This is obvious child abuse being broadcast for others to see and use to instill hatred and lies in other kids; which is nothing more than extended child abuse. It enrages me that it is not being treated as such. Children are innocent, there wouldn’t be so much pointless, mindless hate if it were not for adults shoving lies and hate into their impressionable brains. That is abuse. SO before I put the article up regarding what the KKK are now doing with children. Why is the world, especially America, not outraged??
The KKK, in short, has a show out now for children. I’ve not seen it, do not desire to see it and add to their ratings; I know what the KKK is about and I know they lie. That’s all I need to know. I would not let a child of mine or anyone other child watch a show of lies and hatred; the minute the KKK enter the picture it is certain there will be no good coming out of it. For more information, read the article after my rant please.
Why are the KKK still active? They are real “terrorists” if we want to throw that word around all the time; they are what real “terrorists” are made of. Why are the KKK free but the Panthers not? Why are the Panthers constantly attacked as the bad guys when they are the civil ones? (Just to clarify, I am speaking through this entire post of the OLD, the ORIGINAL, Panthers.)
If the Black Panther Party were to come up with a show like this only aimed against other nationalities and colors, especially whites, America would be up in arms and screaming racism and hate. To think of all the sadistic crimes the KKK has committed against others, primarily against the Black community it is blatantly clear, a fact that even the blindest of people should be able to see, that there is a huge hate and bias mind state in America. Let’s think about it.
The fact that there have been, and are, people in significant positions of government here in America (look up different government officials) yet there are many Black Panthers or leaders such as Malcolm X dead with others in prison. This should say enough to most people. An organization that wants equality, no violence but self defense if required, and basic human rights and equality vs a hate group that has killed for too many years, proudly, and still preaches hatred and separation among many other things… How can anyone justify the hate filled KKK still being active, and the Panthers or similar being in prison or dead? Who is really evil here? Take away race and names; look at their actions- it’s clear who it is that is evil.
Go to the REAL, the original Black Panther Party website; what was their goal? Not hatred, not extermination, not separation nor superiority preaching; just the demand of basic human rights.
On the other hand, the KKK website preaches the exact opposite; but you don’t need to read their website to know they are a bunch of hate filled, racist and bigoted group of evil people. Attending Church, pretending to be good “men” – only to go out and bomb another church, a “Black church”- though it is a good to know most of the 200 or so people in the church evacuated, the Birmingham Church Bombing is tragic in many ways; first, these evil “men” wanted more to die, not less. Second, it stole the life and future of 4 young girls: 14-year-old Addie Mae Collins, Cynthia Wesley, Carole Robertson and 11-year-old Denise McNair. In addition ten year old Sarah Collins lost her right eye, and over 20 other people were injured.
“By 1963, homemade bombs set off in Birmingham’s black homes and churches were such common occurrences that the city had earned the nickname ‘Bombingham.'”
Yet people deem the Panthers as a hate organization? What a sick “joke” that is! They surely haven’t done their research. While KKK and other white “supremacists” such as the sick, sheer evil murderers of Emmit Till proudly told their story to Life magazine, while these evil people to this day go about teaching children hatred and prejudices as well as lies; there are many good men and women dead or in prison to this day for trying to fight for equality and freedom. Dr. Mutulu Shakur is a perfect example. I’m lucky enough to know him and blessed with the opportunity to do volunteer work for him. He has no hate, but love and intelligence which you can see shine not only in him but in his step-son Tupac Shakur, the man I view as a father figure and role model. Assata Shakur, Angela Davis; all people I admire.
Andrew Pendergraft is the grandson of Thomas Robb, the modern-day Ku Klux Klan’s national director. As a young boy with floppy blond hair and a slight speech impediment, Pendergraft hosted a number of short episodes of his very own amateur talk show, “The Andrew Show,” which presents the Klan’s ideology in a format aimed at kids — more specifically, white kids.
Viewable on YouTube, the first episodes of the series were apparently filmed several years ago when Pendergraft was around 9 or 10 years old. The segments use pop culture references to relay advisories against race-mixing and other controversial beliefs promoted by the KKK.
Although its not clear when the last episode of “The Andrew Show” was produced, videos from the series were posted on YouTube as recently as April. This week the program caught the eye of several bloggers, thrusting the show back into the national spotlight.
The third episode of the series was likely produced sometime in 2009. It features Pendergraft (bearing an uncanny resemblance to Disney Channel stars Dylan and Cole Sprouse from “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody”) and a co-host named Alex, who holds a pug in his lap. They begin by discussing Disney’s first African-American princess character, Tiana from the animated film “The Princess and the Frog.”
“The princess is a black, so that is good for all the black kids out there,” Pendergraft says haltingly, clearly reading from a script off-camera. “But the prince is white. It is all about how race-mixing is good. But race-mixing is wrong.”
Later, Pendergraft decries the film’s depiction of characters he calls “voodoo doctors [who] worship the devil.” He goes on to explain voodoo as the “religion that lots of blacks used to have, but white people taught them about God.”
The segment ends with his signature send-off: “Be white and proud. And tune in next week. Bye!”
Pendergraft’s mother is Rachel Pendergraft, who is the daughter of Thomas Robb and is the spokeswoman for Robb’s Knights of the Ku Klux Klan organization. According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, the KKKK was founded sometime in the 1970s, and has since attempted to update the image and reputation of the original KKK, as well as grow its online presence.
“The Andrew Show” is part of the KKKK’s umbrella of linked websites including ThomasRobb.com, KKK.com and ChristianIdentityChurch.net. Scattered across these sites are a handful of crudely produced shows that all push the Klan’s agenda.
According to The Sun’s 2010 profile on the Pendergraft family, Andrew and his two older sisters were home-schooled at the family ranch in Arkansas. Sisters Charity and Shelby at one point participated in a white nationalist band called the Heritage Connection and, according to The Sun, indicated that they didn’t mind their relative isolation.
“It is true we don’t have any black friends, but then where we live is a 98 per cent white area anyway,” Shelby told The Sun.
The Pendergraft family did not respond to The Huffington Post’s requests for comment.
