to show how he is feeling without having to say anything. It lets all of him be shown in a way people can somehow relate to and that’s what he gets passionate about. He wants people to feel something when they see his images…

(Trigger warning: out of respect, I want all reader’s to know this article mentions ra**- Not graphic, but… I know triggers can be as easy as seeing the full word so…there we are.)
I don’t agree with banning books from society, however, I can understand why a child’s parents would not want them to read a detailed rape scene, or even a sex scene for that matter. But if that scene is removed so a child can read it without being scarred, I see no reason why they should not have an abridged version available for certain books… Especially the two books below!!!
