Remembering Dr. King & All Who Are -and Are NOT- Dedicated to Equality

I made this video yesterday morning, so it’s a bit behind late but I still want to post it for we should always be thankful and remember those who have given their lives for the fight of gaining the right to equal opportunities, treatment, respect and freedom. Especially when these people were taken away wrongfully for they weren’t violent just as today we aren’t hateful or violent but the media and government try to portray all of us as such. Despite no threats of mindless violence, only self defense at most… but nothing remotely dangerous, unlike the other side; the KKK and their sub-groups. For some reason, though…

Somehow, however, it has been and still seems to be the supporters of equality, ending double standards, humane treatment for all and other born rights in the Black community that are deemed thugs and terrorists by the media and brainwashed America. Any of us, especially if you are Black though, but any whom support and work together for these things in America are deemed ‘racist against whites’, ‘hateful and dangerous’, ‘terrorists’ and other deceptive titles; titles which actually should be placed on white ‘supremacy’ groups like the KKK. [*Below, I will explain a bit of how people become so misinformed and legally deceived when it comes to anything, especially race. They don’t want to portray the Black community in particular in good light, so they don’t- and they legally don’t have to show truth so…But I’m ahead of myself.]

Not to mention, those in prison should be from their ‘groups’ also; not from the side of only wanting equality. But it was members of organizations like the Black Liberation Army and the Black Panther Party – non-violent organizations- that find themselves being punished. Just like all of us who hold their beliefs and values today- we are labeled by the media as criminals, looters –ha- while the true hate groups are rarely even mentioned. What makes me more sad, is when I see or have people within any community but especially the Black community who see and know what is going on but say things like ‘there is no point in doing anything because it is a hopeless cause’ or those who are too afraid to do speak up. Saying we will never succeed, instead only end up dead or in prison for speaking truth, they want no part of it until more people are involved. That in itself is telling of the government and police state, when the people are too afraid to speak for they don’t want to have a, ‘hiking accident’.

These are but a few of the discouraging and heartbreaking comments I’ve heard out of random mouths; and it’s heart breaking…in the past and sometimes to this day, it can even be discouraging. Thus another reason for this video.

Now for media deception and the legal right to lie as mentioned in the video, I reference Fox News court case where lying and deceptive news broadcasting was of course acceptable. This is mentioned because some people somehow can’t see how the media is a huge source of fear, misinformation, deception and harm when it comes to social progress. Of course they lie to try and make non-whites look like ‘thugs’ or ‘criminals’- this is part of the process to brain wash people into prejudices and fuel racism to ensure the Black community is misjudged by stupid, ignorant and flat out moronic people.
This is but one example of Fox admitting to lie, but that they won the case is proof any news outlet can do the same; and we know they do… But some people trust their reporting, and that is where it gets scary. So… once more:


So let me just give a summary of the court response from Fox News after two former reporters took them to court after refusing to lie and losing their jobs for it. Summed up, this was about in the former reporters words:

(they) “were repeatedly ordered to go forward and broadcast demonstrably inaccurate and dishonest versions of the story,” and “were given those instructions after some very high-level corporate lobbying by Monsanto (the agriculture company that makes the hormone) and also … by members of Florida’s dairy and grocery industries.” (link below)

They didn’t want the story run because they found it would be harmful to the public to lie, Fox disagreed, fired them after having them rewrite it 80 some times and they fired them with, “its option to terminate their employment contracts without cause”. [

Later they would run this story anyway. But I digress; the topic is relevant but what is most relevant about to my point is how Fox News and their lawyers behaved. This is more important because whether or not you agree with the actual story/case (see below), it is how FOX approached the situation of being accused of deceitful reporting as well as intentional lying and fabricating a news story which could even cause harm if taken as fact.

The defensive argument FOX used in court was to state what they had aired was acceptable; lies and all. Why? Because despite, yes, it was airing the false news story, there weren’t any written rules out there that said anything against the media lying or distorting news it reported. They even went on to argue it was WITHIN THEIR RIGHTS to fabricate news thanks to the First Amendment. Freedom of speech should mean the reporter or broadcaster has the right to intentionally lie or falsify the news they report, as they see fit. 

The attorney for Fox didn’t even bother disputing Fox had made multiple attempts to bribe both parties; instead they held position that it was their right to run the story despite the story proven falsehood, using:

the FCC’s policy against the intentional falsification of the news — which the FCC has called its “news distortion policy” — does not qualify as the required “law, rule, or regulation” under section 448.102.[…] Because the FCC’s news distortion policy is not a “law, rule, or regulation” under section 448.102,”

Now for the actual story, let me quote from the statement one of the former reporters wrote. Link will follow to full statements:

“Our suit also details how the following week, the story was reviewed again by the station’s top management who found no factual reporting errors in any of the four parts.

Let me add another very important point here: at no time in the entire review of all 73 versions of this story did Fox or its lawyers ever find a single inaccurate fact in our reporting. Time and again when we provided examples and documentation that showed what they wanted us to say was clearly false or deliberately misleading, they would not relent.

You should also know there was never any serious allegation that we as reporters or anyone working with us ever crossed the ethical line of good investigative reporting practices generally accepted by the best news organizations. “


“In all my years as a print and radio and local and national television reporter, I’ve never seen anything like it.

Now the station’s position is that we were ultimately dismissed without cause during a window in our contract. The truth, as we see it and as evidenced by a letter from Fox’s own lawyer: we were fired for refusing to go along with a scheme to broadcast a false and slanted story simply to avoid trouble or curry favor with some very powerful interests who also happen to be advertisers.

I don’t know of anyone who became a reporter to hide the truth.”

It’s acceptable to lie to the people, even if it puts the people in danger. During the Cold War the CIA controlled all for-profit media content. Mind control is what television is, and if you watch it make sure you do your own research, is what I would say.

Secondly, I mention the Declaration of Independence and wonder why we don’t use it to change things… (I understand why we haven’t but I digress)…

This document tells us, grants US, American citizens, the responsibility and job to ensure we do not suffer from an evil government. An evil government which targets the certain groups of people more than others, denies rights and lies to the people, harasses and abuses the people via modern day slavery, the implementation of destruction and the admitted plan and action of dividing to conquer the Black community, and again I can go on, but if those few examples are not an example of a government in need of change, I don’t know what your version of cruel, wrong or evil could possibly be?

It is the responsibility of the citizens of the United States to hold the government accountable; the document states that clearly! It is both a legal and moral expectation, obligation and duty for all of us, as Americans, to act accordingly when the government gets out of control, becomes cruel and unjust to the people…, when, simply put, it becomes tyrannical, as citizens we carry the responsibility to stand against what is severely wrong, demand better for the people and it is needed for us to speak out and gain replacements of the oppressors by new, good leaders. If only the government and people respected the words perhaps we’d be in better shape.

There is no denying the treatment of non-whites, especially Africans and Black slaves, has been [and is] more than sadistic and disgusting. Further, the trauma inflicted not only has gone unacknowledged by the evil-doers, but instead, changed up into new forms of slavery and abuse towards the Black community.

The mistreatment, denial of history and targeting of Black people in America, is without any question or second thought a crime against humanity that has been going on for hundreds of years…years which we are still counting, tragically. So to say this doesn’t apply is to prove you’ve no intelligence or are so far self absorbed and lost we’ve lost you anyway. [No, I’m not going to sit here and write examples for if you need examples you aren’t paying attention as the committed crimes, both past and present are all blatantly grotesque and savage.]

While the relevance of this and other documents seem invalid in our system, they would claim different. So, if we are going to play the game just for ‘fun’ pretend it does apply to all citizens and say yes, the US government and American’s live by the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights, then we should also be able to call on the following portion and use it to create an equal, finally progressive America.

“…they [the people] are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness—That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient Causes; and accordingly all Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security.”

Of course the people who created this document were not the most moral of ‘men’ and were not speaking to anyone other than white Europeans. But now they will lie and say of course it is extended to everyone! So then why is it ignored by the majority of us? I don’t know and am not here to speculate at this moment. Just posting my reference.

Keep fighting for equality and freedom even when it seems hopeless. Anything, including a country or government, cannot last forever when based on hate and lies when put up against truth, love and positive energies. It will, however, take people to wake up and get over the lies and heal from the continued racism and hateful treatment. I won’t go deeper on this right now, but it should be simple enough if you think about it. You know what is right and wrong; we need a better government and we deserve a better government; those being the most brutally abused and used deserve a better government and more.

Never give up the fight for truth and equality! Solidarity!
